In the battle at the palace, Belche experienced the might of Kairuot; his Royal Guard suffered heavy casualties after a fierce fight that lasted most of the night, and he was unable to defeat them until he finally relied on his Electromagnetic Cannon to eliminate them.
To Belche's surprise, his major concern had been resolved: a report given to him by Bel IV indicated that many remnants of flesh collected from the battlefield had been sent to the Human Quantum Laboratory for testing, where they finally found DNA identical to that of Kairuot and Belri. This confirmed that the two adversaries had been turned into pulp by the Electromagnetic Cannon; in other words, both had died. Now, he could finally sleep soundly.
In fact, this was the masterpiece of Bel I, who possessed a vast amount of quantum data on important figures from Mars, Earth, and Capricorn Planet, allowing him to clone them at any time. Moreover, it was no problem to produce the necessary remnants of Kairuot and Xiaoli. He secretly mixed the cloned remains of Kairuot and Belri with the human remains collected from the site destroyed by the Electromagnetic Cannon and managed to deceive Belche by submitting this mixture for testing at the Human Quantum Laboratory.
This method temporarily ensured the safety of the two intruders. Following Bel I's plan, Kairuot and Xiaoli were to disguise themselves as Squad Leaders of Belche's Royal Guard, gradually taking control of the entire palace military system. Earlier in the pursuit battle, two Squad Leaders had fallen, and Bel IV had instructed him to quickly clone new Squad Leaders to replace them.
To be cautious, Bel I cloned two Squad Leaders disguised as Kairuot and Xiaoli and kept them hidden, ready for emergencies.
Bel I soon finished disguising Kairuot and Xiaoli. He mixed them among a dozen cloned National Guard officers. At this point, Bel I noticed one drawback: Xiaoli was slightly shorter than ideal. However, due to Bel IV's urgent demand for cloned troops, he didn't have time to correct this minor flaw and could only silently pray for everything to go smoothly.
Before long, Bel I led the cloned National Guard officers to the National Guard's Regiment Headquarters. In the assembly area, Commander Bel IV looked at the dozen officers under his command and said to his brother beside him, "The clones you produced this time are quite good; they look decent. But that one over there... is a bit short." Bel IV had noticed Xiaoli and commented, "Why does that one look like a girl? Brother, why did you assign someone like that to a Squad Leader position? She wouldn't even qualify as a soldier. Are your eyes not working properly or what?"
Bel I quickly provided cover: "There was no choice; you wanted it done urgently. I had to rush it and even used some ceremonial guards from the National Guard as fillers. But this one has a very sharp mind; she's designed quite excellently in all aspects."
Bel IV was skeptical. He took a Laser Gun from a nearby soldier and handed it to Xiaoli while pointing at a training target in the distance: "If you hit that target over there, I'll let you be a Squad Leader."
Before Bel I could say "That's too far," Xiaoli raised her gun with one hand without blinking and shot down the distant target.
"Not bad! Not bad!" Bel IV praised happily. "Brother, your design is impressive!"
Bel I had just been anxious moments ago; Xiaoli's performance instantly reassured him, prompting him to boast: "Yes, yes! You have to believe that my designs have always been top-notch."
Bel IV asked, "When will you deliver the next batch of suicide squad robotic soldiers?"
"We are working overtime to produce them. I have made improvements to the design of these robotic soldiers," Bel I politely informed his brother. "I will strive to deliver them to you within ten days."

Dozens of "Clone" officers were assigned to different military facilities. The facilities where Kairuot and Xiao Li's squads were located were not far apart, and since there were no soldiers assigned temporarily, they were both left without any troops. However, Bel IV clearly stated that all officers were not allowed to leave without orders. Thus, the two of them could only stay in the facility.
Bel I was indeed exceptionally shrewd; he had anticipated things that others had not considered. The facility where Kairuot and Xiao Li were located appeared to be closed off, but it was equipped with a hidden passage system. Bel I feared that if things went awry, he would need an escape route, and his two backup Clones could be swapped out through the hidden passages at any time.

In accordance with Bel IV's requirements, Bel I worked overtime to produce the robotic soldiers, managing to distribute all the "goods" to the royal battalion within just ten days.
For the robots assigned to Kairuot and Xiao Li's squads, Bel I secretly made adjustments. He changed all the programming so that they would have to absolutely obey the commands of the two captains. He also altered the obedience of these other soldiers from following Belche to recognizing his military uniform's chest and arm Marshal insignia. He knew that after Belche usurped power and became the Capricorn King, he had never relinquished military authority; he always wore his Marshal uniform. Every time he visited the troops, he donned a brand new, tidy Marshal uniform, a habit he had never changed.
Additionally, for the robots in Kairuot and Xiao Li's squads, Bel I rectified past intentional design flaws—erroneous programming that caused sluggish weapon usage and poor responsiveness. He injected the best robotic programming so that all weapons could be utilized effectively, with quick reactions and ample stamina. He believed these two squads of robots should be the strongest on Capricorn Planet.
As for weaponry allocation, it was not up to Bel I to decide; Belche had already thought ahead—he learned from previous battles and sought to decentralize power, not wanting Bel IV, this indecisive Commander, to hold too much authority. After all, he was not a Clone, and his thoughts were more complex; controlling him in the future might prove difficult. Therefore, he increased firepower for each guard squad and distributed mechs among them. Each squad was equipped with two heavy mechs and four Small Mecha, along with standard heavy weapons and additional small Electromagnetic Cannons.
Due to the addition of mechs in each squad's facility yard, space became limited. Belche ordered some areas within the palace grounds to be cleared out; he also transformed flattened land into barracks for each squad as if overnight the entire palace had been turned into a fully armed force.
Belche demanded that Bel I ensure absolute obedience in both the programming design of the robotic warriors and their brain control by the Clones. He frequently inspected the production base, conducting random checks and tests until he was satisfied before assigning these National Guard officers and soldiers under Bel IV.
The Kairuot Ground Defense Squad was relocated to the newly constructed barracks in that open area. Looking at the brand new mechs and the neatly organized robotic soldiers, Kairuot felt genuinely happy; he now had his own troops on Capricorn Planet.
Although the control systems within the robotic soldiers were already set up and required no training, Kairuot remained uneasy. He initiated enhanced training for the soldiers.
Kairuot demanded that each soldier hit their target with precision; those who did not meet the standard had to practice repeatedly. To his surprise, when he demonstrated, his soldiers learned quickly with just a glance, requiring no further guidance from him. Soon, his squad was proficient with mainstream weapons, each becoming skilled operators who began to master weapon knowledge, allowing them to handle new weapons effortlessly upon arrival.
As for mech training, it was even more impressive—within just ten days, the soldiers' proficiency in piloting mechs in the air rivaled his own. On Capricorn Planet, aerial control was enforced, prohibiting any flying objects except military aircraft. Consequently, Kairuot's mech training caught Belche's attention. During a court meeting, he inquired with Bel IV about what was happening. Bel IV vaguely replied that Kairuot's squad was conducting training.
After responding to Belche, Bel IV couldn't help but think: "What on earth are these Clone Officers up to? Is there really a need for enhanced training for robotic soldiers? The program is already designed; there's no need for you, Squad Leader, to worry about it. They must be bored and have nothing better to do."
Thus, he immediately decided to visit the squad led by Kairuot to see for himself.
