The army first joined the Royal Army before setting off in a grand procession, leaving the capital.
Su Yi had been paying attention to the outside and suddenly noticed an additional carriage behind them. She immediately informed Yin Luo, "Princess, look, that carriage at the back must be Cousin Miss's."
Yin Luo glanced over and confirmed that there was indeed an extra carriage. She nodded and said, "Ye Qingge is not foolish; she wouldn't do anything to delay the royal army's schedule with tricks on the road. So let's take a good rest during the journey. Once we reach our destination, I fear it won't be as peaceful as it is now."
Su Yi nodded, "Then I'll go get a blanket for you, Princess."
As expected by Yin Luo, the day passed quite peacefully. The convoy was so long that they couldn't see who was in front or behind. They only had a simple snack on the carriage during their break before continuing their journey. It wasn't until evening that they finally reached their destination, where the army immediately set up camp to rest.
Before the camp was fully established, many harem concubines and officials' families gathered together to chat and laugh. Yin Luo noticed Ye Qingge clearly walking towards her and tugged at Su Yi, saying, "Do you see the Prince?"
Su Yi glanced not far away and understood, "The Prince is discussing matters from the past few days with several generals at the camp."
"Let's go take a look."
"Now?"
Yin Luo looked at her and gestured towards Ye Qingge's direction, "It's better to keep some distance from that clingy person; mainly because I don't feel like competing with her tonight."
Su Yi smiled slightly, "Alright, I'll help you over there, Princess."
Seeing the two of them leave, Ye Qingge could only stop in her tracks from a distance and watch as they entered Mu Changqing's Camp.
Outside the camp, faint voices could be heard from within. He Xin saw her and quickly bowed. Yin Luo nodded at him in acknowledgment and said, "The camp isn't set up yet; I'm just here to take a look."
He Xin nodded and replied, "However, the Prince is currently in a meeting, so the Princess might not be able to enter."
As soon as he finished speaking, there was a commotion from inside, and then the large tent flap was pulled open. One by one, armored Generals emerged. Upon seeing the person standing at the entrance, surprise flickered in their eyes.
Firstly, she was simply too strikingly beautiful; secondly, they had all heard the rumors about her, so seeing her in person naturally drew their attention.
Yin Luo smiled gracefully at everyone as a form of greeting. Only then did they realize their rudeness and hurriedly take their leave.
"Come in."
Mu Changqing's voice came from inside. Yin Luo snapped back to reality, and He Xin quickly stepped aside to indicate for her to enter.
As the two entered together, Mu Changqing was studying a map on the table, likely a topographical map of the hunting mountain. Yin Luo glanced at it before shifting her gaze to a nearby couch and then said, "My tent isn't set up yet; may I borrow your precious space to rest for a moment? The Prince won't mind, will he?"
Only then did Mu Changqing look up at her, roll up the map, and say, "Make yourself at home."
After saying that, he took the map and left. Yin Luo raised an eyebrow; it seemed that he was likely the busiest with matters regarding the hunt. A slight smile tugged at her lips, though it was barely noticeable.
