Ruo Xin was anxiously waiting for Ruo Xin's arrival. Li Rui had reminded her that Ruo Xin was not in particularly good health and that she needed to take good care of her. From a distance, she spotted a faint figure and couldn't help but rush out to greet her. However, halfway there, it seemed she remembered something and suddenly turned back.
When Ruo Xin and Qing'er arrived at the house at the foot of Dragon Valley Mountain, they found Ruo Xin sitting gracefully on a Pear Blossom Carving chair. She held a cup of fragrant tea, blowing lightly on the cherry-red lips of the cup, her deep azure eyes focused on the object in her hands. Her dignified demeanor easily evoked admiration.
Qing'er walked ahead, stepping into the hall and calling out to Ruo Xin, "Sister, Miss Ruo Xin has arrived." Ruo Xin looked up and saw Ruo Xin's frail figure, quickly getting up. When Ruo Xin gestured for her to rise, she stepped forward to grasp her hands with a smile in her eyes. "You must take good care of yourself. Brother Li Rui specifically told me to look after you. Please don’t wander around; Brother Li Rui is right here, just stay put until he returns."
Ruo Xin smiled back, "You know my condition well; how could I dare to run around?"
Ruo Xin chuckled, "Miss Ruo Xin is truly humble. Who doesn’t know about your knack for getting into trouble? Just stay here; I believe Brother Li Rui will return safely!"
Ruo Xin smiled along for a while before Ruo Xin had someone assist her to sit down in a chair. Ruo Xin exchanged glances with Qing'er, who nodded in understanding and leaned down to step out. On the tea table lay a platter of fruits, including some common varieties as well as many pre-prepared dishes resembling salads from her past life.
The two engaged in light conversation, appearing harmonious and cheerful on the surface. However, the perceptive Ruo Xin noticed that Ruo Xin seemed quite different from before. Although she remained calm and elegant, there was an inexplicable sense of mystery that made her feel somewhat uneasy.
Had she really changed? Not long ago, she had received care from Li Rui; could it have stirred up hostility now? Seeing how well she was being treated by Brother Li Rui made her wonder if it had sparked any negative feelings within herself. As Ruo Xin stared at the fruits on the table, she momentarily lost herself in thought. Ruo Xin still wore a smile, chatting amiably when she suddenly noticed that Ruo Xin seemed distracted. Her smiling gaze turned cold for just an instant before returning to normal as she reminded Ruo Xin of her presence. Ruo Xin apologized with a shy smile and brushed back her hair from her forehead. The servants below also sensed something amiss between the two young ladies and held their breath, afraid to disrupt the harmony.
Suddenly, distant vibrations began to intensify. Ruo Xin panicked, fearing something might be wrong.
Thinking this way, she could no longer heed Ruo Xin's advice and dashed toward the source of the disturbance.
Jumping into the black hole felt peculiar; it was like being submerged in deep sea water without the overwhelming pressure that usually accompanies such depths—there was no suffocating sensation or need for luck to protect oneself. Li Rui thought it resembled an indescribable feeling of strangeness.
"Li Rui!"
At that moment, Li Rui suddenly heard what seemed to be Ruo Xin's voice behind him, but before he could listen closely, something extraordinary appeared in front of him.
Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, more than half a year had passed since Longgu Mountain. The fluctuations of the black hole had calmed down from their original intensity to a state of tranquility. On an ordinary day that everyone thought was just like any other, the black hole suddenly shook and twisted a few times, pulling out a person from within.
That person was none other than Li Rui, but it was clear to anyone with keen eyes that Li Rui seemed to have undergone some remarkable changes.

Suddenly, a familiar cold voice came from behind Li Rui, but to Ruo Xin, it sounded incredibly moving.
“Li Rui!” Ruo Xin was anxious and never expected Li Rui to suddenly appear behind her, bringing her joy and happiness.
“You're weak right now; it's cold at night. You mustn't catch a chill,” Li Rui had just gained some trust from the realm after emerging from the black hole and felt delighted. However, when he noticed the wine glasses on the table, anger surged on his face. “Why are you being so disobedient? You're still drinking! What if you don't recover properly and end up with lingering health issues?” His tone revealed his urgent concern.
Seeing his worried expression, Ruo Xin suddenly laughed—a laugh so enchanting and blissful. Li Rui was puzzled. “What are you laughing at?”
After a while, Ruo Xin finally stopped laughing. “I didn't expect this rough guy would actually have such a sensitive side. Not bad, not bad; you've learned to care about others.”
Li Rui felt a pang in his heart, and the look of shame on his face grew stronger.
"Li Rui, don't worry. Once I finish my tasks in the next few days, I will set off immediately to complete that final matter. At that time, I will capture all those who have wronged you and interrogate them severely to ensure you get justice!"
"That's good to hear. By the way, when we were in the black hole, we got separated so quickly that I fainted and didn't know what happened. How were you inside?"
Ruo Xin recalled it now and felt a sense of fear. She didn't know how she had been so enchanted that she rushed in, only to faint as soon as she entered, completely unaware of anything.
