The two girls hurried into Beldan's small courtyard, where Beldan and Kairuot were having lunch.
Li Girl suddenly realized that she and Fairleya had been busy for half a day, and both of them had forgotten to eat. Her stomach was growling with hunger. So, when Beldan called them to eat, she unceremoniously picked up a bowl from the table and began to eat heartily. While eating, she said, "Thank you, Belle. We completely forgot about lunch, and I really feel like I can't stand the hunger anymore."
Fairleya, on the other hand, felt embarrassed and had no intention of joining in. If it weren't for Li Girl pulling her down to sit, she probably would have run away by now.
Beldan had already been busy all day at the wedding. Just as he finally sat down to enjoy a meal and prepare for the evening's wedding festivities, these two guests arrived. Watching Li Girl devour her food, he didn't know what to say and simply remarked, "Eat more; Belle here has plenty."
Kairuot noticed Fairleya's restless demeanor and felt uncomfortable himself. He thought that if Fairleya wasn't facing some major issue, she wouldn't have come to this small courtyard looking for him. So he asked, "Is there something important you need?"
Fairleya sighed and replied with a serious expression, "We came for the Spaceship in Dragonfall Lodge."
"Spaceship?" Kairuot couldn't help but be surprised. "There’s actually a spaceship in Dragonfall Lodge?"
"There is. And it's quite an advanced Spaceship," Fairleya confirmed. "I once managed to sneak into the Command Center inside the spaceship, and what I said is absolutely true. But this spaceship is not one from Mars. The writing on the spaceship is different from ours. From the navigation map's orientation, I feel that this spaceship is hidden in the mountains of Olympus."
Kairuot said, "That's strange; no aircraft can enter the airspace above Olympus Mons. Only this spaceship can. Could it be that this area of Dragonfall Lodge has strong electronic and electromagnetic interference that severely affects aircraft? Is it the work of aliens?"
Fairleya nodded in agreement: "My aircraft malfunctioned when it got close to the mysterious Olympus above the Terrifying Forest; it was severely affected by electromagnetic waves, rendering all electronic components useless. I had no choice but to leave my aircraft there and walk out of that forest on foot."
Hearing this, Li Girl quickly interjected, "Kairuot brother, we came to find you because of the spaceship. We just went to ask those old fools; they all shook their heads and denied that there has ever been a Spaceship in Dragonfall Lodge."
"They might be telling the truth," Kairuot said. "This spaceship should belong to aliens; Dragonfall Lodge couldn't possibly create something like this. Of course, to know the truth, we have to investigate it ourselves."
At this point, Great-Grandfather Belzun and Grandmaster Kairoukun walked in together. The two elders had clearly overheard Kairuot's last remarks. As soon as Great-Grandfather entered the room, he said, "Yes! We must get to the bottom of this spaceship matter." With that, Great-Grandfather and Grandmaster took their seats, while Beldan hurriedly prepared tea for the two elders and placed it on the tea table.
Everyone had stopped eating and gathered around the two elders.
Great-Grandfather took a sip of tea and said, "I just discussed that young lady's Palm Navigator with Kairoukun. Our lodge definitely couldn't produce such a thing; it must be foreign, possibly an instrument lost by aliens. Based on recent reports, I find this Bel Six very suspicious. Therefore, our investigation into the spaceship will start with Bel Six. To avoid alarming anyone, we will conduct this investigation discreetly. This task is assigned to you four young people; do not act unless absolutely necessary."
The four young people nodded in agreement.
Great-Grandfather continued, "You can form two groups as you wish."
Li Girl eagerly said, "Then I'll team up with Sister Fairleya; Sister Laya has been staying with me lately. Belle and Couple can be one group!"
Everyone present nodded in approval.
Just as they were discussing how to carry out their covert investigation, Beldan suddenly began pounding her head with her hands as if she had gone mad. Before anyone could understand what was happening, Beldan abruptly stopped and stared intently at Kairuot. She swiftly drew a dagger from her waist and lunged at Kairuot. Fortunately, Kairuot dodged in time and was not hit. Beldan attempted to stab Kairuot again but was seized by Grandmaster, who restrained her wrist and took away the dagger. Great-Grandfather quickly pressed a pressure point on Beldan to immobilize her.
Once Beldan's emotions calmed down slightly, Great-Grandfather released her from the pressure point and instructed a servant to help her to a room to rest.
Everyone present was astonished by who had cast magic on Beldan to provoke such actions. Beldan's sudden attack had been fierce; although Kairuot managed to evade it, his arm was still grazed by the dagger, leaving a shallow cut that bled green blood. This caused Li Girl to gasp in alarm: "Oh no! Oh no! Belle's knife is poisoned! Brother Kairuot's blood has turned green!"
Great-Great-Grandfather walked over to take a look at the blood on Kairuot's wound and said:
"Don't be alarmed; his blood is normal blood. It proves that his skills have reached a level where he can walk freely in space without wearing a spacesuit. Currently, this is the highest realm that our carbon-based human martial arts can achieve, and it is also the direction in which humanity will evolve and develop in the future. If every human evolves to the point where they can live in the universe without relying on water and food, surviving solely on cosmic rays, we will be the most powerful beings in the universe."
"Wow, Great-Great-Grandfather, what you said is so profound!" Lily looked at Great-Great-Grandfather in surprise and hurriedly asked, "Great-Great-Grandfather, let me ask you, do people with green blood have higher martial arts skills than those with red blood?"
Great-Great-Grandfather replied, "There is no comparison; they are not even on the same level. The lowest martial arts skill of someone with green blood is much higher than the highest skill of someone with red blood. You want to train until your blood turns green; it's not as easy as you imagine. This Kairuot is indeed a rare martial arts genius that comes along once in hundreds of years."
"Oh..." Little Lily responded, somewhat understanding.
After Grandmaster bandaged Kairuot's arm wound, Great-Great-Grandfather said to the three of them:
"You cannot split into groups; you will start your actions tonight. Your actions must be kept secret; the fewer people who know, the better."
The three young people nodded in agreement.
Great-Great-Grandfather then said to Kairuot, "For your wedding, I will send someone to handle it. Don't worry about Belden; I will arrange for someone to take care of her."
