"What are the ones numbered one to five below?" Ziyu asked, clearly indicating that the three and one below were not any real leaders.
"The ones below are personnel at the next level, just below us, numbered one to five... responsible for conveying our orders, while we remain here and do not go out to the outside world."

Number 61 pointed to a large box covered with cloth and then lifted the cloth.
Inside was a creature entirely green, with large eyes and no whites, resembling an alien.
"This is the one who infiltrated the organization. He uses a high-tech shapeshifting ability. We don't know how many of the humans below are actually aliens in disguise... otherwise, we wouldn't need to be so secretive."
"Hissss..." The alien made a strange sound that seemed to be its language, but it was impossible to discern what it was saying.
"To these aliens, we are merely natives," Number 61 said as he walked over to the alien. "However, here, he is our captive."

To get Ziyu on board, these conditions must be met.
"This needs to be approved by the highest meeting of the organization... I don't have the final say." Number 61 began to return, "Then follow me back, and we'll immediately start deciding whether you qualify to have what you want."

Ziyu nodded thoughtfully and then his eyes lit up.
"This is it!" Ziyu said, staring at an enormous piece of metal.
