Kairuot had been soaking in the bone-chilling icy water for an unknown amount of time, and the heat from his body had diminished once again.
Thus, he emerged from the icy water once more and returned to the Cave, sitting cross-legged on a smooth stone slab, trying to expel the Kiwi poison from his body. After several unsuccessful attempts, he felt quite disappointed.
He helplessly glanced at the clock on his Wristband. Since it was not connected to Mars Base, the Wristband had stopped functioning. There was not even a hint of light at the top of the Cave; relying on his intuition, Kairuot estimated that it was currently nighttime.

Having exhausted all methods, only one final technique remained unused—Kairuot opened his third eye and unexpectedly saw a flickering shadow dancing. Upon closer inspection, he realized that the figure was an old man practicing martial arts—
The man appeared to be several hundred years old, frail and thin, with white hair and a white beard. He wore a snow-white straight-collared long robe, and his white trousers were tucked into white brocade boots, giving him an ethereal and graceful appearance, exuding an air of immortality. The old man was spirited and vigorous; as he practiced his punches, he generated a strong wind with each movement. His set of martial arts was peculiar, blending softness and hardness, captivating Kairuot.
Kairuot watched the dancing figure in awe and exclaimed, "This person has incredible internal power; he can imprint his martial arts image in the air on the Screen Wall for future generations."

As Kairuot became entranced by the phantom's martial arts, although he did not know what style the old man was practicing, he could not help but follow along.
Kairuot practiced alongside the old man on the air screen for a day and a night. In between, he ate some Kiwi when hungry or soaked in the bone-chilling icy water when suffering from headaches or fever; otherwise, he spent all his time training with the old man. The next day, after the old man finished demonstrating, he wrote a line on the Screen Wall: "The Bel Fist requires superior internal power from the Bel Heart Method to be effective. If you are fortunate enough to cultivate it yourself, you may achieve the highest realm of Belri martial arts."
Immediately after that, the old man vanished from the screen. Kairuot now understood that he had been practicing the Bel Tribe's Bel Fist.
【Bel Heart Method... It seems to be the core of Belri martial arts.】Kairuot thought, 【Since he has given a hint, this 《Bel Heart Method》 might be in this Cave.】
Kairuot began searching in the Cave. He turned the entire Cave upside down but found no Martial Arts Manual.
【Could it be that the old man is deceiving me? That can't be... According to the techniques taught by the old man, the heat in my body has lessened. Perhaps if I find the 《Bel Heart Method》 Secret Manual to practice, I can cure my Kiwi poison.】Kairuot wondered: 【Is there a hidden place in this cave that I haven't discovered?】
Kairuot tapped on the walls of the Cave with his fingers and finally found a spot that echoed with a "thud," as if it were hollow. He groped around and found a button the size of his index finger. Pressing it opened a stone door.
Inside was a marvelous Cave. This Cave was slightly smaller than the outside one, but the Kiwi inside grew even better, with fruits not only in golden yellow but also in purple, blue, and white.
Above the Cave, there were bizarre stalactites, and not a trace of light could be seen inside. Using his night vision, Kairuot discovered an old man in white sitting on a flat stone. He quickly clasped his hands in front of his chest and bowed, saying, “Young one Kairuot, I apologize for carelessly disturbing your meditation, please forgive me!”
After a while, the old man did not respond. Kairuot stepped closer to examine him and realized that the old man had passed away long ago.
Deciding to bury the old man at the center of the Cave, Kairuot unexpectedly discovered an exquisite box while digging. Upon opening it, he found it was indeed the 《Bel Heart Method》 Secret Manual, which filled him with joy. After burying the old man, Kairuot carefully began to study the Secret Manual.

The Secret Manual detailed the effects of eating various types of Kiwi, as well as when to eat which color fruit based on one's internal energy cultivation level. In addition to methods for refining internal energy, the 《Bel Heart Method》 Secret Manual also contained numerous techniques. Of course, to Kairuot, these complexities were nothing; he memorized all of them within a day.
Following what was written in the book, Kairuot practiced for a while and found that he could eat purple Kiwi, just as stated in the manual. He picked one and ate it, finding its taste better than that of golden yellow Kiwi. He ended up eating several more, which led to trouble; his headache intensified, and his body not only felt hot but began to burn. He had no choice but to soak in the icy water of the cold cave.
After a day of soaking in icy water, Kairuot felt much better. He intensified his training with the martial arts from the 《Bel Heart Method》 Secret Manual, and according to its guidance, he ate white Kiwi. However, each time he ate, he overindulged, causing his headache to worsen and his body to feel like a burning ember. Ultimately, he saved himself with the cold water from the icy cave.
