Li Rui in a moment of confusion, recalled the methods he had previously employed, realizing that it was unreasonable to think he could win in the same way this time.
Seeing the desperate struggle, Li Rui calmed down and carefully reflected on everything he had encountered in the black hole.
According to Spirit of the Dimension, there is always a power that transcends common understanding. It is not something an ordinary person can fathom. However, Spirit of the Dimension is not often present because its main power comes from Spirit of the Dimension. In ancient times, for the sake of his dictatorial rule, he exiled all the Divine Demons to this place for imprisonment and torture day and night, ultimately provoking a rebellion among many Divine Demons. That conflict, known as The War of the Fallen, ended in victory for him, but Spirit of the Dimension saw through his true nature and managed to escape, knowing that not long ago it had chosen Li Rui.
Spirit of the Dimension provided Li Rui with several terrifying weapons, all once used by powerful Divine Demons in ancient times. After a long period under the nurturing of Spirit of the Dimension, these weapons became even more formidable, possessing immense power capable of destroying entire worlds.
However, due to disappointment with the previous wielder and the destructive potential of these weapons, Spirit of the Dimension set numerous trials for Li Rui.
Thus, many of the challenges set by Spirit of the Dimension for Li Rui came with rich rewards. It was not solely through passing all trials that one could inherit from Spirit of the Dimension, but also a form of recognition for Li Rui's courage bestowed by Spirit of the Dimension.
Therefore, within the black hole, as long as Li Rui passed a level, he could obtain a substantial reward. These rewards could be techniques or these immensely powerful weapons. Moreover, when Li Rui truly completed all trials, he would gain full control over Spirit of the Dimension.
After recalling this, Li Rui decided to fight with all his might. In an instant, a surge of dark flames shot forth from his eyes like arrows.
Unaware of the power behind these flame arrows, the manifested form attempted to intercept them barehanded.
However, since this move was employed by Li Rui at such a critical moment, if it were truly so easy to catch, it wouldn't have warranted extensive research on his part.
This technique originated from deep within the memories of Spirit of the Dimension, utilized by many ancient Divine Demons. It is called Earth's Line, emphasizing destruction within a single line.
Thus, as it swiftly launched an attack intending to seize the flame arrows shot from Li Rui's Red Hooked Jade Eye, an unexpected change occurred. A wave of massive black flames engulfed this manifested form and intensified rapidly. Within just a few breaths, the manifested form was utterly destroyed, and those Beasts perished alongside it...
This move consumed most of Li Rui's energy. Therefore, after witnessing their successful annihilation, he gasped heavily for breath and nearly fainted on the ground.
Fortunately, everything went smoothly; he did not fail his mission!
Alas, for the suffering masses—what can be done? What can be done?
The form finally collapsed, and Li Rui let out a sigh of relief as the Spirit of the Dimension slowly appeared behind him.
"What do you think? The world is unpredictable, and life is impermanent!" The humanoid form of the Spirit of the Dimension stared at the fallen figure in front of him, feeling a deep sense of melancholy.
"Since ancient times, Divine Demons have coexisted. Wherever there are people, there are disputes. How much more so for Divine Demons, who are born with immense power and long lifespans?"
"What a pity! You misunderstood. You believe that the most powerful and perfect beings, the Divine Demons, would be willing to follow your arrangements. They want to rebel against you!"
Li Rui stiffened, feeling as if he could hear the ancient, untransmitted secrets from long ago.
"Did it succeed?" he asked in shock as he recalled those scenes.
"Yes, you succeeded."
The Spirit of the Dimension's expression was somewhat bitter, nostalgic, sorrowful, and even a bit tragic. "Finally succeeded!"
Li Rui felt a sense of emotion within him but also sensed that the Spirit of the Dimension seemed very sad.
"Aren't you supposed to hate him? He turned the world into this mess and broke your heart."
"You don't understand," the Spirit of the Dimension replied cryptically, leaving Li Rui puzzled.
Yet, deep down, Li Rui seemed to begin to understand the pain and sorrow of the Spirit of the Dimension.
He realized that the Spirit's thoughts were different; he did not recognize people or acknowledge all living things in the world. He only cared about what he deemed to be the most perfect beings, the Divine Demons. In the end, however, the Divine Demons betrayed him, leading to his complete downfall.
"Alright, now go and bring back his heart."
Spirit of the Dimension suddenly arrived.
Li Rui didn't know how to comfort him after hearing this, and could only do his best to follow his instructions.
“Li Rui, are you willing to dedicate yourself for the sake of all living beings?”
“I am willing!”
“Are you willing to treat all beings equally?”
“I am willing!”
“Are you willing to weather storms together with me, becoming one from now on?”
“I am willing!”
With the third question, Li Rui answered with a firm voice.
“Good, then from now on, you will no longer be Li Rui. You have no name!"(THE END)
