“Hell on Earth?” Kairuot asked in confusion, “What kind of place is it?”
“It’s a place that Earthlings find quite terrifying, a place they must go after doing evil deeds,” Tour Guide replied.
“Isn’t there going to be a bunch of inexplicable beauties waiting there? … This kind of setup really does scare me,” Kairuot said sincerely.
“If your wife is waiting for you there, would you go?” Tour Guide countered.
Kairuot shook his head and said, “That’s impossible. Isn’t Xiao Li out shopping? Could Hell on Earth be a shopping area? It feels strange…”
The tour guide asked again, “It’s definitely not a shopping area, but if she really is waiting for you there, would you go?”
Kairuot answered, “If Xiao Li is there, I would definitely go. I have to ensure her safety. However, if I find out you’re lying to me or have some other scheme, I won’t let you off the hook.”

Under Tour Guide's arrangement, they drove to the entrance of Hell on Earth. The scene here was completely opposite to that of Happy Island, with dim lights flickering like ghosts. The entrance to Hell on Earth was shaped like a skull, its mouth wide open, looking eerie and terrifying as if it were ready to swallow anyone who entered or exited. The two large doors were tightly shut, and Tour Guide held up the Wristband to the door's ring; the doors automatically opened.
Entering through the skull's mouth and walking further inside, the light grew dimmer. They walked along a special path and arrived at a bridge. Tour Guide informed Kairuot, saying they had just walked along Underworld Road, and now they had reached Naihe Bridge.
After crossing the bridge, there was an earthen platform where an old woman sat. Seeing them approach, she hurriedly stepped forward to block their way. Tour Guide waved the Wristband and asked, “Meng Po, don’t you recognize me?”
“Oh, oh.” The old woman recognized the special Wristband, immediately nodded and stepped aside, saying, “I’m sorry for not knowing the esteemed presence of the Great Immortal. Please forgive my rudeness; please proceed!”
The tour guide explained to him: “Do you know? That platform is called the Wishing Platform. Meng Po sells Meng Po Soup there. Anyone who wishes to be reincarnated must drink the soup made by Meng Po using water from The River of Forgetfulness under the Naihe Bridge, which makes them forget everything from their past lives completely. Their souls will transform between life and death here in Hell on Earth.”
Kairuot felt that this Tour Guide was different from before; his demeanor and speech were not like ordinary people. He interjected, “I’ve lived on Earth for a while and heard stories about hell from Earthlings. I didn’t take them seriously before, but now it seems there really is a hell; it has opened my eyes. This must have been pre-designed by you Capricornian, right? You use these props to scare Earthlings to achieve your ambition of ruling over them.”
“Don’t say it so harshly…” Tour Guide defended himself, “This hell is actually meant to provide a resting place for the restless souls of Earthlings. If we don’t settle these evil souls properly and confine them in a special environment, they will pose an even greater threat to the universe after their rebirth.”
"Kairuot" said, "With their cognitive ability, even if we give them another ten thousand years, they won't pose a threat to the safety of the Capricornian, let alone endanger the universe. You are already high and mighty rulers, revered as deities by the Earthlings. Once the Earthlings die, they naturally have their own destination; you are meddling too much."
The tour guide explained, "The slaughter among the Earthlings is too severe. We use this method to warn them: life is but a few decades of cold and heat. If one does not cultivate good deeds throughout their life, does not understand cause and effect, and does not know how to accumulate virtue, when impermanence arrives in the blink of an eye and their soul returns to the underworld, it will be too late for regret. We have always been engaged in punishing evil and promoting good."
"You?" Kairuot looked at the Tour Guide with suspicion. "Aren't you just a clone produced by the Capricornian?"
"Am I a clone? Clones only obediently follow orders; do they possess thoughts like mine?" The Tour Guide pulled off the human skin mask from her face. "Look at who I am."
"Belden?" Kairuot looked at her in astonishment. "I can't recognize your voice at all; you're truly impressive!"
Hearing her husband's praise, Beldan said, "My skills were taught by you. You can't even recognize my voice modulation; it's surprising that you're still my husband."
"Great-Great-Grandfather taught you many things," Kairuot said with deep feeling. "You have become mature and calm."
As she spoke, Kairuot, under Belden's guidance, had already entered the terrifying hell created by the Capricornian. The scenes in this hell were produced through advanced technology by the Capricornian and were extremely lifelike.
They sequentially viewed the Pillar Hell, Fire Bed Hell, and Cutting Hell. The scenes inside were incredibly eerie and terrifying, sending chills down one's spine. The anguished cries of the tortured prisoners constantly tormented the viewers' hearts; blood filled the air, rivers of blood flowed, a foul smell wafted, and piles of corpses lay scattered—an overwhelming spectacle. After watching, Kairuot couldn't help but ask, "Many Earthlings die every day; can you collect all their souls?"
Belden told him, "There should be no problem. We have established a powerful electromagnetic control device in Earth's core. Every Earthling has a controller installed in their brain. As soon as a person dies, the control center will know and issue commands through powerful control devices to retrieve the souls of the deceased."
"You also know what the deceased did before they died?" Kairuot asked.
Belden replied, "We can know what the deceased did before their death by retrieving video information generated by the controller in their brain. The Control Room will automatically arrange for their souls based on everything they did before death. If they committed many evil acts, they can only go to hell; their souls will be eternally imprisoned there without escape."
"Great-Great-Grandfather is meddling too much."
Belden continued, "Great-Great-Grandfather not only oversees the Earthlings but also bears the responsibility of protecting Earth. He has established three protective layers around Earth."
"Three protective layers?"
"Yes," Beldan continued, "first is the powerful Earth's magnetic field. We can change the South and North Magnetic Poles of the Earth at any time according to the situation. The magnetic field can greatly weaken the intensity of Solar Wind, preventing excessive Solar Wind from harming Earth's living beings; second is establishing an Atmosphere on Earth, which can prevent most meteors that invade Earth from attacking the surface, protecting all living things on Earth; third is establishing a Satellite Orbit. The Satellite Orbit can effectively restrain large meteors, preventing space debris that could destroy life on Earth from entering the Atmosphere. The Atmosphere and Satellite Orbit create an indestructible Iron Wall for the Earth. These are things that Earthlings will never be able to achieve."
"You control the Cognitive Ability of Earthlings and hold the genetic codes of humanity, preventing Earthlings from developing rapidly. Of course, Earthlings will never do what Homo Sapiens do. I believe that one day, when Earthlings are not under the control of Homo Sapiens, they will surely develop rapidly. Because we share the same genes in every aspect, the only difference is the disparity in Cognitive Ability that distinguishes humans, Homo Sapiens, and intelligent beings. This world does not necessarily have to be ruled by Homo Sapiens; one day Earthlings will also create miracles," Kairuot expressed his views.
"It is precisely because of this difference that Earthlings will never catch up with Capricornian."
Kairuot told her, "Don't forget that a large portion of Earthlings are Capricornian. Among them are our brothers and sisters, our elders; they are victims of war, sent back to Earth by war, turning them into what they are now."
The heart-wrenching and exceptionally tragic scenes of hell made Kairuot not want to continue watching. They stopped viewing and turned back. Kairuot asked, "Has all this effort you put into shaping these scenes had a deterrent effect on Earthlings?"
"It has had a significant effect," Beldan said. "It is our responsibility as Homo Sapiens; we cannot allow Earthlings to engage in endless slaughter. We want to guide them towards goodness; we do not wish for large-scale wars to disrupt the Earth and lead it toward destruction."
Kairuot asked, "Is your frequent preaching on Earth also for this purpose?"
Beldan nodded and said, "How did you know I preach on Earth?"
"The monks at White Horse Temple told me."
Beldan smiled and nodded, asking, "Do you want to return to Luoyang City? In three days, I have been invited by the officiate at White Horse Temple in Luoyang to preach there."
"I can accompany you; I want to hear how you promote Buddhism in person," Kairuot eagerly anticipated.
