The intellect of Pioneer was truly advanced. Before Zerg reached their territory, their technology developed rapidly to the point where they could resist Zerg.
At that time, there was a saying in the universe: nature would adjust itself for balance. If something broke that balance, another thing would emerge to restore it. Zerg was the race that disrupted the balance, while Pioneer came to eliminate Zerg.
Not every individual of Zerg had consciousness; only the queen and the mother bodies possessed thought. The overwhelming sea of insects acted like puppets under the control of the mother bodies.
They lacked thought but had the instinct for survival...
After consuming most of the universe, Zerg finally reached the location of Pioneer, who had long been aware of Zerg's existence. The Pioneer, possessing technology so advanced that modern humans cannot comprehend it, prepared for battle.
As Zerg sought to consume the planets of Pioneer, resistance was inevitable, leading to a fierce conflict between these two great races in the universe...
The final outcome was mutual destruction; Zerg was left with almost nothing, retaining only a type with relatively weak reproductive abilities but extremely perverse offensive and defensive capabilities, as well as healing abilities.
The Pioneer referred to them as Sky Beast.
Although the reproductive ability of the Sky Beast is weak, the combined number of Sky Beasts across half the universe is still quite terrifying. The Sky Beast is a warrior, on par with the mother body, and within the Sky Beast population, there are many that are mentally challenged, yet there exists a "king" who can command the entire Sky Beast tribe.
In the end, the Sky Beasts went into hiding because the Pioneers had nearly defeated them. The Sky Beasts could no longer withstand the pressure from other creatures in the universe. Meanwhile, the Pioneers faced extinction at the hands of the Sky Beasts.
The Star Domain where the Pioneers originally resided became a Restricted Area, revered as a Holy Land by those creatures lacking high intelligence.
The universe continued to operate, and shortly after the extinction of the Pioneers, a new intelligent race emerged—humans. Yes, modern humans appeared approximately one million years ago.
Initially, humans had no technology, but their intelligence drove them to explore the Holy Land.
Upon reaching the Holy Land, they found little danger and consequently acquired some of the Pioneers' technology, allowing them to develop.
Humans learned from the Pioneers' management methods and established the first Cosmic Kingdom... but as human numbers grew, it became clear that they were still inferior to the Pioneers. Even now, humans have only obtained a portion of Pioneer technology; many aspects remain unsolved mysteries for humanity.
Standing on the shoulders of the Pioneers, humans became new overlords in the universe, establishing new Cosmic Kingdoms... and as a result, many species in the universe faced extinction.
The Pioneers gradually faded into obscurity, and the Zerg never reappeared.
"So you're saying that Sky Beasts are descendants left behind by the Zerg... but why are there still some within the Yufeng Universe Nation? Also, you haven't mentioned that blue liquid yet," Ziyu asked next.
"Now I will explain..." Hade waved his hand and continued speaking.
Due to the later escape of the Sky Beasts, humans did not actively pursue them. Over time, the Sky Beasts surprisingly developed some abilities.
