The agreement was made.
Early the next morning, Kairuot and Fairleya arrived at the foot of the Hundred-Foot Cliff. Fairleya looked at the sheer cliff face and began to feel troubled... With her current Lightness Skill, it was impossible for her to climb the Hundred-Foot Cliff. The nearest tree was at least ten feet away, and her Lightness Skill could only allow her to jump a little over two meters high.
The girl tried to grab onto the rocks and climb up little by little, but the rocks were too steep to hold onto, and she quickly slid back down. Fairleya showed a helpless expression and had no choice but to ask Kairuot, "How did you get up there?"

"I have a way that might work, but..." Kairuot scratched his head, looking a bit troubled and hesitant to continue.
"But what? I can't believe you're hesitating like this. You're a man, after all. Just say it; are you afraid I'll eat you or something?" Fairleya joked to break the awkwardness.
"My solution is... I'll carry you up," Kairuot said, scratching his head again.
"I thought it was something difficult. Sure, just carry me up then," Fairleya replied readily. As she spoke, the girl had already walked behind him and urged, "What are you waiting for? Hurry up and carry me!"
It was the first time Kairuot saw Fairleya so enthusiastic and bold. All his concerns vanished as he lifted Fairleya onto his back, channeling his inner strength and using Lightness Skill to leap up towards the top of Hundred-Foot Cliff.
This was Kairuot's first time carrying a girl, especially one he had admired for a long time. It made him feel warm all over and quite excited. Fairleya held tightly onto him, her ear pressed against his back. She could hear his heart pounding fiercely, like a war drum, accompanied by the sound of "whoosh, whoosh..." in her ears. Before long, Kairuot had successfully carried Fairleya to the cliff's summit.

Upon reaching the top, Fairleya still held on tightly. Kairuot couldn't help but gently speak to her.
"Ah? ... We're here?" The girl seemed to suddenly realize as she jumped down from his back.
As soon as her feet touched the ground, she was greeted by the enchanting view before her: "Wow! The scenery here is so beautiful... I've noticed this place from school for a long time, but I couldn't come up. Finally, today, my wish has come true." Saying this, the girl excitedly spun around a few times.
When she turned to face Kairuot and stopped in front of him, she couldn't help but hug him tightly and gave his cheek a quick kiss, saying, "Thank you for helping me fulfill my wish!"
Fairleya's bold move left Kairuot at a loss: "Y-you, your wish?"
"Yes! My wish is to come here before I finish all my studies," Fairleya said.
"That's easy. I'll bring you here every day from now on," Kairuot replied.
Fairleya happily exclaimed, "Great! That's what you said, and you can't go back on your word. Once a promise is made, it’s hard to retract!" As she spoke, the girl excitedly twirled around a few times.

After finishing their conversation at the cliff's edge, the two walked further in.
Entering a grove, Fairleya was immediately captivated by the strange mountains, unique rocks, springs, streams, and waterfalls before her. She urged Kairuot to stop so she could linger a bit longer and fully enjoy the beauty of nature.
Kairuot couldn't help but laugh at her and said, "There are even better views ahead. You’re not planning to turn yourself into dust, are you?"
"Even better views? ... This place is truly a paradise," Fairleya sighed with delight.
"Of course! You'll see just how beautiful it is as we continue deeper," Kairuot teased in response. "However, practicing our skills is our top priority. As for this beautiful scenery, we will have plenty of time to enjoy it later."
