At that moment, another man emerged from the nearby forest, waving a folding fan. He looked at the man in front of him and said with amusement, "Brother Su, I never expected you to have such thoughts; you are quite bold."
"Lord Xia is making fun of me. This operation was planned from the beginning; did you not know?" Su Xi replied to Xia Ziqian.
Xia Ziqian smiled and said, "This matter was not part of our plan. Now Mo Xiao Li has begun investigating previous events, so we should be cautious."
"I know that. Just be careful; if we are discovered, all our efforts will be in vain. Also, regarding the woman you asked me to investigate, she is currently in a small village in Nanyang.
