As everyone felt fortunate to escape the ancient tomb, Belt was complaining... complaining that all the gold and silver treasures were buried beneath the ruins, difficult to see the light of day again.
Li Girl couldn't listen any longer and scolded him, "You can still go back and get them! See if the Queen of the Robes likes you; you could even have her keep you as her attendant."
Upon hearing this, Belt shook his head vigorously like a rattle drum, "I never want to go back to that cursed place! My life is more important..."
Besides Kairuot and their group, a few Bandits also managed to escape, but unfortunately fell into the hands of the Mars Squad.
After some questioning, Kairuot and his companions learned from the Bandits that an elderly couple had once lived in a secret chamber next to the ancient tomb. After Bel Six arrived, he often quarreled with them and eventually left in anger. It was said they were heading to the Great Prairie to find another place to live.
Li Girl immediately thought this was her parents and quickly discussed a plan with Kairuot.
Kairuot then called for Giant Dragon Osei. Everyone except Belt climbed onto the dragon's back, preparing to head towards the Hulunbuir Grassland.
Seeing Kairuot and the others about to leave on the giant dragon, Belt hurriedly said, "Are you really going to abandon me like this?"
Kairuot reassured Belt, "We'll find Li Girl's parents and come back to pick you up at Nuzhicheng. Don't worry; we won't leave you behind. Besides, I've arranged for Unicorn Laka to protect you."
After saying this, Kairuot summoned Unicorn Laka. Laka obediently came to Belt's side, and Kairuot had Kaila recognize her new master. With a giant beast protecting him, Belt felt less afraid. He waved goodbye to Kairuot and said, "You all go ahead; I'll wait for you at Nuzhicheng."
The giant dragon carried the three into the sky and instantly disappeared without a trace.
A few Bandits watched in astonishment, thinking they had encountered deities, and they all knelt down in worship. They regarded Belt as their big brother and vowed to follow him. This made Belt extremely proud; he thought that this trip was not in vain—he not only met a powerful brother who could summon winds and rain but also obtained several valuable gold coins. He felt quite satisfied as he set off towards Nuzhicheng with his five Camels and several brothers following him.

Giant Dragon Osei flew around in the sky with the three of them, but unfortunately, there were no results; searching for Li Girl's parents in the vast Hulunbuir Grassland was indeed not an easy task.
Kairuot guided Giant Dragon Osei to a stop by the riverbank. The summer on the grassland, after a light rain, appeared particularly fresh and tranquil, with blue skies and white clouds as a backdrop. The endless green grass swayed gently in the breeze, creating rolling waves that resembled a vast ocean of green. Among the lush grass and green waves were herds of cattle and sheep, scattered yurts, and curling smoke from cooking fires, resembling a stunning landscape painting.
This scenery made Li Girl exclaim joyfully as soon as she got down, "It's so beautiful! So beautiful!"
"Let's go, there are more beautiful sights ahead," Kairuot urged. "We should check out the yurts up ahead to see if we can find any news about your parents."
So, they walked on the soft green grass toward the yurts not far away.
Before they reached the yurts, a young man on horseback rushed over, stopping his horse in front of them and asking, "Are you the ones who just rode in on the divine dragon?"
Kairuot made a fist and bowed, saying, "We came here riding the dragon, but we are not divine beings."
At that moment, herders from nearby yurts began to run out. An elderly man with white hair was supported by a young man and approached them. Upon seeing them, everyone knelt down before Kairuot and her companions and performed a bowing gesture.
The three of them immediately recognized the elderly man as Belzon, with Long Er supporting him. They almost simultaneously shouted, "Bel Grandfather! Long Er!"
Bel Grandfather trembled as he stood up and said, "Divine beings are indeed divine; they even know my name and my great-grandson's name."
Kairuot stepped forward to support Bel Grandfather, saying, "Great-Great-Grandfather, do you still remember me? My name is Kairuot, your great-grandson-in-law."
Bel Grandfather looked closely at Kairuot and replied, "Which divine being are you? I have never seen you before; I do not know whose son-in-law you are."
Kairuot thought that Long Er should remember him. He turned to ask, "Long Er, do you recognize me?"
Long Er shook his head to indicate he did not recognize him.
Li Girl and Bel Purewood stepped forward to introduce themselves, but they were met with blank stares; the others claimed not to know them. Kairuot already understood that Bel Grandfather, Long Er, and some others they recognized had all been brainwashed by Belche. Their past memories had been erased, and trying to make them recall anything was futile. It was better to converse with them in the name of deities.
Bel Grandfather was very hospitable and instructed everyone to properly entertain the "deities."
Communication was not difficult, as most of the people here were those who had been demoted from Dragonfall Lodge. They welcomed the descending deities with warmth, singing and dancing as if it were a festival.
Li Girl watched as her once-familiar neighbors appeared as strangers. She quietly said to Kairuot, "It's terrifying that Belche can erase people's memories; it's hard to believe."
Kairuot explained, "Belche implanted a Human Activity Controller in their brains. Their minds are under Belche's control, and their usual memories have been copied into the Controller, which has already erased their past. Recovering those memories is extremely difficult."
Li Girl asked, "So does that mean I also have a Controller in my brain?"
Kairuot replied, "Your brain doesn't have that because your parents strongly opposed it."
Li Girl continued, "So does that mean my parents' brains also don't have Controllers installed?"
"That's still uncertain," Kairuot said. "Since we were able to find them, I believe your parents must have come here as well."
As they spoke, several Herders approached with Horse Milk Wine and offered it to them. Unable to refuse their hospitality, they drank Horse Milk Wine with the Herders, enjoyed Beef and Lamb, and sang cheerful Prairie Songs, spending a joyful day and night.
During this time, Kairuot did not forget to search for Li Girl's parents. He learned from a few Herders that an elderly couple with gray hair had previously inquired about Li Girl's whereabouts. It was said that they had headed towards the Dunhuang Mogao Caves in their search.
