"However, sir, how do you plan to resolve these expenses? And living in the future will definitely require money; you need a substantial amount of funding to thoroughly research this Mysterious Metal."
"Sigh... there's no way around it; you'll have to accompany me to the bank..." Ziyu said helplessly, rubbing his forehead.
Ziyu didn't want to, but there was no other choice.
Working part-time? Too slow and exhausting. To have enough for living and research expenses, working part-time might not even be sufficient for a lifetime.
Finding a job? Ziyu had other things to do as well.
"But sir, that's illegal on Earth..." Zero interjected.
"Then how do you suggest we get the money? I'm not a miser; I just need enough for living and research, nothing excessive," Ziyu replied. "Besides, I will go to multiple banks, so it shouldn't have too much impact."
Ziyu didn't want too much money, but it was clear that some money was indeed necessary.
"Well... okay, I trust that you know what you're doing."
The journey on the ship was quite peaceful. Most of the years in Ziyu's memory were spent working; he used to work in an organization and later went back in time to experience martial arts... In fact, Ziyu rarely took time to rest.
"This feels so nice..." Ziyu lay on the bed, enjoying the softness that he hadn't experienced in a long time.
Outside, there were always people monitoring Ziyu. Due to his unclear identity, those on the ship dared not let their guard down. However, Ziyu didn't care about that; their tension had nothing to do with him.

"Dear passengers, we have arrived at Sanya..."
Upon reaching the destination, the ship began announcing for everyone to disembark. It was already close to midnight.
Ziyu was sleeping soundly when he was forced to wake up, feeling a bit annoyed.
Ziyu dragged the ship made of Mysterious Metal along.
"Please wait a moment, sir." A staff member stopped Ziyu from getting off the ship.
Ziyu looked at the person.
"Sir, please leave your contact information. We will reach out to you regarding the fees," the staff member said politely. "Please don't misunderstand; this is standard procedure..."
"It's fine, I understand..." Ziyu rubbed his nose.
Contact information? Ziyu didn't even have a phone.
"How about this," Ziyu said, "the person on your ship can accompany me to the bank. I'll withdraw some cash and hand it over to you in person. How does that sound?"
It was nighttime, a good time to go to the bank.
The staff member hesitated for a moment, spoke a few words inside, and then arranged for another person to follow Ziyu to the bank.
"I mean, can't you guys be a bit more generous with such a big ship... charging for saving someone..." Ziyu said while dragging the ship, speaking to the person beside him.
"Uh... well, our boss needs to keep track of data and income. We can't afford to make mistakes," the person replied somewhat awkwardly.
"I'm going to find a place to store my ship," Ziyu said.
He couldn't just drag the ship to the bank... strutting around...
Ziyu found a small corner and, taking advantage of the staff member's distraction, transformed the ship into the shape of a travel suitcase.
"Alright, let's go," Ziyu said as she stepped out, dragging a suitcase.
"Oh..." The staff member looked at Ziyu's suitcase, somewhat puzzled, thinking, "It doesn't seem like it was this big before."
To explain better, Ziyu had placed a travel case on the metal ship, but the entire piece of metal had transformed into a travel case, making it naturally larger than the one she had originally separated on the ship.
"There's nothing in here anyway; I'll fill it with money later," Ziyu smiled and said.
The staff member quietly followed behind.
In fact, since Ziyu boarded the ship until now, everyone who had seen her found it strange; she was wearing rough linen clothes and dragging a ship with her...
The two arrived near the bank.
"Alright, you wait here; I'll be back soon," Ziyu said.
The staff member stopped, able to see the bank's entrance from where he stood. He believed that no matter what happened, Ziyu couldn't escape.
"Zero, transmit the signal; you're responsible for infiltrating the bank's security system," Ziyu instructed. "Then change the surveillance information and open all the doors."
"Understood, sir."
Moments later, the bank's doors really opened.
This bank was fully automated and could be controlled entirely through computers, which worked perfectly in Ziyu's favor.
"Sir, the vault is over there..." Zero had completely simulated the entire structure of the bank, just like how they had previously simulated the structure of the organization’s ship, combining information from various surveillance feeds.
Following Zero's directions, Ziyu walked forward as all encountered doors opened automatically.
"Although it's convenient, it's better to do less of it..." Ziyu was clear about what he was doing, and he didn't have that many desires himself.
"Cash is over here, gold bars are over there..." Zero said.
"Okay, let's take the cash first." What Ziyu lacked right now was cash; having only gold bars without cash was actually not very useful.
Ziyu went to the deepest part of the vault and filled an entire box with cash, then swaggered out just the same.
Ziyu didn't even know how much money he had taken.
"Alright, take as much as you need." Ziyu opened the box, and the cash lay quietly inside.
The staff member saw that the box was full and couldn't help but swallow hard, starting to count the amount of cash he needed.
He thought that although Ziyu was a bit strange, he was definitely someone of status... In fact, Ziyu didn't even have an ID right now.

After sending away the troublesome person, Ziyu felt a bit lost.
"Where should I go first?" Ziyu pondered. He knew where Lan was, but there were still many things he hadn't settled down yet.
"Zero, hack into the internet, change my information, modify my hometown and residence, erase my previous records."
Ziyu mentioned Lan's location, and Zero changed Ziyu's hometown and residence to that city.
"Next is to settle down and start researching Mysterious Metal; it's time to begin my life." Ziyu felt a bit excited.
This was the first time he could freely do his own things without any interference or restrictions.
Of course, Ziyu didn't want to live a mundane life. There were certain matters regarding the Bermuda series that Ziyu needed to clarify.
"However, sir, I just found out some news..." Zero suddenly said.
"What is it? Go on."
"The city where Lan is located has been acting strangely lately..."
It turned out that in the city of Daytime, things were noisy during the day, but at night, when it became quiet, strange sounds could be heard. It was suspected that these sounds also existed during the day, but were masked by other louder noises.
The sound resembled a Wolf Howl but also had the quality of a distorted scream...
"Probably just hype," Ziyu said, somewhat skeptical.
"Reports are all over major websites, and the police have already intervened in the investigation... It might be someone's deliberate prank, but this situation does exist."
