Candlelight Cuisine, with its exquisite flavors and serene atmosphere, brings great joy. 0

The transparent goblet gently clinks, the red liquid swaying slightly. Cheng Mosu takes a sip of the red wine, her eyes sparkling, while Shangguan Shaoyi raises an eyebrow and smiles, "How is the environment here?" 0

She nods, about to respond, when she suddenly sees the chestnut-haired figure weaving through the crowd. She smiles, recalling that this person is the reporter Wu Jing she met a few days ago. She didn't expect him to be so persistent, still following them now. 0

Shangguan Shaoyi frowns slightly, his previously good mood dampened, and coldly says, "Why are you here again?" 0

"This..." Wu Jing scratches his head awkwardly. "Young Commander, please don't say that. I'm returning to Shanghai tomorrow. Tonight is my last chance to try and interview you. If I can't get an interview..." He closes his eyes, adopting a resigned expression. "If I can't get it, I'll just go back and wait to be fired." 0

Cheng Mosu can't help but laugh lightly, covering her mouth and saying, "Look at you being so pitiful." She glances at Shaoyi with a charming smile. "Shaoyi, I don't think he means any harm; let's just let him interview us." 0

Shangguan Shaoyi remains impassive. Wu Jing looks at his ice-cold face and feels a shiver run down his spine, thinking that Shangguan Shaoyi could probably scare off enemies on the Battlefield without even needing to deploy troops—just by maintaining that stern expression. 0

"Shaoyi..." Cheng Mosu's delicate hand tugs at his sleeve. He helplessly raises an eyebrow and says without words: "I really can't do anything about you; let's go with your idea." 0

"Thank you, Young Commander! Thank you, Miss Cheng!" Wu Jing cheers happily; this means he won't be fired! He quickly pulls out a pen from his pocket and says earnestly, "Then I'll start asking questions. But since Miss Cheng said I can't ask personal questions, what should I ask? How about..." He suddenly has an idea. "How about I don't ask anything and just take a photo of you two? When you get married, I can print this photo in the Newspaper as a wedding gift for you both. What do you think?" 0

"Taking photos..." Shangguan Shaoyi's brows furrow deeper; taking photos is something he dislikes the most. He looks at Cheng Mosu and sees her charming smile with two small dimples appearing faintly. His heart softens unexpectedly as he says, "Cheng Mosu, if you want to take a photo, then let's take one." 0

Cheng Mosu's eyes brighten with joy as she claps her hands sweetly and smiles brightly. "Really?" Seeing Shaoyi nod again, she happily leans into his embrace. Shangguan Shaoyi wraps his arm around her, and with the camera shutter clicking, a photo is taken. 0

Wu Jing pats his chest and laughs, "You two just wait for the Newspaper; you must believe in my photography skills! I studied photography abroad. Alright, mission accomplished! I won't disturb you any longer; thank you both! I'm off!" 0

As soon as he finishes speaking, he disappears in a flash. Shangguan Shaoyi raises an eyebrow and laughs, "This kid comes and goes in a hurry; next time I see him, I must catch him and send him to my Military as a scout." 0

Cheng Mosu smiled with her eyes narrowed, a beautiful color between her brows, which made his mood lift as well. He affectionately ruffled her hair and sighed lightly, "You." 0

After they finished their meal, the two walked back along a small path, without a car or anyone following them. It was just the two of them, belonging only to each other. If this path could continue like this, without storms or an end, wouldn’t happiness be tightly grasped in their hands? 0

A few days later, Wu Jing arrived in Shanghai and hurried back to the newspaper office. 0

"How did it go? Did you get anything?" The Editor didn’t hold much hope, seemingly certain that this rookie wouldn’t capture anything worthwhile. 0

Wu Jing took out the developed photos and proudly placed them in front of the Editor. The Editor reluctantly lowered his gaze but jumped up in surprise the next second. If he wasn’t mistaken, the two people in the photo were Shangguan Shaoyi and Cheng Mosu! He couldn’t hide his excitement and slapped Wu Jing’s shoulder hard, "This is great! How did you get this?! Never mind how you got it; what matters is! This is the first photo of the two of them together! If we publish this, our sales will definitely be number one this month—no doubt about it!" 0

"Hehe." Wu Jing revealed a row of neat white teeth. "I got the photos, but they didn’t agree to an interview, so I don’t know what to write." 0

"Just write something casual. You’ve seen them; just share your impressions of them," the Editor said with a broad smile. "Little Wu, I really didn’t misjudge you; you’re truly outstanding among these newcomers. So, this feature is yours to handle—make it good!" 0

"Yes, Editor!" Wu Jing cheerfully took the photos and prepared to start writing. 0

Writing about his impressions of these two… Shangguan Lin was indeed a big ice block; he rarely smiled and always frowned. However, whenever his gaze met Cheng Mosu's, it would become incredibly gentle. As for Cheng Mosu, she had an excellent demeanor; she looked like a well-mannered young lady who was polite and kind to others. He counted on his fingers, calculating the word count. 0

The Editor sipped tea with a smile, dreaming of being number one in sales. He didn’t even notice when his phone rang until Wu Jing reminded him several times before he hurriedly answered, "Hello." 0

Wu Jing watched his changing expressions as if he were watching a dramatic movie. 0

He went from impatience to shock, then to fear. Finally, he nodded, piling up the flesh on his face into a smile, "Yes, I understand. Please rest assured." 0

“Editor, what's wrong? Are you okay?” 0

“I'm fine.” He waved his hand and glanced at Wu Jing's unfinished manuscript. “Don't write these articles like this anymore.” 0

“Then?” 0

“Rewrite it. Compose a Limerick. It should be simple and catchy. Use this poem as an introduction, roughly discussing how Shangguan Lin is daily immersed in a gentle world, neglecting politics and the lives of the people. Then the main text should describe how he is bewitched by Cheng Mosu, that vixen, while General Jiang intends to form a marriage alliance with him, but he refuses, insisting on battle, disregarding the people's Life and Death. Do you understand?” 0

Wu Jing was taken aback and quickly shook his head. “No way, that's not the truth at all.” 0

“Who cares about the truth? This is an order from above, and writing it this way will only benefit our sales. High sales mean more money; only a fool wouldn't do it,” Editor scoffed. 0

Wu Jing gritted his teeth and retorted fiercely, “Yes! Then I am that fool! If I have to write these false words, I'd rather resign!” 0

Editor was also infuriated and shouted, “You can do whatever you want! As if our newspaper can't survive without you. You can leave right now! Let me tell you, if you don't do it, someone else will. If you don't want the money, someone else will take it. Think about whether it's worth it!” 0

Wu Jing was stunned for a moment, then turned to look at the photo quietly lying on the desk. 0

In the photo, the woman smiled like a flower, Clear and Graceful in her simplicity. Although the man did not smile, his Black as Ink eyes were filled with affection for the woman beside him. 0
