Bai Tang stood in the corridor for a while but felt her clothes getting damp from the rain coming through, so she returned to her room for a refreshing hot shower before climbing onto her comfortable bed and closing her eyes as she drifted off into sleep.
The next day, Bai Tang got out of bed at half-past ten after finishing her morning routine and having breakfast (which she combined with lunch) before logging into the game. Last night, many players who had logged out were still excited about their experiences in-game and rushed to post on official forums showcasing their adventures: praising how beautiful the scenery was, how unique NPCs were compared to rigid computer-controlled ones; flaunting their ancient costumes with pictures as proof; sharing how fun it was battling monsters while portraying themselves as brave heroes... All voices were filled with praise! This encouraged those who were hesitant about joining to make up their minds about entering the game; as soon as dawn broke, they rushed to electronics stores to buy Game Helmets and gaming pods before quickly diving into gameplay. Fortunately, it was a weekend; otherwise, if it were during work hours, they might have been too restless even to focus on their jobs!
Bai Tang found herself still on the Carriage after logging into the game. The other players in the carriage had just entered the game as well—"Six Realms" opened at eleven o'clock. Youming Gongzi nodded to Bai Tang, and the grievances from last night had already been set aside. The Carriage had just left the novice village, and looking through the gap in the curtain, she saw a crowd of players busy leveling up, all newcomers who had joined after seeing praise from other players on the forum.

Taohua Village is located in the southwest, so Bai Tang and her companions naturally arrived at Shudu. However, Bai Tang needed to go to Kunlun, so she had to head to Chang'an first. Fortunately, she had sold enough equipment and food to afford hiring a Carriage to take her to Chang'an.

Bai Tang nodded and went with Youming Gongzi and the others to the government office, while other players in the Carriage had already gone ahead to the yamen.

The Shushan Sect has two branches: Emei and Qingcheng. Emei only accepts female disciples, while Qingcheng accepts male disciples.
Bai Tang shook her head: "I completed a quest before and have already determined my master. After registering, I will head to Kunlun Mountain."
"The Kunlun Sect Master is the strongest expert in the celestial realm. If it weren't for the long journey that would delay me, I would want to join Kunlun too," Youming Gongzi said enviously. "You are really lucky!"
Bai Tang smiled: "The Shushan Sect is well-known; there are many experts there too. Joining Shushan would also be a good choice for you."
