Tick-tock!
When Bai Yujing woke up from her dream, she realized she was on a plane. It was only when she set off that she noticed she was catching the peak travel period during National Day. The strange sound she had just heard was actually from Li Hao's watch, which he had placed near her ear, causing her to have a nightmare.
At this time, the sky was already bright. After freshening up, Bai Yujing picked up her breakfast, which consisted of meat buns, an egg roll, and a cup of fresh milk—though the portions were a bit small.
Bai Yujing glanced at Li Hao beside her and nudged him to get ready for breakfast. Li Hao stretched lazily and took a big gulp from his cup. Bai Yujing said, "Why does it seem like your skin has gotten so much fairer? You haven't used Fishman Blood, have you?"

Li Hao looked at the naive country bumpkin and said, "Where did you hear such rumors? It's just that people are afraid of misunderstandings due to language barriers. If you find a local who speaks Japanese to take you in, it should be fine. But foreigners usually have to pay several times more; those greedy Little Devils!"
Suddenly, Li Hao remembered something. "By the way, Old Bai, don't you speak decent Japanese? We could pretend to be Japanese when we go in! That way, we can save a lot of money! Plus, many special services aren't available to foreigners. With your fluent Japanese, there shouldn't be any problem!"

During the National Day holiday, most passengers on the plane were tourists heading from China to Neon. After landing at Haneda Airport, Bai Yujing suddenly realized that his fifty-point investment in Japanese seemed useless because everywhere he looked had Chinese signs. Even where there weren't any signs, he could guess what they meant just by looking at the characters.
Isn't knowing Chinese enough? Why did he spend fifty points? Was it just for show? Could it really be as Li Hao said—to pretend to be a Little Devil and blend in...
After exiting the airport, Bai Yujing and Li Hao looked around but didn't see anyone holding a sign as they had expected. Bai Yujing asked, "Hey, Li Hao, didn't you say someone would pick us up? What's going on? I don't see anyone!"
