"Ha ha, really, I'm exhausted. How did you two break the formation so quickly? Damn it, I struggled for so long to break it, and yet you managed to do it effortlessly. It's so frustrating!" After successfully breaking the formation, Li Rui saw Old Monster and Lightning Leopard had already come out on the other side of the Bronze Man Formation.
"Hahaha, can you blame me? If you want to blame someone, blame yourself for being too weak and not taking things seriously," Old Monster chimed in.
"Exactly! You usually don't take your training seriously. Now you regret it, right? I think you should spend less time flirting and more time on your training," Lightning Leopard continued to add fuel to the fire.
Damn, flirting... When did I ever flirt? "Wait a minute, I'm not going to get caught up in this with you guys. How could I possibly compare to both of you monsters when it comes to training? And when did I ever flirt? If you didn't see it, don't make wild assumptions!" Li Rui exclaimed angrily.
Alright, keep pretending. "Are you sure you didn't? I saw you holding a girl's hand and chatting intimately."
Old Monster saw an opportunity and quickly leaned in to listen.
What the hell, how do you even know about that? Are you following me around? "I was just checking on her because her hand hurt; that doesn't count as flirting."
"Oh really? I had no idea you could heal," Lightning Leopard said with a teasing tone.
Great, I've been exposed...
"Okay, okay. Let's focus on the current situation. We should move ahead and take a look," Li Rui said, eager to change the subject before Lightning Leopard brought up his supposed flirting again.
Seeing that Li Rui didn't want to continue the banter, Old Monster and Lightning Leopard had no choice but to drop it.
The three continued walking forward, occasionally making strange bird-like sounds that echoed eerily in the darkness. Even a small stone kicked by their feet would startle them.
The surroundings were pitch black; they could only see what was immediately around them, and anything further away was lost in the darkness.
Li Rui and the others entered a cave that was unusually wide; at least ten people could walk side by side. The deeper they went into the cave, the darker it became until they could barely see their hands in front of their faces. Occasionally, unknown creatures emitted chilling cries that sent shivers down their spines. This place was definitely suited for adventurers.
As they walked further in, Old Monster's keen eyes spotted a box ahead and he hurried over.
Li Rui and Lightning Leopard followed closely behind, and the three of them saw a box resting on a pedestal.
The box was incredibly ornate, adorned with various unknown gemstones that glimmered faintly even in the darkness. Intricate patterns were carved on both sides of the box. Each pattern appeared remarkably clear and lifelike, indicating that the artisan who carved them was exceptionally skilled.
Moreover, this pedestal was not ordinary either; it was made from high-quality materials entirely crafted from gold. Strange patterns were also engraved on the pedestal.
"You guys, what is this thing? Is there a treasure inside?" Li Rui asked, pointing at the box.
"I don't know, but I think there should be something valuable in it. After all, many people usually get good things after going through tribulations. I hope we are the same," Lightning Leopard said as he looked at the box.
Old Monster continued from Lightning Leopard's words, "And look at this box; it's very ornate. It’s clearly something extraordinary, and the pillars are made of materials we don't recognize. I bet the pillars alone are worth a lot."
"Since that's the case, I'm going to open the box and see what treasures it holds," Li Rui said as he reached for the box.
"Wait!" At that moment, Old Monster suddenly shouted.

"Neither," Old Monster said, his face turning red.

Neither of them had gained any insights; while Li Rui was trying to comprehend, his mind was completely blank, and Old Monster's situation was the same as Li Rui's.
As Li Rui and Old Monster were about to tell Lightning Leopard what happened, they were taken aback.
They discovered that Lightning Weasel was surrounded by purple True Qi.
After a while, Lightning Weasel woke up and told the two that it had obtained a Heart Method of Thunder Control.
