When it comes to eating dumplings, Kairuot is a big fan. Ever since he had the dumpling feast prepared by Fair Connie at Mars Alliance School, he hasn't had dumplings in a long time.
They entered Fennel Dumpling Shop, where many people were already waiting with tickets for the steaming hot dumplings to be served. After a long wait, they finally found an available seat. After buying their dumpling tickets, they still needed to wait patiently. Seeing that the dumplings hadn't been served for a while, Kairuot quietly told Beldan that he was going to take a stroll and then made his way to the back kitchen of the dumpling shop.
Soon, Kairuot spotted two elderly people sitting at the dumpling-making table, busily wrapping dumplings by hand.
An Old Man and an old woman were surprised when a handsome young man walked in. The old woman enthusiastically asked, "Who are you looking for? Do you need help with something?"
Kairuot quickly explained, "No, I’m just wandering around, curious to see what's going on."
The Old Man said, "Curious? From your accent, you're not a local, are you?"
Kairuot replied, "I came here from Mars Alliance School in the Arctic of Mars."
The old man said, "I heard my father mention that school when I was very young."
The Old Man added, "We don't have dumplings like this where I'm from. I didn't expect to encounter them here."
The old woman smiled and added, "Dumplings are our most popular food at Dragonfall Lodge."
Kairuot asked, "I see you’re having trouble wrapping the dumplings; can I help?"
The old woman asked in surprise, "You really know how to wrap dumplings?"
Kairuot nodded but humbly said, "I haven't done it in a long time; I'll give it a try."
The two elderly people looked at this handsome young man, who was polite and well-mannered, feeling quite pleased. Just then, their daughter was also in the phase of looking for a partner, so they thought it would be nice for her to meet him; perhaps she would like this young man. Thus, they readily agreed to his offer of help.
After washing his hands thoroughly, Kairuot sat down next to the two elderly people and began wrapping dumplings.
Kairuot quickly skillfully wrapped a dumpling and placed it on the tray. The dumplings Kairuot made looked like plump leaves, unique in appearance. The two elderly people watched as Kairuot deftly pinched out one leaf-shaped dumpling after another, soon filling the entire tray.
The Old Man asked in surprise, "Your family runs a dumpling shop too, right?"
Kairuot replied, "No. My father taught me how to make these leaf-shaped dumplings. It is said that an old chef from our family passed this technique down to my father."
The old woman exclaimed, "Looking at these exquisite dumplings, I don't even dare to eat them. Xiaoli! Xiaoli!!"
Hearing her name called, a young girl came from the back kitchen where the dumplings were being made. She saw a handsome young man sitting next to his parents wrapping dumplings and froze when she looked at the artistic-looking Leaf Dumplings on the counter, unsure of what to do.
Kairuot looked up and saw the Li Girl standing across from him—though she was wearing a loose white work uniform, it couldn't hide her beautiful and proportionate figure. Her fair oval face had two big watery eyes that seemed to speak to him. She smiled slightly at Kairuot, revealing two shallow dimples on her face, which was very cute.
Seeing this, the old man quickly said, "What are you standing there for? Hurry up and take these dumplings made by this big brother to cook and see everyone's reaction."
The girl hurriedly took the tray full of dumplings and swayed her enticing waist into the kitchen. The dumplings wrapped by Kairuot were leaf-shaped and plump, making them taste quite different from those before. The guests at the villa preferred dumplings with thin skins and plenty of filling, and Kairuot's Leaf Dumplings perfectly suited their tastes; everyone praised them after eating.
The Li Girl returned happily to tell her parents, "These dumplings made by this big brother are all unique; everyone reacted very well!"
The old man quickly invited Lily to sit down: "Quickly ask this big brother how he wraps his dumplings."
Lily sat beside Kairuot in response, and they began wrapping dumplings together hand in hand. Lily learned quickly; she soon mastered the method of wrapping Leaf Dumplings. The table was already filled with their combined results. Watching Xiaoli happily learning to wrap dumplings from Kairuot, the two elderly people quietly slipped away, wanting to give the two young people some time alone.

The dumplings had been served for a while, but Beldan and Long Er were waiting anxiously for Kairuot to return. Long Er kept shouting about wanting to eat the never-before-tasted Leaf Dumplings. Beldan had no choice but to leave her seat to look for Kairuot. She finally found him in the back kitchen wrapping dumplings with a beautiful girl, laughing together. It was evident that the girl had intentionally seated herself very close to him; jealousy surged within her like a spilled bottle of vinegar as she thought about confronting that girl and asking, "What gives you the right to flirt with my husband?"
Just then, Long Er's voice called out from behind her: "Big brother! There you are! We've been waiting so long for you to eat dumplings!"
Kairuot turned around and saw Beldan behind him; he quickly said, "Come over here; let's wrap dumplings together."
Beldan maintained a stern expression and replied, "I'm not interested in that."
Lily asked, "Who is she?"
Without waiting for Kairuot to respond, Long Er interjected, "Big Brother is my Belle's husband."
Kairuot hurriedly explained, "This matter is still undecided..."
Beldan interrupted him, "We have already slept in the same bed. Do you still want to back out?"
Kairuot's face instantly turned bright red, and he stammered, "I..."
Li Girl chuckled and said, "You two became a couple after just one night of sleeping together. You don't need to test anything in the house; just go ahead and get married."
Beldan widened her eyes and asked, "Could it be that you also have feelings for him?"
Li Girl unabashedly replied, "At least I still have a chance."
Kairuot looked at the two girls bickering and said, "Stop messing around; I'm still young, and neither of you has a chance."
Beldan said, "If you dare to back out, I won't let you escape."
Li Girl also stood her ground and said, "I'm not forcing you; I can wait for you."
It was Long Er who said what everyone wanted to hear: "I'm so hungry! Let's hurry up and eat dumplings."
