Kairuot is about to leave Mars for Earth, and Fairleya insists on taking a leave to send him off. To this end, Fairleya reserved the entire night at Fair Bar in Mars Alliance Town.
In the spacious bar, Fairleya only invited three people: Kairuot, Li Girl, and Fair Connie, who rarely drinks at bars. The four of them sat down in a relatively secluded spot. Under the soft lighting, classical music played in the bar, exuding a gentle romance; it was such a warm and romantic evening.
However, as the four sat in their chairs, no one spoke, quietly listening to the music.
Finally, it was Li Girl who couldn't help but ask, “Sister Laya, you invited Kairuot here just to listen to music? Don’t you want to say something to him?”
“Alas, I wish I could go with you,” Fairleya sighed, “but the headquarters won’t agree.”
Fair Connie said, “You can’t leave; the headquarters needs you now more than ever. The remnants of Capricornian have not been cleared yet, Fei Leiya, there’s still a long way to go.”
Li Girl blinked innocently and asked, “Godmother, can’t you arrange for someone else to take over for Sister Laya?”
“No, it’s not as simple as you think. If anyone could do it, Capricornian wouldn’t have built so many bases on Mars. If we hadn’t discovered and stopped them in time, our Mars would have been nearly destroyed by Capricornian.” Fair Connie shook her head and said, “I don’t trust anyone else right now; Fairleya is our important weapon.”
Li Girl pouted: “We can’t do without her here either. I know that Kairuot will definitely miss her very much.”
Fairleya sighed and said, “Sister Li, don’t make it hard for Godmother. For your trip to Earth this time, Godmother has already put in so much effort. If I were allowed to go to Earth too, your trip might just fall through.”
Li Girl asked skeptically, “Really?”
Kairuot raised his glass and said, “Let’s not talk about unpleasant things tonight; let’s drink happily. Cheers!”
Everyone raised their glasses and drank the contents in one go.
After finishing their drinks, Fair Connie first lightly tossed her empty cup, which flew to the bar. Li Girl looked on in surprise, still trying to process what had just happened, when Kairuot and Fairleya also sent their empty cups flying towards the bar in the same manner. Before Li Girl could say anything, Kairuot used his power to take the cup from her hand and placed it on the bar.
Li Girl asked, "What kind of skill is this?"
Fairleya replied, "This is called Telekinesis." As she spoke, she sent a glass of Fruit Wine into Li Girl's hands, and quickly grabbed a glass for herself as well.
Fair Connie and Kairuot waved their hands, and a glass of Fruit Wine appeared in their hands.
Li Girl's eyes widened as she exclaimed, "You are amazing! I want to learn this skill too!"
Everyone enjoyed their Fruit Wine, drinking one after another until they realized it was closing time at the bar. Fairleya seemed to have a lot to say to Kairuot but felt hesitant with the other two present.
Fair Connie noticed her thoughts. On the way home, she pulled Li Girl aside so that the two could talk privately.
---
It was already late at night. As they walked, Fairleya thought of the place where they practiced their skills: Golden Tower.
So the two quietly made their way to their training spot, Golden Spire.
Looking at the place where they had cultivated together for many years, Fairleya sighed, "You left for so many years before coming back."
Kairuot said, "That's why I hurried here; I wanted to pass on the highest level skills: Bel Fist and Bel Heart Technique."
He did not look at Fairleya's affectionate gaze, breaking free from her grasp and began practicing Bel Fist in Tower Spitze. This strange martial art piqued Fairleya's curiosity, and she unconsciously started to learn it from him.
Fairleya had a high level of comprehension; after a set of movements, she had basically memorized the entire technique. Next, Kairuot taught her the Bel Heart Technique. Although there were many moves in this mental technique, Fairleya's memory was strong, and she remembered it after just one demonstration. Kairuot wanted to teach her again more thoroughly, but Fairleya stopped him. She hugged Kairuot tightly and said, "Did we come to Tower Spitze just to train?"
Kairuot did not understand: "Then why?"
Fairleya replied, "So that you will never let me down."
Kairuot said, "Don't worry, I will never let you down."
Fairleya gently kissed Kairuot's lips and asked, "Do you remember the words you once wrote for me?"
How could Kairuot forget? He recited, "The east wind fills the tower, hard to conceal the romance; long thoughts linger, two depend on each other, do not waste the youth. A thousand tender feelings are hard to part with; Mountain Without Green, Sea Without Water, only then can we bid farewell."
"Long thoughts linger, two depend on each other, do not waste the youth; well said." As she spoke, Fairleya held Kairuot even tighter. "Tonight I want to be with you."
Kairuot said, "Fairleya, wait for me to return; we still have plenty of time."
Fairleya playfully chided him: "Every time I think about how long it might be until we reunite afterward, I can't let go of every moment spent with you right now... Also, I've memorized your words; you can't escape them—Kairuot, I am bound to you in this life."
How could Kairuot refuse this woman he had loved for a lifetime? Thus, they both went into a room next to Tower Spitze. Tonight was perfect for a spring night...
