Three men were carrying a girl out of the bar; she was so drunk that she had lost all awareness and was completely hanging on two young men.
Bai Yujing immediately recognized what was happening; this girl had clearly been picked up by them. However, she didn't plan to intervene. A girl who could get this drunk in a bar had likely prepared herself for being taken away. Why should she ruin someone else's good time? But three men and one woman—it was a bit exciting to think about!
Bai Yujing opened the car door just as the girl turned her head and vomited all over the street. When Bai Yujing saw her face, she realized she recognized her; wasn't this the girl who had sent her a note before?
Bai Yujing had one foot in the car but thought better of it and stepped back. "Hey, you three over there, stop right there!"

Bai Yujing grabbed one of the shoulders and pulled back, causing several hunched figures to lean backward, nearly toppling over. "Who the hell are you? Are you looking for trouble?"
"I know this woman. I need to ask her if they are willing to come with you!" Bai Yujing stood in front of the person, towering over him by almost a head. The man wanted to make a move, but upon seeing Bai Yujing's demeanor, he hesitated.
"Get lost and mind your own business," said a skinny guy with glasses behind him, looking like trouble with sunken eyes and a dead fish vibe.
Bai Yujing replied, "I said I need to ask!"
"Fuck..."
The man kicked at Bai Yujing, but Bai Yujing reacted faster, grabbing his foot and pulling. With a loud crack, the man ended up sitting on the ground in a split position.
"Ah!" It was clear that this guy couldn't perform such a move; now that he was forcibly pulled apart, he trembled with sweat pouring down.
"My legs! My legs!"
Seeing their buddy taken down, the other two rushed forward. Bai Yujing didn't hold back; with a punch and a kick, dealing with them was much easier than handling Lin Ruoqiao. There was no technique needed; their weak punches couldn't even land on Bai Yujing. Even if they did hit him, it would feel like nothing.
Bai Yujing picked up the girl lying on the ground like a corpse. The nearly one hundred pounds felt weightless in his hands. He patted her face, "Hey, hey, wake up."
Frowning, Bai Yujing looked at the three moaning on the ground. "You guys didn’t drug her, did you? If so, I’m calling the police!"
The three shouted in unison, "No, no! This girl insisted on showing off and made a bet with someone to drink more in a cup-flipping contest—one thousand for each extra drink. We found her in the bathroom and brought her out!"
Bai Yujing disliked such situations, but since he had already saved her, there was nothing more to be done. He shoved the girl into the car and drove back. Along the way, he noticed she was gagging, fearing she might throw up in his car. Finally arriving at the community, as soon as Bai Yujing entered the door, he threw her into the bathroom and told her to lean over the toilet and throw up as much as she needed.
Bai Yujing remembered the ambiguous expression of the security guard at the entrance of the community just now. Bai Yujing was somewhat familiar with him, coming and going every day, and the guard was used to seeing her. The girl looked quite good, with an oval face, big eyes, and a natural charm about her. Dressed in a tight black mini skirt and stockings, she was indeed eye-catching. In comparison, Xu Ying felt like she was doing poorly; she rented a dark little room and worked as a car salesperson with no visible future. If it weren't for last month's decent commission, she might not have been able to get by. Thinking about this made Xu Ying feel a bit downcast.
However, Mali had blocked her path relentlessly, flaunting her luxury car, handbag, and ring while mocking her. Unable to hold back, Xu Ying ended up arguing with her at the bar. In the end, it seemed like she won; Mali was taken away by her boyfriend while Xu Ying apparently fell asleep in the bathroom.
"Did someone pick me up?" Xu Ying broke out in a cold sweat as she checked her body again and found nothing wrong before finally relaxing. She looked around the room; it was very luxurious and spacious. Besides a king-sized bed, there was a mahogany wardrobe and two large floor-to-ceiling windows on the side.
When Xu Ying pushed open one of the windows, she stepped out onto the balcony where there was a swimming pool in the backyard. The yard also featured a small rockery with trees and leisure areas; in the distance lay a beautiful lake.
Where is this place? It didn't look like a hotel; someone must have brought her home. It seemed she had indeed been picked up by someone who turned out to be quite gentlemanly since nothing inappropriate happened to her. The words "beastly" flashed through Xu Ying's mind as she hoped he was a handsome guy.
Finding herself only in underwear with no other clothes around, there was no choice but to wrap herself in a blanket and walk barefoot out of the room. As she walked through the villa, which was decorated very luxuriously—this was actually her first time in such a place—her eyes sparkled with wonder. If only she could have a villa like this to live in; wouldn't that be like living as a princess?
But thinking of her cramped living situation brought some discouragement back to Xu Ying. As she reached the staircase railing, she heard sounds of a television from downstairs. Looking down, she saw a young man in a loose white T-shirt lying on the sofa; all she could see was his back. On a single seat beside him sat an oddly shaped, chubby little creature.
"Nobita!"
"Doraemon, help me!"

At this moment, Bai Yujing was sitting on the sofa. Turning around, he happened to see Xu Ying wrapped in a blanket coming down the stairs. Xu Ying felt a jolt of electricity; he looked so handsome. In an instant, Xu Ying felt like a lovesick fool. Indeed, as Haiyang said, Bai Yujing recently seemed to have transformed into a lady killer. With his tall stature and golden ratio body, the V-line and streamlined muscles, along with his deep and three-dimensional facial features, he was truly stunning.
"You’re awake!" Bai Yujing turned to see Xu Ying wrapped in the blanket and immediately reacted, "Sorry, your clothes are being washed but they’re not dry yet. I don’t have any girls' clothes prepared here. Let me find one of my shirts for you to wear; it should be dry by this afternoon!"
"It’s you!" Xu Ying finally realized that this was the big client from when she bought the car. She had earned a considerable commission from him last month.
"You recognized me! Yesterday, I saw three guys dragging you out of a bar on the street. I happened to pass by and brought you back. So, how are you feeling now? Are you sober?"
After hearing this, Xu Ying suddenly felt a chill run through her body. "I’m sober now; it’s all good. Thank you!"
Bai Yujing found one of his t-shirts from the closet. Due to recent changes in his physique, he had bought a whole new set of clothes; he couldn’t wear any of his previous ones and had disposed of them all. After Xu Ying changed into it, Bai Yujing noticed that she didn’t even need to wear pants. Xu Ying was probably under 1.7 meters tall, considered tall for a girl, while Bai Yujing was 1.87 meters and usually preferred wearing looser clothing. Therefore, when she put it on, it looked too big on her.
Looking at her, Bai Yujing felt an unusual allure; combined with Xu Ying’s slightly enchanting face, there was an intriguing charm about her. Bai Yujing cleared his throat twice and asked, "By the way, what’s your name? I seem to have forgotten!"
Xu Ying felt a bit annoyed and replied, "My name is Xu Ying!”
