Taibai Jinxing's expression changed slightly as he said, "Wutian, you..."
"Enough, I don't want to hear your preaching." Sun Wutian waved his hand, interrupting Taibai Jinxing, and turned to the land deity. "Old man, tell me, how is Flower-Fruit Mountain now? Are my monkeys doing well?"
The land deity sighed and said, "Alas, ever since Flower-Fruit Mountain was occupied by the Bull Demon King, your monkeys have been enslaved by him, forced to work hard every day, living in unbearable conditions!"
Upon hearing this, Sun Wutian's face darkened immediately. His fists clenched tightly, making cracking sounds as an invisible rage erupted from within him. A glint of cold light flashed in his eyes as he gritted his teeth and said, "Bull Demon King, you despicable Bull Demon King! Five hundred years ago, my master treated you well, yet you repay kindness with enmity by occupying Flower-Fruit Mountain and enslaving my monkeys. I will not let this go unpunished!"

"Land deity, tell me how to get to Flower-Fruit Mountain!" Sun Wutian suddenly stood up, his tone icy as if he had become a different person. Images of his monkeys being enslaved flashed in his mind, and fury burned fiercely in his chest.
The land deity's eyes filled with tears as he trembled and pointed eastward. "Great Sage, follow this road straight east to reach Flower-Fruit Mountain, but..."
"But what?" Sun Wutian frowned, an invisible pressure radiating from him that made the land deity struggle to breathe.
"But this road..." The land deity swallowed hard. "This road is controlled by Lady Bone; she may set up an ambush along the way. Great Sage, please be careful!"
"Lady Bone?" Sun Wutian snorted coldly. "A defeated foe dares to act arrogantly before me!"
"Wutian, don't be reckless!" Taibai Jinxing hurriedly stepped forward and earnestly advised, "The Bull Demon King is powerful; it may be difficult for you to defeat him alone. It would be better to return to the Heavenly Court first and report to the Jade Emperor for assistance from the heavenly soldiers!"
"No need!" Sun Wutian firmly rejected. "I will handle my own affairs; I don't need the Heavenly Court meddling!" He had always disliked the hypocritical ways of the Heavenly Court and was unwilling to get involved with them.
Taibai Jinxing wanted to persuade him further but was stopped by a sharp glare from Sun Wutian. He sighed helplessly, knowing he could not change Sun Wutian's decision.
"Land, lead the way!" Sun Wutian no longer paid attention to Taibai Jinxing and turned to walk eastward.
The Land hurried to keep up, stooping as he led the way in front.
Taibai Jinxing watched Sun Wutian's retreating figure with a complex expression. He knew that a great battle was about to break out, and Sun Wutian's fate would change as a result.
Sun Wutian followed the Land, walking quickly. He moved almost like the wind, while the elderly Land struggled to keep up, nearly falling behind several times and having to jog just to barely match Sun Wutian's pace.
"Great Sage, please slow down; the Elderly Man can't keep up..." the Land said breathlessly, his murky eyes filled with fatigue.
Sun Wutian then realized he was walking too fast. He stopped, turned back to look at the Land, and a hint of apology flashed in his eyes.
"Old man, I'm sorry; I was too anxious," Sun Wutian slowed his pace and softened his tone significantly. "Don't worry; I won't let anything happen to you."
The Land nodded gratefully and continued to follow Sun Wutian as they moved forward.
As the sun set, the sky was painted a bloody red, reflecting on Sun Wutian's resolute face. He gazed into the distance with determination, knowing that ahead lay both challenges and destiny.
The Land also lifted his head to look ahead, where there appeared to be a seemingly tranquil peach orchard, yet the atmosphere was eerily quiet. The peach trees were lush with leaves but not a single bird could be seen; vibrant peach petals covered the ground without a hint of wind stirring them.
"Great Sage, ahead is the area controlled by Lady Bone," the Land said cautiously, a hint of unease in his voice.
Sun Wutian nodded but did not pay much attention to the Land's warning. He simply furrowed his brow, staring at the seemingly calm peach orchard, feeling an underlying sense of unease in his heart.
At that moment, a fragrant breeze swept in, accompanied by a tinkling laughter, as Lady Bone appeared with a group of little demons. Dressed in a bright red gown, as vivid as blood, she accentuated her fair skin, making her look even more enchanting. She stood in the center of the peach grove, surveying her surroundings with a mocking smile playing at the corners of her mouth.
"Isn't that the Great Sage Equal to Heaven? What happened? Have you lost quite a bit of strength over the past thousand years?" Lady Bone said in a tone laced with sarcasm.
Sun Wutian narrowed his eyes as he looked at Lady Bone, a flicker of anger flashing in his gaze. He coldly asked, "Lady Bone, what do you want?"
"What do I want?" Lady Bone chuckled lightly, her tone dripping with mockery. "I came to see what you've learned over the past thousand years."
The demons behind Lady Bone erupted into fits of strange laughter, their greedy eyes fixated on Sun Wutian as if they were looking at prey.
Sun Wutian furrowed his brow tightly; he knew that Lady Bone was deliberately provoking him to incite his anger. But he also understood that his current strength was not enough to confront Lady Bone, let alone the demons behind her.
"You won't succeed in sowing discord!" Sun Wutian shouted angrily, his voice filled with rage. He clenched his fists, the joints cracking audibly, but he did not act rashly.
"Sowing discord?" Lady Bone sneered contemptuously and pointed to the ground. "Have you forgotten about your monkey descendants? They are all at Flower-Fruit Mountain, enslaved by the Bull Demon King, suffering every day. Don't you want to save them?"
Upon hearing Lady Bone mention Flower-Fruit Mountain, Sun Wutian's expression changed drastically. Images of his monkey kin being enslaved flashed through his mind, igniting a fire of fury within him. He took a deep breath, suppressing his anger, and asked, "Is what you said true?"
"Of course it's true," Lady Bone replied nonchalantly. "If you don't agree to my terms, you'll never be able to save your monkey kin."
Lady Bone paused before continuing, "What I want you to do is simple: have a contest with me. If you win, I will release your monkey kin; if you lose, you'll remain here forever."
Her words were filled with provocation; she knew Sun Wutian would agree to her terms for the sake of his monkey kin.
Sun Wutian fell silent, his brow furrowed as an internal struggle raged within him. He could not bear the thought of his monkey kin being enslaved but also realized that Lady Bone's terms were too harsh. Taking a deep breath, he finally gritted his teeth and agreed, "Fine, I accept!"
A triumphant smile spread across Lady Bone's face; she had anticipated that Sun Wutian would agree to her terms. She cast a disdainful glance at him and said, "Very well; I hope you won't regret it."
"Lady Bone" finished speaking and retreated with her demons, preparing to face "Sun Wutian's" challenge.
"Sun Wutian" watched the departing figure of "Lady Bone," a complex expression flashing in his eyes. He took a deep breath and clenched his fists, knowing that a great battle was about to erupt, one that would determine his fate.
"Earth Deity" stood beside "Sun Wutian," looking at him with concern. He whispered, "Great Sage, you must be careful. 'Lady Bone' is exceptionally powerful; do not engage her recklessly."
"Sun Wutian" nodded but did not speak. He understood that "Earth Deity" was worried for him, yet his heart was filled with rage. He yearned for a thrilling battle and sought to avenge past humiliations.
"Wutian!" At that moment, the voice of "Taibai Jinxing" suddenly came from afar as he hurried over, anxiety etched on his face.
"Jinxing, what brings you here?" "Sun Wutian" asked, a hint of confusion in his tone.
"Wutian, you must not confront 'Lady Bone'!" "Taibai Jinxing" urged anxiously. "She is no longer the same as before; she has cultivated for a thousand years and her power has greatly increased. You are no match for her!"
"I know, but I cannot ignore the lives of my monkey kin," "Sun Wutian" replied firmly. He could not bear to imagine his monkey family enslaved by the "Bull Demon King," and he refused to accept such an outcome.
"Taibai Jinxing" wanted to continue persuading him but was interrupted by "Sun Wutian."
"Jinxing, rest assured; I am aware of what I am doing," "Sun Wutian" said, confidence shining in his eyes. He took a deep breath, clenched his fists, and a glimmer of battle intent crossed his gaze.
Seeing the determination in "Sun Wutian's" eyes, "Taibai Jinxing" sighed helplessly. He knew he could not change "Sun Wutian's" mind. All he could do was advise, "Wutian, whatever you decide to do, be cautious and do not act recklessly!"
"Sun Wutian" nodded without saying more and walked toward the direction where "Lady Bone" had gone, filled with resolve.
He knew that in this battle, he had to win!
Lady Bone watched as Sun Wutian approached, a wicked smile curling at the corners of her mouth.
"Sun Wutian, you finally made it," Lady Bone said, her tone filled with mockery. "Are you ready?"
Sun Wutian shot a cold glance at Lady Bone and replied, "Lady Bone, are you ready?"
The demons behind Lady Bone erupted in eerie laughter, eager for an exhilarating battle.
Sun Wutian took a deep breath, clenched his fists, and prepared to face this challenge.
His heart was ablaze with anger, yearning for a fight—a fight that could avenge him!
The battle was about to begin!
Sun Wutian slammed Ruyi Jingu Bang into the ground, causing the earth to tremble and dust to swirl. "Stop talking! If you want to fight, then let's fight!" His eyes widened, golden pupils seemingly ablaze with fierce flames.
Lady Bone covered her mouth and chuckled lightly. As her gaze flickered, a chilling aura emanated from her. "Such impatience, just like your past life. What a pity..." She shook her head, her tone laced with regret. "It's a shame you possess brute strength but lack the corresponding wisdom; you'll ultimately follow in your past life's footsteps!"
Before her words faded, Lady Bone's figure flickered and transformed into a streak of white light, charging straight at Sun Wutian. In her hand, the Bone Sword gleamed coldly, slicing through the air with a sharp whistle aimed directly at Sun Wutian's face.
Sun Wutian was already on guard; he sidestepped swiftly as Ruyi Jingu Bang swept out like lightning, creating a gust of wind that forced Lady Bone back.
The two exchanged blows fiercely. Lady Bone moved with ghostly agility and executed vicious techniques; Sun Wutian displayed incredible strength with his broad and powerful staff techniques. In an instant, the valley was filled with sword energy and staff shadows, shaking the ground and stirring up dust. The intense battle made the watching demons retreat in fear of being caught in the fray.
As Sun Wutian fought on, he grew increasingly alarmed. He had initially thought Lady Bone was nothing special but was surprised by her formidable strength; he found himself gradually falling behind. "This woman is much stronger than before!" Sun Wutian cursed inwardly but dared not let his guard down.
Lady Bone watched as Sun Wutian gradually began to tire, a cold smile curling at the corners of her mouth. In her hand, the Bone Sword shone brightly, and numerous Bone Blades appeared out of thin air, shooting toward Sun Wutian like a torrential rain of pear blossoms.
With no way to evade, Sun Wutian could only swing his Ruyi Jingu Bang, shattering the incoming Bone Blades. However, there were too many Bone Blades, and Sun Wutian gradually found it difficult to defend himself, suffering multiple cuts that stained his clothes with blood.
“Hahaha, Sun Wutian, today is your day!” Lady Bone laughed triumphantly. “Today, I will avenge my dead children!”
“Not if I can help it!” Sun Wutian roared, exerting all his strength to strike out with a blow that forced Lady Bone back. However, he also overexerted himself, spitting out a mouthful of blood and staggering backward.
“Wutian! ” From a distance, Taibai Jinxing was alarmed upon seeing this and wanted to rush forward to help, but was blocked by the demons behind Lady Bone.

Just at that critical moment, Taibai Jinxing suddenly noticed something unusual. His gaze fixed intensely on the Bone Sword in Lady Bone's hand, his expression grew extremely serious.
“Wait! That sword has a problem!” Taibai Jinxing shouted loudly.
The words of Taibai Jinxing caused Lady Bone to pause. The Bone Sword in her hand seemed to be bound by an invisible force, unable to advance any further. She looked up at Taibai Jinxing, confusion and vigilance filling her eyes. “Old fool, what trick are you playing now?” Lady Bone said coldly, her tone laced with a hint of threat.
Sun Wutian took the opportunity to look up at the Bone Sword, noticing its change, though he did not understand why the sword had suddenly become dull. A bad premonition surged within him, leaving him uncertain about what Taibai Jinxing was plotting.
"This sword has been sealed," Taibai Jinxing said gravely, his gaze fixed on the Bone Sword in Lady Bone's hand as if trying to see through it. He took a deep breath and continued, "If you forcefully activate it, the seal within the sword will erupt, and you will suffer a backlash that could even lead to your soul being scattered!"
Upon hearing this, Lady Bone's eyes flashed with panic. She looked down at the Bone Sword in her hand, her brow furrowed. She knew that Taibai Jinxing would not say such things without reason, especially since he was known for his integrity and would never deliberately exaggerate.
"How do you know?" Lady Bone's voice trembled as she gripped the Bone Sword tightly, wanting to test whether what Taibai Jinxing said was true.
"The seal on this sword was set by me personally back in the day," Taibai Jinxing replied calmly but with undeniable authority. He slowly took out a jade pendant from his sleeve, intricately carved with complex patterns that emitted a faint glow. He raised the pendant high, aiming it at the Bone Sword, and said, "When you ambushed Sun Wukong back then, it was this sword that sought to kill him. I left a seal within it to prevent you from killing innocents again."
Hearing this, Lady Bone's face turned pale as she seemed to relive the moment when her skeleton was shattered by Sun Wukong's staff. She recalled her suffering while sealed in endless darkness and the loneliness and despair she endured for millennia seeking revenge. It dawned on her that she had fallen into Sun Wukong's trap from the very beginning, and her current actions were merely stepping into a prearranged snare.
"You... you..." Lady Bone stammered, unable to articulate her thoughts. She trembled all over, filled with fear and anger. Clenching her fists, she wished she could tear Taibai Jinxing apart, but she found herself unable to move, helplessly watching as he approached her step by step, driving her into a corner.
"Lady Bone, you have no more chances," Taibai Jinxing said expressionlessly, his tone icy. "Put down your weapon and surrender; perhaps I can spare your life. Otherwise..."
Taibai Jinxing did not finish his sentence, but the murderous intent in his eyes conveyed everything. Lady Bone realized she had been pushed to the brink; she had to make a choice.

The strike from Sun Wutian contained tremendous strength that even surpassed Sun Wukong at his peak. Lady Bone could only raise the Bone Sword to defend herself but was struck by Sun Wutian's Ruyi Jingu Bang and sent flying into the mountainside with a loud crash.
Lady Bone spat out a mouthful of fresh blood, her eyes filled with disbelief. She could not understand how Sun Wutian had suddenly become so powerful.
"You... you..." Lady Bone struggled to rise from the ground, looking at Sun Wutian with eyes full of hatred and resentment.
"Is it over?" Sun Wutian put away Ruyi Jingu Bang, panting heavily. He looked down at Lady Bone, his eyes filled with complex emotions. He did not know how to evaluate this woman; in her quest for revenge, she had lost herself and even her humanity.
Sun Wutian fell silent, unsure of what to say. He simply watched Lady Bone quietly, waiting for her next words.
Lady Bone clenched her fists, standing up with determination. The flames of vengeance burned in her eyes. Even in the face of Sun Wutian's immense power, she refused to give up; she still wanted revenge.
"Sun Wutian, do you think you've won?" Lady Bone gritted her teeth and said softly, "I will not let you go; I will definitely kill you!"
After saying this, Lady Bone turned and disappeared into the night, leaving Sun Wutian standing alone, watching her retreating figure, filled with confusion.
Taibai Jinxing put away his whisk and walked over to Sun Wutian, patting him on the shoulder. With a serious tone, he said, "Wutian, you did well, but do not let your guard down. Lady Bone is cunning; letting her escape this time will bring endless troubles."
Sun Wutian furrowed his brows, glancing at the Ruyi Jingu Bang in his hand before looking towards the direction where Lady Bone had vanished. His heart was filled with mixed emotions. He sighed softly and said, "I know she won't give up easily. It's just... I can't help but feel sorry for her."
Taibai Jinxing shook his head and replied, "Those who are pitiful often have their own faults. Her obsession is too deep; she has long lost herself. If you do not kill her today, she will return one day and surely stir up greater chaos."
Sun Wutian remained silent. He knew Taibai Jinxing was right, but he felt a twinge of reluctance in his heart. He tightened his grip on Ruyi Jingu Bang and resolved that if Lady Bone truly remained obstinate and endangered the Three Realms again, he would show no mercy.
"I will report today's events to the Heavenly Court and request merit for you," Taibai Jinxing said as he looked up at the sky. "It's getting late; I will return to report back to Heaven. Take care of yourself."
After saying this, Taibai Jinxing transformed into a beam of golden light and vanished into the horizon.
Sun Wutian stood alone in place, gazing at the pitch-black night sky, his mind filled with countless thoughts. Lady Bone's words echoed in his ears, "I will definitely kill you!" He knew that this was not just a harsh statement but a venomous oath, a vow filled with hatred and resentment.
"Sigh..." Sun Wutian sighed deeply, clenched his fists, and looked up at the starry sky. "It seems I must quickly improve my strength. Lady Bone, just wait; next time we meet, I won't show mercy!"
He turned to leave, his silhouette appearing particularly resolute under the moonlight. He understood that a greater storm was brewing, and he was already prepared to face the challenge.
Sun Wutian hurried back to his temporary residence.
As Sun Wutian pushed open the courtyard gate, a strong aroma of meat and wine wafted towards him. A rough and hearty voice came from inside the house. Sun Wutian followed the sound and saw Bull Demon King sitting at the table with a wine jar in hand, tilting his head back to drink deeply. "Bull Brother, what brings you here?" Sun Wutian raised an eyebrow as he walked over to sit at the table and poured himself a glass of wine. He felt a sense of caution; Bull Demon King's sudden visit surely had ulterior motives.
Bull Demon King set down the wine jar with a satisfied burp and looked at Sun Wutian with a glint in his eyes. "My dear brother, since our parting five hundred years ago at Flower-Fruit Mountain, we haven't seen each other in ages. Today you must accompany your elder brother for a few drinks!"
"Of course! I will gladly accompany you!" Sun Wutian raised his glass and downed it in one go while secretly sneering; he had not forgotten the grievances from five hundred years ago. Bull Demon King's visit today was likely not so simple.
Seeing Sun Wutian so agreeable, Bull Demon King laughed heartily. He patted Sun Wutian on the shoulder and said, "Good! This is the Sun Wutian I know! Come on, let's drink!"
After several rounds of drinks, Bull Demon King set down his cup, his expression turning serious. He looked at Sun Wutian and slowly said, "My dear brother, the three realms are in chaos now; the Heavenly Court is corrupt and the people are suffering. Have you not thought about changing all of this?"
Sun Wutian put down his wine cup and gazed deeply at the Bull Demon King, asking in return, "What does Brother Niu intend to do?"
The Bull Demon King suddenly stood up, walked to the window, and looked at the twinkling stars in the night sky, his eyes shining with ambition. "The Heavenly Court is incompetent and tyrannical; it’s time for a change! I plan to unite various demon kings to overthrow the rule of the Heavenly Court and establish a new order!"
He turned around to face Sun Wutian, his tone passionate. "Brother, with your strength combined with my power, we can achieve great things together! When the time comes, we will divide the Three Realms between us. Wouldn’t that be delightful?"
Sun Wutian remained silent, seemingly contemplating the Bull Demon King's proposal.
Noticing this, the Bull Demon King continued to persuade him. "Brother, I know you harbor resentment towards the Heavenly Court. Back when your master went to the West for scriptures, they obstructed him at every turn. Now that you have returned from Reincarnation, they want to recruit you and use you as a pawn. Are you really willing to be manipulated by them?"

Sun Wutian lifted his cup and clinked it with the Bull Demon King’s before downing its contents in one go, but he felt increasingly vigilant. He knew that the Bull Demon King would not easily give up; this conversation was just the beginning.
Meanwhile, in a dark and eerie cave, Lady Bone sat on her Bone Throne surrounded by numerous demons and spirits—her former subordinates summoned for revenge.
"Sun Wukong, this time I will make sure you suffer!" Lady Bone gritted her teeth as she spoke, her eyes filled with resentment and hatred. She would never forget the grudge from five hundred years ago.
"Revenge! Revenge! Revenge!" The cave echoed with thunderous roars as demonic energy surged into the air, signaling that an even greater storm was about to come.
As night fell, Sun Wutian sat cross-legged on his bed, circulating his internal energy while practicing the divine abilities inherited from Sun Wukong's residual soul. Suddenly, a powerful force erupted from within him; he felt a blankness in his mind as if something was trying to break free from its seal.
"Ah!" Sun Wutian cried out in pain, clutching his head and rolling on the ground. His body radiated a dazzling golden light, and a terrifying aura emanated from him, causing the entire room to shake violently.
Bull Demon King was about to persuade him further when he suddenly sensed a powerful aura approaching from outside. His expression changed, and he quickly stood up, looking towards the door. Sun Wutian also felt that aura; his brows furrowed, and a hint of seriousness flashed in his eyes.
"Who goes there?" Bull Demon King asked sharply, a strong demonic energy radiating from him, making the surrounding air tremble slightly.
"It’s me!" A voice came from outside, accompanied by a chilling laugh.
The door was pushed open, and Lady Bone walked in gracefully. She still had that enchanting appearance, a cold smile on her lips, but her eyes sparkled with a frosty light. Behind her followed a group of various demons, each exuding a murderous intent.
Seeing Lady Bone, Sun Wutian was taken aback; he hadn’t expected her to appear at this moment, let alone bring so many demons with her.
"Lady Bone, what do you mean by this?" Bull Demon King asked with a frown. He was secretly on guard; Lady Bone's presence here was no coincidence—she must have her own agenda.
"I’m here to find Sun Wutian; naturally, I have important matters to discuss," Lady Bone said lightly, her gaze fixed on Sun Wutian as if she intended to devour him.
Sun Wutian stood up and looked directly into Lady Bone's eyes, calmly saying, "You’re looking for me because of that stick from years ago?"
Lady Bone chuckled softly as she slowly walked up to Sun Wutian. In a chilling tone, she said, "Sun Wutian, do you think you can escape? That blow you dealt back then—I will make you pay for it in this lifetime!"
As soon as she finished speaking, the demons behind her lunged at Sun Wutian. They were all ferocious, their weapons gleaming coldly as they aimed to tear him apart.
"Stop right there!" Bull Demon King roared angrily. He swung the giant axe in his hand to block the demons. His expression darkened as he glared at Lady Bone and coldly asked, "Lady Bone, are you trying to provoke a war between realms?"
"War?" Lady Bone scoffed. "I’m just seeking revenge. If you want to stop me, then die together!"
After saying that, flames erupted around her body; the Bone Sword in her hand turned fiery red as she thrust it towards Bull Demon King and Sun Wutian.
Sun Wutian's eyes sharpened; he clenched his fists as golden light surged around him. A powerful force erupted from within him as he suddenly retreated to dodge Lady Bone's attack.
"Do you think you're Sun Wukong?" Lady Bone sneered as she swung the Bone Sword, unleashing a barrage of Bone Blades that rained down on Sun Wutian.
Sun Wutian quickly raised Ruyi Jingu Bang to shatter the incoming Bone Blades. He stepped into the void, his figure like a bolt of golden lightning as he charged towards Lady Bone.
"Watch out!" Sun Wutian shouted, his Ruyi Jingu Bang wielded with terrifying power, striking towards Lady Bone.
Lady Bone swung her Bone Sword to block Sun Wutian's attack. She swiftly dodged his strike, and the Bone Sword transformed into a flash of white light, aiming for Sun Wutian's abdomen.
"Be careful!" Bull Demon King called out loudly, swinging his giant axe towards Lady Bone in an attempt to intercept her attack.
Sun Wutian sidestepped Lady Bone's strike and lifted his head, a glint of ruthlessness flashing in his eyes. He swung back with his staff towards Lady Bone.
"Bang!" A loud crash echoed as Lady Bone was sent flying by Sun Wutian's blow, crashing against the wall and letting out a pained groan.
Sun Wutian did not relent; he swung the Ruyi Jingu Bang again at Lady Bone, determined to eliminate this enemy once and for all.
"Stop!" Bull Demon King roared, positioning himself in front of Lady Bone and engaging Sun Wutian in battle.
The clash between Sun Wutian and Bull Demon King shook the ground, their immense power shattering nearby structures and turning the room into ruins.
Lady Bone watched the fierce battle unfold before her, a cold smile creeping onto her lips. Slowly rising to her feet, the Bone Sword in her hand glimmered with a ghostly light. Her eyes were filled with hatred; she wanted to personally kill Sun Wutian to avenge all her dead children!
"Sun Wutian, we will meet again!" Lady Bone said coldly as she turned and vanished into the night, leaving Sun Wutian and Bull Demon King facing each other amidst the debris.
Sun Wutian gazed at Lady Bone's retreating figure, filled with rage and murderous intent. He tightened his grip on the Ruyi Jingu Bang, silently vowing to kill Lady Bone and avenge all those she had harmed!
"Sun Wutian, who exactly are you?" Bull Demon King asked, his eyes filled with confusion and wariness.
"Me?" Sun Wutian sneered softly. He looked up at the bright moon in the sky, a hint of bewilderment crossing his face as he quietly said, "I am the reincarnation of Sun Wukong!"
Upon hearing this, Bull Demon King's pupils constricted in shock. "Sun Wukong? Impossible! He has been dead for ages!"
Sun Wutian remained silent, merely watching Bull Demon King with complex emotions in his eyes. He didn't know how to explain himself or what to do next; he only knew that he bore the bloodline of Sun Wukong within him and carried his will. He was destined to walk a path of defiance against fate.
"Sun Wutian, what do you want? Do you wish to join me?" Bull Demon King asked, his tone laced with temptation. He sought Sun Wutian's assistance to overthrow Heaven and establish a new order; he wanted to become the overlord of the Three Realms and seize everything!
After a moment of silence, Sun Wutian gently shook his head, determination flickering in his eyes as he replied calmly, "Brother Niu, I do not wish to partake in your game."
"Why? Don't you want to break free from Heaven's constraints and gain true freedom?" Bull Demon King questioned, unable to comprehend Sun Wutian's choice or why he refused to join him or oppose Heaven.
"Freedom? What is freedom?" Sun Wutian murmured to himself, confusion filling his gaze. He did not know what true freedom was; he only knew that he did not want to be bound by anyone or become anyone's pawn. He wanted to find his own path and become his true self.
"Sun Wutian, what do you really want?" the Bull Demon King asked, confusion filling his eyes. He could not understand Sun Wutian's thoughts or his inner turmoil.
Sun Wutian remained silent, simply gazing at the Bull Demon King with determination in his eyes. He softly uttered a single word: "Kill!"
As soon as he finished speaking, a golden light erupted from him, and the Ruyi Jingu Bang in his hand also shone brilliantly. He moved like a streak of golden lightning, charging toward the Bull Demon King.
The Bull Demon King was taken aback; he had not expected Sun Wutian to attack so suddenly. With a roar, he swung his massive axe, transforming it into a bolt of black lightning that met Sun Wutian head-on.
"Boom!"
The two beams of light collided in midair, creating a tremendous shockwave that caused the surrounding trees to shed their leaves and the ground to crack open, dust swirling into the air as the entire valley seemed to tremble.
Sun Wutian fought fiercely with the Ruyi Jingu Bang, engaging in a fierce battle with the Bull Demon King. The two exchanged blows relentlessly, each strike landing with brutal force, making the fight exceptionally intense.
"Haha, Sun Wutian, you really are impressive! But do you think you can defeat me with your current strength?" the Bull Demon King laughed maniacally, his eyes filled with bloodlust. He wanted to completely crush Sun Wutian and conquer him, turning him into his ally to fight for dominance over the world.
"Brother Niu, you are no longer the loyal Bull Demon King of old!" Sun Wutian shouted angrily, pain and fury evident in his eyes. He had once regarded the Bull Demon King as an elder brother but now found himself forced to oppose him.
"Hahaha, Sun Wutian, do you think I will show you mercy like before? I am tired of the Heavenly Court's ruthlessness; I am tired of the chaos in the Three Realms. I want to become the new overlord and establish a new order!" the Bull Demon King screamed hysterically, wildly swinging his massive axe as he lunged at Sun Wutian.
"Bang!"
Sun Wutian blocked the Bull Demon King's attack with the Ruyi Jingu Bang but was pushed back several steps by the immense force. Alarm bells rang in his mind; he felt his strength waning and sensed instability within his spirit.
"Wutian!" From afar, Taibai Jinxing watched in horror. He quickly cast a spell to rush forward and help but was stopped by demons behind the Bull Demon King.
"Old man, you'd better stay out of this; otherwise, don't blame me for being rude!" a Wolf Demon threatened, baring its teeth with claws glinting menacingly, ready to strike at any moment.
"Hmph! Do you demons not fear retribution from the Heavenly Court?" Taibai Jinxing replied coldly. Though he was not strong enough, he refused to give up resistance, gripping his whisk tightly and preparing for battle.
At that moment, a commanding voice suddenly echoed from the sky: "Stop!"
Sun Wutian and Bull Demon King both looked up, only to see a golden light descending from above. From the light emerged a man clad in golden armor, his face stern and his eyes filled with fury; he was none other than the Jade Emperor of Heaven.
"The Jade Emperor?" Bull Demon King’s face turned pale at the sight. Fear filled his heart as he realized that the Heavenly Court had sent the Jade Emperor himself. He suddenly understood that he had kicked a hornet's nest.
"Sun Wutian, as a deity of my Heavenly Court, you collude with demons and engage in wicked deeds. Your crimes are utterly unforgivable!" The Jade Emperor seethed with anger, pointing an accusing finger at Sun Wutian.
Hearing the Jade Emperor's words, Sun Wutian felt a surge of disdain. He scoffed and replied, "Jade Emperor, you claim my sins are unforgivable. Shouldn't you reflect on yourself? Shouldn't you consider the corruption within the Heavenly Court?"
"Impudent!" The Jade Emperor roared, drawing a golden sword that gleamed menacingly as it pointed directly at Sun Wutian. He said sternly, "Do you dare to retort against me? Do you know your crime?"
"Hmph, do you think I'm afraid of you?" Sun Wutian snorted coldly, his Ruyi Jingu Bang also radiating brilliant light as he fearlessly faced the Jade Emperor, ready for a fight to the death.
Just as tensions escalated between Sun Wutian and the Jade Emperor, Taibai Jinxing suddenly stepped in front of Sun Wutian. He addressed the Jade Emperor, saying, "Your Majesty, please calm your anger! Sun Wutian did not intend to oppose the Heavenly Court; he was merely deceived by Bull Demon King's schemes. I hope Your Majesty can show leniency."
Upon hearing this, the Jade Emperor's expression softened slightly as he turned his gaze toward Bull Demon King and coldly asked, "Bull Demon King, what exactly is your scheme?"
Realizing that the situation was dire and knowing he could not withstand the Heavenly Court's wrath, Bull Demon King lowered his head and said, "Your Majesty, I originally intended to overthrow the Heavenly Court's rule and establish a new order without any malicious intent."
"Hmph, do you think this will absolve you of your crimes?" The Jade Emperor shouted angrily, his sword glowing fiercely and ready to strike at Bull Demon King.
Taibai Jinxing quickly stepped forward to intervene. He said, "Your Majesty, please calm down. We should unite against an even greater crisis."
"What crisis?" The Jade Emperor furrowed his brow and asked.
Taibai Jinxing hesitated for a moment before relaying the information he had learned from Sun Wutian to the Jade Emperor. He said, "Sun Wutian once mentioned that he carries the bloodline of Sun Wukong within him, that he bears the will of Sun Wukong, and is destined to walk a path of resistance against fate. The enemies he must confront do not come from the Heavenly Court, but from another world..."
Upon hearing Taibai Jinxing's words, the Jade Emperor's expression grew serious. He fell silent, seemingly deep in thought.
"Your Majesty, we must prepare as soon as possible; otherwise, the Three Realms will face an unprecedented disaster!" Taibai Jinxing urged.
The Jade Emperor nodded and replied, "I will summon the gods of the Heavenly Court to discuss countermeasures. You may leave for now."
At this, Taibai Jinxing led Sun Wutian and the others away.
Watching Sun Wutian's gradually disappearing figure, a complex expression flashed in the Jade Emperor's eyes.
The Jade Emperor slowly turned around, gazing deeply into the horizon, and murmured to himself, "The Three Realms are in turmoil, and destiny is unpredictable. It seems it is time for me to descend to the mortal realm and investigate personally."
In the Heavenly Court, Lingxiao Palace.
"Taibai Jinxing, is what you said true?" The Jade Emperor sat high on his golden throne, his authoritative voice echoing throughout the hall, causing the ministers below to fall silent.
"Your Majesty, every word I speak is true; I would not dare deceive you," Taibai Jinxing replied respectfully and solemnly.
"The reincarnation of Sun Wukong actually spoke such words..." The Jade Emperor furrowed his brow, lost in thought. He lightly tapped his fingers on the armrest of his dragon chair, producing a crisp sound that made the atmosphere in the hall even more oppressive.
"Your Majesty, this matter is serious. If what Sun Wutian says is true, then..." Stepping forward was Li Jing, the Towering King, who clasped his hands and spoke with concern in his tone.
"There is no need for further words; I know what to do," the Jade Emperor interrupted Li Jing with a wave of his hand. He scanned the ministers with a stern gaze and declared, "Issue my decree: prepare my chariot at once; I shall descend to the mortal realm myself!"
Upon hearing this, all the ministers were taken aback and quickly knelt on the ground in unison, exclaiming, "Your Majesty is wise!"
In the dim cave, the flickering firelight illuminated Lady Bone's enchanting face. A cold smile curled at the corners of her mouth as she addressed the Bull Demon King before her, "Brother Niu, do you know why that old Jade Emperor suddenly descended to the mortal realm?"
The Bull Demon King sat on a stone bench, a look of confusion crossing his rugged face as he shook his head. "Please enlighten me, sister."
Lady Bone let out a light laugh, moving closer to the Bull Demon King and gently stroking his arm. Her tone was soft yet laced with hidden malice. "That old man clearly does not trust us and wants to take this opportunity to suppress the demon clan's power!"
Upon hearing this, a flicker of anger flashed in the Bull Demon King's eyes. He slammed his hand on the stone table and roared, "The Heavenly Court is too much! Our demon clan has endured humiliation for many years; do they expect us to be at their mercy?"
A cunning glint sparkled in Lady Bone's eyes as she continued to fan the flames. "Brother Niu, with the three realms in turmoil, this is the perfect opportunity for us to overthrow the Heavenly Court's rule! As long as you and I join forces, along with support from other demon kings, we can surely bring that old Jade Emperor down!"
The Bull Demon King took a deep breath, ambition shining in his eyes as he asked in a deep voice, "What clever plan do you have, sister?"
Lady Bone leaned closer to the Bull Demon King's ear, whispering venomous words.
Meanwhile, Sun Wutian lay bored in a grove, chewing on a piece of Dogtail Grass while staring blankly at the sky.
"Ah, what a hassle!" Sun Wutian flipped over to sit up, spitting out the grass with an impatient expression. He had originally wanted to live a carefree life but found himself caught up in this conflict.
"That old Jade Emperor really has nothing better to do than stir up trouble!" Sun Wutian muttered under his breath as he stood up and brushed off the grass clippings from his clothes, preparing to leave.
"Wutian, there you are!" At that moment, a familiar voice called out from afar.
Sun Wutian turned to see Taibai Jinxing approaching him with an anxious expression.
"Taibai Jinxing, what brings you here?" Sun Wutian asked.
"Oh dear, my little ancestor, you are hard to find!" Taibai Jinxing said, panting. "Come on, we need to go quickly; His Majesty wants to see you!"
Upon hearing this, Sun Wutian frowned and impatiently replied, "I don't want to see anyone right now!"
"Wutian, please don't make it difficult for the Elderly Man. His Majesty is serious this time. If you don't go, I'm afraid..." Taibai Jinxing said with a bitter face, his tone carrying a hint of pleading.
Sun Wutian sighed helplessly. He knew he couldn't refuse and had no choice but to follow Taibai Jinxing away.
