Since Belche implanted a brain chip in Feilbolai, Feilbolai's behavior has become increasingly strange—he often flies into rages for no reason, sits restlessly for long periods, and sometimes becomes so agitated that he starts hitting people. The hospital's sedatives have been ineffective in calming him down.
The doctor conducted a thorough examination of Feilbolai, but could not determine the cause... In the end, the doctor concluded that this was an exclusive reaction of the brain tissue after the replacement of brain matter, speculating that it might resolve itself over time. In reality, the doctor had no idea that Feilbolai's odd reactions were part of a test by Belche regarding the chip implanted in his brain.

After ten days of abnormal behavior, Feilbolai gradually returned to a state of calm. The modern medical facilities had restored his body quite well, and perhaps in another ten days, he would be able to be discharged.
However, at this point, under Belche's remote control, Feilbolai began to act restlessly. Every night, he would sneak out of the Recovery Pod, evade the nurses' surveillance, escape through the back window of the hospital, and wander around the campus of Mars Alliance School. With the internal skills he cultivated at Elysian Spire and the basic techniques he mastered, combined with the Cosmic Wave Energy absorbed into his body, his Lightness Skill improved significantly. Thus, at night he would dash around the school or leap through the woods like a ghost, causing anyone who encountered him to believe they had seen a specter. This caused quite a stir and disrupted the entire school.
In response, the school increased security measures, but they never managed to catch this ghost. However, since security was heightened, Belche became more vigilant and reduced Feilbolai's nighttime excursions, leading to fewer sightings of the ghost.

Kairuot and Fairleya, in order to enhance their skills, insisted on getting up at five every morning to secretly practice for an hour atop the Golden Tower, returning to school around seven. They were extremely cautious during their daily trips, ensuring that no one discovered their routine.
Ever since Fairleya gained the ability to climb the Hundred-Foot Cliff, Kairuot always arrived first at Small Grove, waiting by the edge of the forest for Fairleya, and then they would enter the Golden Tower together.
On one particular morning, Kairuot sensed that someone was following him. Whenever he moved, that person followed closely behind. Suddenly, he used his Lightness Skill to leap away; however, the person behind him kept fluctuating in distance. Realizing something was off, Kairuot quickly slipped into a concealed spot within Small Grove to observe. At that moment, a figure appeared behind him and cautiously moved forward.
Before he could react, a voice shouted from behind the stalker: "Who are you? What are you sneaking around for!!!"
Hearing the shout, the shadowy figure attempted to flee but it was too late!—they had been blocked by Fairleya, and upon hearing the call, Kairuot jumped out as well.
In a moment of panic, the shadow threw a straight punch at Fairleya, who was already prepared and deftly dodged to the side. The shadow turned and followed up with another punch. Seeing this, Kairuot moved in front of the person, seized the opportunity, and landed a punch right on his chest! Almost simultaneously, Fairleya's straight punch also struck the person's chest, and the two fists hit the stalker hard, knocking him down to the ground.
When the person on the ground lifted his head, Kairuot and Fairleya exclaimed in unison, "Feilbolai!!"
Upon recognizing a familiar face, Kairuot and Fairleya quickly withdrew their hands that were ready to strike again. Just as they hesitated for a moment, Feilbolai performed a swift maneuver and escaped in an instant.
The two exchanged glances, puzzled as to why Feilbolai had followed them here. Was this person really Feilbolai? After all, Feilbolai should still be recuperating in the Recovery Pod… A series of questions flashed through their minds.
Kairuot said, "Let's go down the mountain and check on this Feilbolai— I refuse to believe there could be two Feilbolais."
Fairleya agreed with Kairuot's suggestion, and the two hurried to the school hospital's Recovery Pod to visit Feilbolai. They peered through the glass window of the Recovery Pod and saw Feilbolai lying quietly on the bed. The door of the Recovery Pod was tightly shut, preventing them from entering. Disappointed, they turned back to the Nurse's Office. The duty nurse explained when she saw Kairuot and Fairleya enter, "It's not that I'm not allowing you to visit; it's just that you came at the wrong time. It's still the patient's rest period, and visits are not allowed."
Fairleya said, "We came here to find out if Feilbolai has been out recently."
The nurse replied, "Does he want to go out? That’s not possible; patients are not allowed to leave the hospital."
Fairleya turned to Kairuot and murmured, "That's strange…"
"Speaking of which…" the nurse recalled, "Feilbolai has indeed been acting a bit strangely lately. He was quite agitated and restless for a while but suddenly became very quiet recently. He goes to bed early every day and doesn't allow any nurses or doctors to disturb him during his sleep."
Kairuot sniffed slightly: "There must be a reason for this abnormal behavior…" His mind flashed back to what had happened that morning, and an idea struck him. He said, "Can I go in and take a look at his chest?"
The nurse replied, "His chest? Why are you looking at this?"
Kairuot asked again, "I won't go into details, but if we can't go in, could you please check if there are any abnormalities on his chest?"
The nurse, looking puzzled, agreed and turned to enter Feilbolai's Recovery Pod.
After a while, the nurse came out and responded, "I looked closely at his chest and found that, for some reason, there are two purple bruises."
Kairuot and Fairleya immediately exchanged glances—there was no need to ask further; the person who had been following them on the mountain was Feilbolai!
The two bid farewell to the nurse and walked quietly, both pondering one question: What did Feilbolai want by following them?
