"Thud! Thud!"
The ground seemed to tremble, and the people walking on the street looked up towards the distance. The air suddenly became quiet; although they couldn't see what was causing the massive rumbling, they could feel that the source of the vibration was coming from that direction.
"What’s happening? Is it an earthquake?"
"I don’t think so; it feels like footsteps!"
"Are you kidding? What kind of being could make such a huge vibration just by walking?"
Many people leaned out from the tall stone buildings, and although they couldn’t see anything, a sense of oppression spread through the air, and everyone seemed to sense that dangerous aura.
The soldiers on the city walls gathered together, with a large number of them converging in this direction, looking towards the distance. They saw a dark shadow suddenly appear behind the mountains, a massive silhouette casting a long shadow on the ground.
At that moment, a gigantic foot stepped out from behind the mountain, revealing an enormous giant before their eyes. Its colossal body reached halfway up the mountainside, and in an instant, the discussions on the city walls ceased. Everyone gaped at the suddenly appearing giant, and then, like an explosion, everyone screamed.
"Monster! A monster has appeared! Everyone prepare for battle!"

Bai Yujing carried a basket made of straw, filled tightly with soldiers inside. Alice, Kaka, and Rod Pus were among them. The assembled army wore armor and held spears at the ready. Each person had one of these baskets behind them. In just one night, Rod Pus had managed to gather nearly two thousand troops, though most were merely there to fill numbers; there were not many true soldiers among them.
Under Rod Pus's guidance, Bai Yujing made her way here, having set out in the morning and walking for three to four hours to arrive.
As Bai Yujing appeared, others in her group began to emerge behind her. At this moment, the soldiers on the city walls were already stunned. The leading general pointed towards them and trembled as he said, "How can there be so many giants? Where did they come from?"
"Oh great deity, we have just faced the Blavisk Empire and now encounter such a calamity again. Is this how the gods wish to destroy us?"
Seeing the city ahead, Bai Yujing quickened her pace. The ground shook rhythmically as everyone inside felt an immense unknown presence approaching them. Then they saw a gigantic figure appear atop the city wall, its massive upper body revealed against the sky.
The soldiers on the city wall were now completely stunned, their hands trembling so much that they could barely hold their firearms. Under the immense pressure of Bai Yujing's presence, everyone was shivering, unable to utter a word. Many soldiers even knelt directly on the ground, treating Bai Yujing as a deity.

Standing beside me is the descendant of the royal Lotus Family, Queen Alice Lotus. Her Majesty Alice comes from the Island of Life, bearing the will of the divine to lead us Lilliput back to glory!"
Everyone looked up and saw a woman with light brown hair, wearing a crown and holding a scepter, standing on the giant's shoulder like a goddess. Especially at this moment, standing atop the giant seemed to imbue her with an inexplicable authority that left everyone in awe.
"Light brown hair—she really is royal!"
"The destined royal family—the Lotus Family has returned!"
"How is that possible? Are there still living members of the Lotus Family?"

However, at this moment, several plump individuals inside a luxurious building in the center were anxiously jumping up and down. The sudden change caught everyone off guard.

The entire city was abuzz with discussion. Under the call of Rod Pus and Alice, even the soldiers on the city walls began to hesitate, losing their will to resist. Rod Pus immediately leaned close to Bai Yujing's collar and said, "My lord, that building in the center is the palace. Bai Yujing immediately lifted his leg and stepped into the city. At that moment, screams filled the air; the streets were empty with not a single person in sight. Many people huddled at home with their children, watching as the giant's towering legs entered the city, trembling on the ground without even the courage to steal a glance.
Bai Yujing said to Hank behind him, "We will surround the palace. No one is allowed in or out. Then let Rod Pus lead people inside to control the situation. Execute the decapitation plan—go, go, go!"
Everyone immediately quickened their pace and ran down the spacious avenue of Lilliput's capital. A military unit that had been rushing toward the city wall saw a line of giant members running straight toward them, and since they were not even as tall as the giants' feet, everyone panicked and fled in disarray, regardless of their commanding officer's orders.
All those who were frantically escaping from the giants' path left the entire palace to them. Six giants surrounded the palace, peering inside as if examining some model toy.
Inside, they saw tiny people screaming in panic; servants had knocked over teapots, and soldiers were crawling on the ground. Bai Yujing set down the basket he was holding as Rod Pus led pairs of soldiers inside and quickly took control of the situation.
Before long, Rod Pus had secured the entire palace. The plump nobles were dragged out one by one, disheveled and kneeling on the ground. Rod Pus knelt on one knee before Alice.
"Your Majesty, these rebels have been captured. What should we do with them?"
Alice discussed with Kaka for a moment: "First, lock them all up. We must take control of the capital immediately and then seize military power!"
