Fairleya continued to walk forward with Kairuot. Although they were in the bitter cold, Fairleya felt no chill at all; her spirits were high, and she was filled with curiosity about her surroundings. As she walked, she kept asking Kairuot questions. Kairuot acted like a good guide, patiently answering Fairleya's inquiries until she was satisfied. 0

The area around the Golden Tower was surrounded by layers of hardy plants, with thick snow covering the trunks, branches, and leaves of all the vegetation. The tower itself, along with its stairs and the giant statue on top, was draped in a white blanket of snow. 0

With each step they took, deep footprints were left in the snow. Accompanied by a trail of these deep impressions, the two arrived at the base of the Golden Tower. Fairleya looked up at the shimmering Tower Spitze and exclaimed, “This Golden Tower is so magnificent! How many steps do we have to climb to get to the top?” 0

“Not too many,” Kairuot replied. “About seven thousand steps.” 0

“Seven thousand steps isn’t too many?” Fairleya said. “Just climbing a few thousand steps would wear anyone out.” 0

“Well… do you want me to carry you?” Kairuot asked straightforwardly, scratching his head. 0

Fairleya couldn't help but smile lightly and waved her hand in refusal. 0

The two began to ascend the steps of the Golden Tower. 0

Climbing up the steps was quite strenuous, and soon enough, Fairleya was sweating and panting heavily. After much effort, they finally reached the base of the Golden Spire. 0

At the last step before reaching the Golden Spire, there stood rows of imposing giant statues that seemed to guard the Golden Tower. While taking a break in a crouched position, Fairleya was surprised to find that one of the statues resembled Kairuot. She pointed at the statue and laughed, saying, “Kairuot, this one looks just like you! So you’ve been a guardian here for many years; that’s really interesting!” 0

Kairuot took a closer look and suddenly noticed that there was another statue next to the one Fairleya pointed out that bore a striking resemblance to her as well… He said, “Have you noticed— that statue next to it looks a lot like you too.” 0

Fairleya approached and observed closely, realizing it was indeed the case, and chuckled, "This is too interesting, isn't it? Could it really be fate..." 0

As Fairleya spoke, Kairuot used the tip of his index finger to apply pressure on a small inconspicuous dot in a totem painting on a wall beneath Tower Spitze. The totem pattern suddenly split apart, opening the grand door to the interior of the Golden Tower. 0

Upon entering the Golden Tower, another scene unfolded; the temperature inside suddenly became warm and cozy, refreshing one's spirit. Kairuot led Fairleya directly into the Training Hall. 0

In this vast Training Hall, one could immediately see the Secret Manual texts displayed all over the walls. Kairuot walked around slowly and said, "What is shown on these walls is the strongest Martial Arts Manual in the galaxy. However, there is too much content here, far too complex for us to fully understand and practice. We only need to select one or two of the strongest techniques for our training. In the Golden Tower, we will first cultivate our internal energy; within this realm, we need to continuously acquire the strongest Golden Tower Energy." 0

Despite being impulsive, Fairleya appeared particularly calm at that moment. She did not rush to practice but stood in the center of the hall, carefully reviewing each of the Martial Arts Manual texts recorded on the walls, trying her best to memorize them all—she certainly did not want to miss such a great opportunity. She knew that anything recorded here must have its strengths and advantages, and she aimed to store them all in her mind. 0

Although the content of the Martial Arts Manual displayed on the screen was vast and complex—likely difficult for an average person to remember—Fairleya was not an ordinary person. Before entering the Mars Alliance School, her Cognitive Ability had already reached 50. If it weren't for her exceptional Cognitive Ability, she wouldn't have been able to enter this school as a child from an ordinary family. Moreover, her most developed aspect of Cognitive Ability was her memory, which was nearly photographic. Therefore, memorizing all the content on the screen should not pose a problem for her. 0

At that moment, Kairuot stayed obediently by Fairleya's side, accompanying her as she observed the Martial Arts Manual on the wall. The manuals began to swirl and roll as if they had gained a soul, continuously revealing new information. Meanwhile, Fairleya appeared so focused that it seemed she had entered another dimension; anyone observing could not interrupt her concentration... Time passed unknowingly, and Kairuot began to feel drowsy. When he became aware again, an entire day had already gone by. 0

Knowing they could not violate school rules by staying overnight in the Golden Tower, both realized they had no choice but to agree to return to school for now at Kairuot's suggestion and come back tomorrow. 0
