"Ha ha, welcome, welcome, a warm welcome." The person was stunned by Lin Feng's presence and naturally did not dare to show any intimidation, repeatedly saying.
In fact, those in their line of work naturally admire the strong. Since Lin Feng was able to command their respect, they were willing to interact with him. After all, no one is born knowing each other; relationships are built through understanding and finding common ground.

"Brother Lin Feng, I almost forgot to introduce myself. My name is Qian Li. I have some strength; please don't laugh at me," Qian Li introduced himself.
"Yes, as they say, you don't know someone until you've fought them. I'll need your help then," Lin Feng continued to speak humbly.
Seeing that Qian Li was so easygoing and approachable, Lin Feng felt he could get along with him and naturally became more polite.
After all, Lin Feng's purpose for coming here was different from when he joined the Wolf Gang; he simply wanted to get along well with these people and had no intention of persuading them otherwise.
Next, Qian Li brought Lin Feng before everyone else. They were all Strong Men and shook hands with Lin Feng one by one. Of course, whether it was because Qian Li had told them about his strength or for some other reason, none of them tried to gauge Lin Feng's abilities through their handshake but instead greeted him formally to show their welcome.
At least on the surface, that was how it appeared.
As for whether it was truly like that or not, Lin Feng didn't know and didn't care to find out.
Following that, Lin Feng joined their training sessions. Because of his impressive performance, they quickly provided him with a suit and sunglasses, officially making him a bodyguard.
Of course, there was a Captain in their small team, and since Lin Feng hadn't performed exceptionally well earlier, they only assigned him as an ordinary bodyguard.
After all, Lin Feng wasn't foolish; he understood that no matter where he was, he shouldn't stand out too much. In general, it was best to keep a low profile. Particularly for the sake of face issues, being overly ostentatious was something Lin Feng considered foolish behavior.
What surprised Lin Feng was that on his first mission, he was assigned to protect Lin Mei during negotiations with others.
When he saw Lin Mei, Lin Feng naturally noticed that she lingered on his face for a longer time. After all, Lin Feng knew that Lin Mei wouldn't forget him so quickly.
Although he was now under her command, Lin Feng didn't have the slightest awareness of being a subordinate. He didn't greet her but simply stared at Lin Mei until she offered him a smile, and only then did he return the gesture.
Of course, this small detail didn't last long, so apart from Lin Feng and Lin Mei, no one else felt anything unusual. Lin Feng himself didn't take it seriously.
"Today's mission is very simple: just protect the young lady from harm. Everyone needs to perform well and not let down the young lady or the Lin family, understood?" Captain Lu Zhong said with a commanding presence as he briefed everyone before the mission.
"Understood," Lin Feng shouted along with the crowd.
Lin Mei merely smiled at everyone and said, "Thank you for your hard work!" Immediately, Lin Feng sensed that everyone became excited as if they had been injected with adrenaline, all looking determined to "protect the young lady at all costs."
Lin Feng couldn't understand why they were all so enthusiastic; after all, she was just a pretty girl. He knew that Lin Mei was not an ordinary woman; she had capability and charisma. If someone felt compelled to show off just because of her smile, then congratulations—they were definitely being overly sentimental.
Even though they had only known each other for a few days, Lin Feng sometimes wondered how any hero could completely win over Lin Mei. If someone managed to do that, he would genuinely admire that person.
There was nothing he could do; after all, Lin Mei had that kind of charm.
Lin Feng was a pragmatic person; he had to admit that Lin Mei was indeed quite an attractive woman.
Soon, Lin Mei got into a car with two bodyguards sitting in the back seat while Lin Feng and the others followed behind, responsible for some tasks.
"Qian Li, aren't we supposed to be primarily responsible for protecting the young lady? Why aren't our people in the car with her?" Lin Feng asked.
"Heh... don't be jealous. Do you think we could sit in that seat? Enough talk; we're on a mission," Qian Li replied. Since their initial confrontation, he had become more familiar with Lin Feng and now shared some insights that Lin Feng originally didn't know.
But as he spoke, he remembered they were at work, so after warning Lin Feng, he turned his attention to the surroundings and took on his responsibilities.
Lin Feng naturally felt a bit bored. He stopped speaking halfway through, as if to tease people's curiosity. Moreover, Lin Feng had scanned the surroundings with his Mental Power and confirmed that there was no danger, but at that moment, he couldn't say anything about it. After all, he was just a rookie Bodyguard, and even if he mentioned it, no one would likely believe him.

Therefore, Lin Feng could only stand guard around the Manor with Qian Li under Lu Zhong's command.
Today, Lin Mei's negotiation counterpart was a notorious figure in the underworld known as Black Tiger. To be precise, he was a gang leader. Naturally, Lin Mei was unwilling to engage with such a person, but he was quite stubborn. The negotiators she sent had all been sent back after being scolded by him in extremely vulgar language, insisting that Lin Mei come personally to negotiate.
So, despite her reluctance, Lin Mei still came.
"Ha ha... Miss Lin Mei, welcome!" The gang leader called Black Tiger had quite an imposing name. However, names in this line of work often sounded similar; after all, they needed names that were crude yet impactful.
"Heh heh... Since Mr. Black Tiger has made such a statement, how could I dare not come?" Lin Mei still wore her signature smile, but her words carried an underlying reproach towards Black Tiger for his lack of decorum.
Black Tiger was indeed difficult to deal with, but in front of the Lin family, he wasn't in a position to act tough. Thus, although Lin Mei was forced to negotiate personally by him, she wasn't intimidated by Black Tiger; after all, in her eyes, he was just a thug.
"Not at all! Please take a seat, Miss Lin Mei. I've long heard that Miss Lin Mei is like a flower; seeing you today truly lives up to the reputation. It is an honor for Black Tiger to meet you here," Black Tiger said. Despite being a gang leader, he presented himself quite elegantly; however, no matter how one looked at it, he gave off an air of being a refined rogue.
"Alright, enough with the pleasantries. Now that I'm here and you can see our sincerity, let's get straight to the point on how we will resolve this matter," Lin Mei said directly without caring for Black Tiger's false politeness.
"Heh heh, Miss Lin Mei has come all this way; shouldn't you prepare to stay here for a while?" Black Tiger seemed to ignore Lin Mei's words and continued speaking to her.
"Hmph... Black Tiger, are you really prepared to offend the Lin family?" Lin Mei spoke with a dismissive attitude towards Black Tiger. Seeing his shameless demeanor made her feel disgusted, and she shouted at him.
"Hehe... I'm just trying to kindly keep Miss Lin Mei here. How can you say that I want to offend your Lin family?" Those in this line of work naturally had thick skin, and he continued to shamelessly speak.
"Good for you, Black Tiger. Zhang San and Li Si, take him down." Upon seeing Black Tiger reveal his true colors, Lin Mei instructed the two behind her.
"Hehe... Do you think Zhang San and Li Si can still move?" Black Tiger found Lin Mei's reaction amusing and asked her with a smirk.
"Miss, we... pfft..." It was only at this moment that Zhang San and Li Si realized something was wrong, but it was already too late as they collapsed.
"Hehe... Miss Lin Mei, those of us in this line of work naturally have our own tricks. Don't blame me." Seeing Zhang San and Li Si fall, Black Tiger finally felt at ease. He knew well the capabilities of the two bodyguards beside Lin Mei, but no matter how skilled they were, as the saying goes, it's easy to defend against an open attack but hard to guard against a hidden one. In the end, they were still taken down by the tricks of Black Tiger.
