Reality is always like this. I used to have a lot of time but never thought to go see him. Now I want to, but there are all sorts of restrictions.

"Aren't you curious about this person?" Given Mina's personality, I figured she would definitely look into it.
Sure enough, as soon as I asked, she sighed and shook her head in frustration, saying, "Of course I'm curious! I'm dying to know what this boss is like. Honestly, I've even checked the source of those emails, including the IP address behind them. Guess what?"
From her tone, I could tell it was a dead end.
Mina sighed again and said, "It's an overseas server; I can't find anyone. Sometimes I wonder if the person on the other side of the computer is some kind of divine being."
"You're overthinking it; the divine doesn't concern itself with us," I replied while recalling the mysterious figure in black who had appeared before.
Could these matters be related to him as well?
Of course, Mina wasn't mentioning her ex-boyfriends anymore, and I smartly refrained from bringing them up in front of her. I just hoped that one day her true soulmate would appear and successfully win her back. As for everything else, time would likely bring results.
Once summer arrived, the heat became unbearable. Although we had the air conditioning running all day at home, it couldn't contain Xiao Zhe. After being taken to Community to play twice by the nanny, he simply couldn't stay at home. As soon as he was set down, he would crawl toward the door and protest by scratching at the doorframe.
