The store manager felt slightly relieved after hearing this. But would he really resort to force? Didn't the financial supervisor from yesterday also happen to be a woman? He himself said he almost broke her arm; he should see what exactly he intends to do.
"Oh, what kind of bad consequences could there be?"
"For example, your elevator might stop..."
"The elevator stops? That's ridiculous! How could the elevator just stop for no reason? Even if it does stop for a while, we have electricians who can fix it right away!"
Jiang Jun knew that saying more would be pointless. "In that case, we won't disturb the store manager any longer! Sister Li, let's go!"
After leaving the manager's office, Jiang Jun took a ride on the mall's elevator and then left Ningzhou Mall.
"Director Jiang, are we just going to let it go like this?" Sister Li followed behind Jiang Jun, feeling puzzled.
"It's fine; he'll call you later! Let's just walk around nearby!" Jiang Jun said confidently.
Sister Li looked a bit confused.
"Jiang Jun, what are you doing shopping here?" A melodious girl's voice came from Lin Yin.
"Lin Yin, what a coincidence to run into you here! I'm just checking on our sales situation at Dongsheng Clothing, I just came out of Ningzhou Mall. The elevators at Ningzhou Mall are all stopped today; you might want to check it out and see if it can make for a news story!" Seeing Lin Yin, Jiang Jun felt delighted; he could help out a bit.
"Oh, is that so? Then I'll go check it out!" Lin Yin wanted to chat with Jiang Jun a bit longer but agreed to go when she saw him signaling her.
Sister Li watched as Lin Yin headed towards Ningzhou Mall, her face full of questions: "Did you really say the elevators at Ningzhou Mall stopped?"
"You'll find out soon enough whether it's true or not!"

Inside Ningzhou Mall, customers were complaining loudly.
"What the heck, why did the elevator stop? Do I have to take the stairs with all these things?"
"Yeah, how could all the elevators stop? I wanted to go up to the second and third floors to shop! Without the elevator, I'm not going; I'll go to another mall!"

Hearing these discussions, the store manager felt anxious. Not long after Jiang Jun and Sister Li left her store, various salespeople and mall security reported that all the elevators had stopped!
Upon hearing this, the manager's heart sank! What a coincidence could this be? Just after Jiang Jun mentioned that the elevators would stop, they actually did!
"Quickly call an electrician!" The manager immediately ordered, hoping this was purely coincidental and just a minor malfunction of the elevators!
The electrician quickly got to work on the emergency repairs. However, strangely enough, he couldn't identify the problem. Ten minutes passed, and not a single elevator was back in operation. The electricians hired by Ningzhou Mall were highly skilled, and such a situation had never occurred before.
The store manager was convinced that Jiang Jun was behind this trouble; he had suspected it from the beginning but had held onto a glimmer of hope that it might not be true.
"Manager, may I ask you a question? Why are all the elevators at Ningzhou Mall out of service?"
The manager was already feeling irritated. Upon hearing the question, he was about to snap, but when he saw it was Lin Yin, he quickly held back. He remembered her well; she had reported on the issues at Taiping Apparel last month. Fortunately, problems had also been discovered in other malls, so it hadn't caused significant damage to his own.
Wait a minute—wasn't Jiang Jun the boyfriend of that female customer from last time? What a coincidence! Now that Jiang Jun was causing trouble again, this reporter showed up. Were they in cahoots?
"It's just a minor malfunction; it will be fixed soon! This beautiful reporter, please don't report on such trivial matters!" The manager put on a smile for Lin Yin and adopted a friendly tone.
"If it can be fixed quickly, I won't report it. But if it can't be fixed, I think our newspaper should inform the public so they know about the situation at your mall and don't come over here confused!"
Hearing this made the manager anxious. If this got reported, many people would surely choose to go to other malls. Once customers developed the habit of going elsewhere, the losses would be significant!
It seemed he had to compromise with Jiang Jun.
"Reporter, it will be fixed very soon! I'll call for an expert right away!" The manager took out his phone and called Sister Li. "Sister Li, is Director Jiang still with you? Oh, he is? Could you ask him to come to our mall again? I promise I'll take care of your matter this morning; is that alright?"
After hanging up, Sister Li happily said, "Director Jiang, the manager called and asked us to come over. He promised to handle our issue this morning!"
"That's more like it!" Jiang Jun smiled.
Jiang Jun and Sister Li soon appeared before the manager. Sister Li went with the manager to handle payment procedures while Jiang Jun took charge of getting the elevators running again.
"What? This is the expert the manager called?" Lin Yin wasn't surprised to see Jiang Jun, but the mall employees were baffled.
"A young kid like him can fix elevators?" one electrician scoffed.
Jiang Jun ignored their skepticism and walked around each elevator. Miraculously, they began operating again!
What just happened? This kid didn't use any tools or even seem to touch anything—how did he manage to fix them?
"Jiang Jun, treat me to lunch later!" Lin Yin requested as they exited the mall.
"Why? It's still early for lunch!" Jiang Jun seemed reluctant.
Hmph! This guy is so dense! Sister Li couldn't stand by any longer. "Director Jiang, I'm heading back to the office now; you should take Miss Lin out for lunch! You have to seize the opportunity with such a beautiful lady!"
Jiang Jun smiled without saying a word. Sister Li didn't care much and quickly left alone.
"Are you going to Ningzhou Mall to collect debts today?" The two sat in a nearby ordinary restaurant, and Lin Yin began to ask.
"Yes, there are several customers who owe money and haven't paid. Our salespeople can't handle them, so I have to take matters into my own hands!"
"How many are there? Are you going to visit each one personally?"
"There are about four or five left! What can I do if I don't go? The salespeople often can't even get in!" Jiang Jun briefly explained to Lin Yin about the situation at Tianfa Trade Service Company that he visited yesterday.
"I originally planned to head straight to the next unit. But then you kept me here!"

This kind of report won't name specific names at first; people will definitely criticize such malicious defaulting behavior."
"The remaining debtors will feel pressured when they see the report. They will also inquire about why Tianfa Trade Service Company and Ningzhou Mall paid so quickly. Under this public pressure and fear of you, they will likely pay up voluntarily to avoid trouble."
