Wu Cheng held his head, trembling all over. His mind was in turmoil like a storm, filled with confusion and despair at the sound of Su Jianyang's voice. His eyes were full of pain, and the deep agony within him felt like a thousand cuts, pushing him to the brink of despair. He could no longer bear the weight of his sins, feeling deep regret and self-reproach for his uncontrollable actions.
"Kill me! Please! Shoot me! It's all because of me! Hurry, kill me!" Wu Cheng's voice became hoarse, tears streaming down his cheeks, mingling with sweat and falling to the ground.
Su Jianyang looked at Wu Cheng in disbelief, his hand tightly gripping the gun, his finger lightly pressing on the trigger, but stopping at that moment. He felt his emotions were complex, hesitating, struggling within himself. He knew this was not just a matter of life and death, but also about morality and justice.
Wu Cheng's confusion and inner pain made it difficult for him to accept reality. He didn't know what sins he had committed to lead to all this. He felt he had embarked on an irreversible path, and the evil presence controlling him had made him the mastermind. Deep inside, he longed for an end, a release, even if death could serve as redemption.
Su Jianyang's hands trembled slowly, his face filled with conflict and deep contemplation. His emotions churned like a storm, knowing that this would be a decision he would never forget, a decision deeply etched in his soul. His gaze shifted on Wu Cheng, seeing Wu Cheng's pain, but he also knew that if he didn't take action, the entire Qing Town would continue to be threatened.
In the end, he decided he had to lower his gun. He knew that killing Wu Cheng might end it all, but that wasn't the path he should choose. He couldn't let himself fall into the dark abyss; he had to uphold his principles, pursue justice and truth. He lowered his gun and said to Wu Cheng word by word:
"I won't kill you, Wu Cheng. We will face this together, find the truth, and stop the forces of evil," his voice was full of determination and resolve, knowing this was his only choice.
Wu Cheng raised his head and angrily said, "Su Jianyang, don't show mercy like a woman. Hurry, kill me, and it will all be over!" Anger burned in his heart, his face contorted, and his eyes filled with madness. He continued to roar, like a trapped beast, longing for release, and death seemed to be the only way. His call to Su Jianyang was filled with despair and longing, as if only Su Jianyang's hand could give him an end.
Su Jianyang shook his head firmly, his eyes filled with strength and determination. He understood that falling back into the cycle of violence and death would only make things worse, and he couldn't let Wu Cheng fall into the abyss again. Taking a deep breath, he said to Wu Cheng, "I can't do this, Wu Cheng. We need to find a solution instead of falling back into the cycle of violence and death."
Just as Wu Cheng was about to stand up and vent his anger at Su Jianyang, suddenly, a powerful force emanated from the crack in the sky. This force was unlike anything they had ever experienced, seemingly transcending the rules of the real world, causing the entire space, time, and existence to come to a halt.
Wu Cheng and Su Jianyang were fixed in place, unable to move, as if they were bound by an invisible force. Their breathing became difficult, their heartbeats irregular, and they felt themselves in a kind of incomprehensible terror.
Everything around them seemed to freeze, even the air seemed stagnant. Wu Cheng's anger and Su Jianyang's determination disappeared, replaced by a profound sense of helplessness and unease. They didn't know the source of this force, nor its purpose, but they understood that at this moment, they had been caught up in a greater power, far beyond their control.
In the face of this invisible force, Wu Cheng and Su Jianyang both feel their own insignificance and fragility. They are no longer the masters of their own destinies, but rather helplessly waiting for an unknown fate.
At this strange moment, Wu Cheng and Su Jianyang suddenly feel that the surroundings have undergone an extreme change. They seem to have been instantly transported by an invisible force to a completely different world, a world full of strangeness and horror, as if it were an embodiment of evil.
The surroundings were eerie. They found themselves in an endless darkness, the ground seemed to be made of decaying flesh and twisted bones, emitting a nauseating smell. A strange purplish light emanated from the darkness, illuminating the surroundings, but it carried an ominous atmosphere.
Strangely, this world was filled with grotesque creatures, with twisted bodies and skeletons, pale like corpses, their eyes gleaming with madness. These creatures emitted a mournful howl, as if welcoming Wu Cheng's arrival, making the whole scene even more eerie and terrifying.
In this parallel world, Wu Cheng and Su Jianyang feel their existence becoming insignificant, as if their bodies are being consumed by a dark force that they cannot resist. Their minds are also greatly tested, as they are constantly assailed by the temptations of Darkness and the forces of evil.
Wu Cheng is filled with anger and fear, feeling trapped in this nightmare with no escape. He longs for it all to end, but he cannot control his own body, as the evil force has deeply rooted itself in his soul.
Su Jianyang felt extremely powerless. He knew they had to fight against this dark world together, but he also understood that the strangeness and horror of this world had exceeded his imagination. They had to find a way to destroy this evil force, or they would be forever trapped in this endless Darkness.
Under the influence of this invisible evil force, the two's minds were constantly tested, and their consciousness began to blur, as if being swallowed by Darkness.
