My mind was a tangled mess, and I felt a wave of anxiety wash over me.
"Ding..."
At that moment, the elevator suddenly stopped, and the doors opened.
It was pitch black outside; I couldn't see anything.
I lay on the elevator floor, struggling to lift my head and look at the scene outside.
Where is this place?
I furrowed my brow tightly, feeling a chill run down my spine.
"Whoosh!"
Suddenly, a strange sound echoed.
It was the sound of something slicing through the air!
I froze, my heart racing with panic.
How could there be such a sound here? Could there be someone else around?
I stared intently into the darkness ahead, my mind racing.
Could it be that the person who attacked me in the stairwell is now hiding outside?
"Whoosh!"
The sound sliced through the air again, and this time, I seemed to hear something shatter.
It was glass; something had hit the glass!
I lay on the ground, straining to twist my neck to get a better view of what was happening outside.
But just as I turned my head, I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my forehead!
It was a stick hitting me on the head!
A wave of intense pain surged through me, and everything went black in an instant.
What on earth is happening now?
I struggled to open my eyes, feeling as if the world was spinning around me, as if everything had been turned upside down.
Blood was still flowing from my head, trickling down my cheek and stinging my eyes painfully.
Damn it, am I going to pass out again...
I bit down hard, trying not to let myself fall asleep, but as the blood dripped into my eyes, the burning sensation became unbearable.
"Damn..."
I clenched my fists tightly, but ultimately couldn't resist the heaviness that enveloped me.
I lost consciousness once more.
I don't know how long it was before I slowly opened my eyes.
Before me was complete darkness; I couldn't see anything at all.
I tried to sit up, only to find that my hands and feet were bound, rendering me completely immobile.
A jolt of panic shot through me as I quickly lifted my head, only to discover that I was wrapped in a swaddling blanket!
I had turned into a baby!
What the hell!
I struggled with all my might, but my limbs felt weak and I couldn't break free.
What on earth is happening?
Why have I become like this?
Frantically, I looked around, but all I could see was darkness; nothing was clear.
"Wah... wah... wah..."
I opened my mouth, wanting to speak, but what came out was the sound of a baby's cry.
Hearing the crying, chaotic footsteps echoed around me as if many people were rushing over.
"Wah... wah... wah..."
I continued to cry loudly, twisting my body restlessly, but just then, someone gently stroked my body and spoke softly in a language I couldn't understand.
Were they trying to comfort me?
I paused for a moment, and my cries stopped, but my body still squirmed anxiously.
I don't understand, what is going on? How did I suddenly become a baby, and where is this place... I want to speak, but as soon as I open my mouth, a cry escapes instead. The people around me start to gently soothe me, patting my body while speaking in a language I can't comprehend. I have no idea what they are saying; I can only let them continue to pat me. Just then, I suddenly hear a strange sound. "Gurgle gurgle... gurgle gurgle..."
