Beldan recovered quickly in the hospital and was discharged after just over ten days.
Fair Connie wanted to temporarily accommodate her and Li Girl at her home. Beldan was quite reluctant, and she hugged Fair Connie playfully, saying, “Aunt Connie! Just let me live with Brother Kairuot, we are already married.”

“There happens to be a ship going to Heavenly Dragon Town tomorrow morning; you will leave early,” Fair Connie said. “Once Kairuot returns from training at the Golden Tower, you can discuss how to go tomorrow.”
"This Kairuot brother too, today is Sunday... It's a holiday and he doesn't spend time with his sister-in-law, but goes to accompany Sister Laya, whom he can see every day. This is so unfair. I..." Li Girl said indignantly.

Li Girl had been looking forward to this day for a long time. "Can Godmother stay tonight? Otherwise, after tasting Xiaoli's cooking, you'll find other dishes tasteless; you'll be conquered by my unparalleled culinary skills."
"I'm about to leave." Fair Connie stood up and prepared to go out. She smiled and patted Li Girl on the shoulder, saying, "I'll wait for you to conquer me when you come to visit... Goodbye!"

Lily ignored Beldan's sarcastic remarks and went to the kitchen to prepare her "feast" for the evening. With nothing else to do, Beldan turned on the video player and sat on the sofa watching a Mars program projected on the wall.
When Kairuot and Fairleya returned to Fair Connie's house, Li Girl had already prepared a lavish dinner spread. The three looked at the rich dishes on the table with disbelief... that this was all made by Li Girl.
Looking at their astonished expressions, Li Girl said, "What are you all staring at? Hurry up and get bowls and chopsticks to eat."
Kairuot asked in a doubtful tone, "Did you make this?"
"Don't you believe this was made by me?" Li Girl asked rhetorically.
"I do! How could I not? The food is right in front of us, Li Girl is truly impressive," Kairuot immediately scratched his head and praised sincerely.
At Godmother's house, there were no chopsticks; this was a unique feature of Dragonfall Lodge, so they could only eat with spoons and forks.
Before everyone had sat down, Kairuot was already drawn to the delicious-looking food and couldn't wait to grab a crispy sparrow from the table. However, Xiaoli swatted his hand away, saying, "We haven't all gathered yet, and you're already grabbing. Do you understand the rules?"

Fairleya also joined in the teasing, "It's fine; you two are in urgent need. Beldan is the most generous; she won't get jealous." After saying that, she turned to Beldan and asked, "Sister-in-law, don't you think so?"
Li Girl's face turned even redder as she stammered, "Sisters... I just fed him a piece of meat; you all..."
Kairuot quickly tried to smooth things over: "I'm starving here; everyone hurry up and eat. Let's not waste this delicious feast."
At that moment, Li Girl suddenly remembered, "I found many fine wines in the cupboard; I'll go get some for everyone." She quickly ran to the kitchen and brought out several bottles of wine.
Fairleya picked up a bottle and looked at the label, saying, "This is the famous Fruit Wine from Mars. I think we should skip it. If Godmother comes back and finds out, we'll definitely get scolded."
Kairuot snatched the Fruit Wine from her hands, quickly opened the cap, and said, "What are we afraid of? If she finds out when she returns, I'll just say I drank it. Godmother isn't that stingy."
Li Girl soon brought over wine glasses. Kairuot filled each person's glass with Fruit Wine and then raised his glass, saying, "We've shared life and death together; let's make sure we don't leave tonight without getting drunk!" With that, he downed the wine in his glass in one gulp.

Fairleya and Beldan exchanged glances, clinked their glasses, and ultimately drank up their cups as well.
Then Kairuot filled each glass with more wine.

The most familiar was a large plate of green dumplings, resembling emeralds. Taking a gentle bite revealed a filling made of fragrant fish meat, cilantro, and mushrooms—refreshing and flavorful. The dumplings made by Li Girl were incredibly delicious. No wonder she was the daughter of a dumpling shop owner; her dumplings lived up to their reputation.
The dishes were abundant and delicious, the wine smooth and refreshing. Everyone drank heartily, forgetting themselves in the moment, nearly finishing Godmother's years of treasured Fruit Wine. One by one, they became intoxicated and sprawled across the sofa, falling asleep in disarray.
