"New members?" A voice came from over there. "Have you checked?"
"I've checked, no problems," Hade replied.
"It seems that after you go to headquarters, you still need to undergo some checks. If you have any issues, you should leave quickly," Hade said, looking at Ziyu.
Although Ziyu had destroyed hundreds of Hade's Drones in an instant, Hade admired Ziyu's abilities. Hade could tell that Ziyu possessed more than just combat power.
"What could possibly happen? To be honest, we really just can't find our way back to the Yufeng Universe Nation. Joining you for a while would be fine," Ziyu answered casually.
If Ziyu's identity were to be discovered at any headquarters on this planet, it shouldn't be a big deal. New Humans and Interstellar Wanderers were not hostile towards each other. Perhaps if Ziyu offered some enticing conditions, these Interstellar Wanderers would follow Ziyu.
"That's good," Hade said, looking out the window and falling silent.
After a moment.
"Alright, we've arrived. Let's go down."
Interstellar Wanderers Headquarters.
"You are the new Ziyu and Zero?" A soldier approached Ziyu and scrutinized the two.
"Yes, that's us," Ziyu nodded, while Hade had already gone to make his report, leaving only Ziyu and Zero here.
"This is a robot, right? Then let's check you. But the robot needs to open data permissions in a bit," the soldier said.
Here, not only did they need to check Ziyu, but they also needed to check Zero. Opening data permissions meant allowing access to all data stored in Zero except for memories so they could review it.
Of course, Zero's data contained the technological information of an entire Cosmic Kingdom. How could Zero possibly allow that? However, if Zero needed to disguise itself, it was confident it would not be discovered at all.
As a Mechanical Life… failing at such a task would be pointless.
The soldier took a blood sample from Ziyu and collected other information while connecting Zero's data to the Computer… everything was being conducted very strictly.
About an hour later.
"Are you from the Yufeng Universe Nation?" A person approached Ziyu, who was not the same soldier as last time; this person seemed to hold some status.
"Yeah, what's up?" Ziyu asked.
"How did you get here?" The person walked up to Ziyu and inquired.
"I don't really know. I might have been swept here by a time-space distortion... Anyway, I just came here in a daze," Ziyu certainly couldn't mention anything about the Dark Universe, so he had to play dumb.
"Take a look at where your Yufeng Universe Nation is located." The person waved a hand, and a floating screen appeared. "We have been to the Yufeng Universe Nation before, so we have some information."
Ziyu looked up.
"Uh..."
The place where Ziyu was currently located was called the Celestial Star Universe Nation, while the Yufeng Universe Nation was in an area beyond the Celestial Star Universe Nation and across two Cosmic Kingdoms.
"That's so far?" Ziyu raised an eyebrow.
"Yes, it's that far," the person replied. "If you want to go back, it might take a long time. It would be better to just stay here and wait slowly. By the way, our organization is heading in that direction next."
"That will take a long time too..." Ziyu smiled wryly, feeling helpless and resigned to this situation.
"It will indeed take a long time... probably around ten years," the person nodded. "Alright, I have things to attend to. My name is Aben; you can ask me if you need anything in the future."
Ziyu stood up to see Aben out.
[Note: The time mentioned here has been converted; Aben is not referring to 'ten years' in Earth terms but rather cosmic time. For clarity, I will continue using Earth time instead of cosmic time.]
"This is terrible..." Ziyu collapsed onto the bed, staring at the ceiling. "It's so far away; I have to cross three Cosmic Kingdoms..."
Just thinking about it gave Ziyu a headache, but there was nothing he could do about it.

"Let's go; the boss wants to assign you guys," Hade returned and gestured for Ziyu and Zero to follow him.
Ziyu and Zero got up and followed behind, arriving at a room with only a table inside, behind which sat a person.
"This is the boss's office. The boss doesn't use technology when working here, so it's quite simple," Hade said quietly, lowering his head.
Ziyu looked over the boss and nodded.
The so-called boss dressed like an unprofessional warrior, with many tattoos on his arms and even a scar on one of them.
"Boss, I've brought them," Hade stood straight, leaning against the side.
"You are Ziyu and Zero... I've seen your footage," the boss said. The footage naturally referred to Ziyu fighting against Drones.
"Your combat abilities are not weak. For now, you are probably most familiar with Hade, so you can follow him first. I will assign you based on your performance later."
The boss knew that it was unwise to assign roles without understanding Ziyu and Zero's situations; it was better to observe for a while before placing them in suitable positions.
"By the way, my name is Kunming, everyone calls me the boss..." His tone was casual, even somewhat lazy.
"Okay, boss," Ziyu chuckled.
"Alright, if you have no other matters, you can leave now." Kunming lit a cigarette, his gaze somewhat vacant.
"Has the boss been through something?" Ziyu asked curiously as they exited the room.
"Yeah... once fought against another group of Interstellar Wanderers..." Hade said a little but didn't elaborate further.
Ziyu nodded; knowing such things wouldn't bring any benefits, and his curiosity wasn't strong enough to demand answers.
Everyone has their secrets.
"The boss will assign us tasks soon. We will be going to a high-level planet in the Celestial Star Universe Nation to procure supplies," Hade said. "You all should rest for a bit and be ready at any time. By the way, go eat something first."
Ziyu chuckled; indeed, it had been a long time since they had eaten anything.
"Set off, set off!" Hade was highly regarded by Kunming because he was honest and diligent in his work. Therefore, there were more than ten people under Hade's command, and each person was assigned a small spaceship.
This meant that the fleet of spaceships Ziyu saw in the shattered Solar System actually contained only one person in each ship.
Usually, they would only board Hade's Mother Ship, and their own spaceships would not be deployed. The last time they took such action was due to suspicions that the Solar System still posed dangers.
More than ten people boarded Hade's Mother Ship, and Ziyu was naturally among them.
"It feels very familiar." Although everyone was still unfamiliar with each other, Ziyu surprisingly felt a sense of familiarity... A long time ago, when Ziyu stepped into Captain Yuming's spaceship, he had a similar feeling.
"Hehe... Everyone knows what I've done for the new humans; I wonder how they will perceive it..." Ziyu looked outside, momentarily at a loss for words.

"Wormhole construction, construction target: Celestial Star Universe Nation high-level planet."
