Before Liu Guanfeng appeared, a massive lake emerged before him, surrounded by a group of enormous creatures drinking water. Liu Guanfeng recognized two Triceratops and a Stegosaurus in the lake, along with two Thunder Lizards. Occasionally, a few Pterosaurs flew overhead. Aside from the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Liu Guanfeng estimated there were at least a hundred different dinosaurs, both known and unknown to him.
Liu Guanfeng wiped the cold sweat from his forehead. "Oh my God, this isn't Earth Dragon Island; I've clearly entered the Jurassic period." He glanced at his companion, XP.
"XP, what do you think about those Earth Dragons over there?"
"They're strong; the weakest is above Sixth Tier. There are at least a dozen that match my strength."
Liu Guanfeng swallowed hard. Whose idea was this? I didn't come here to find something; I clearly came here to die. I haven't even located the Dragon Fruit yet and I'm already seeing these creatures. Is the Dragon Fruit being guarded by a Tyrannosaurus Rex? If that's the case, my chances of success are slim.
At this moment, Liu Guanfeng felt a surge of fear. But then he remembered that Liu Yongmin had sacrificed two mounts for his own life. He always felt guilty towards Liu Yongmin, so he gritted his teeth. If I'm going to die, then so be it; at least I can face Uncle with my head held high.
Although Liu Guanfeng wanted to keep pushing forward, he realized he needed to navigate through a group of gigantic dinosaurs. So he slowly retreated into the bushes, preparing to take a detour around the lake.

Liu Guanfeng slowly drew out his Twin Iron Halberds. "xp, can you sense the levels of the beasts surrounding us?"
"There's one Seventh Tier among them; the rest are probably all Sixth Tier."
"Do you have confidence in taking down that Seventh Tier?"
"Let's give it a try, but it won't be easy. Master, you need to be very careful. I might not be able to protect you."
Liu Guanfeng nodded. "Don't worry; my life is quite resilient. They will have to see if they have the ability to take me down."
At that moment, xp also quickly transformed into the size of a Mount and stood close to Liu Guanfeng. Liu Guanfeng focused his spiritual awareness on the approaching Dinosaurs.
When the Dinosaurs were only six or seven meters away, they suddenly leaped forward. Five Dinosaurs, each about three meters long, landed on their legs with long necks stretched out, staring at Liu Guanfeng. Each Dinosaur had a large mouth, drooling from hunger.
Liu Guanfeng recognized these Dinosaurs; they were called Velociraptors and belonged to a carnivorous species. It seemed that these five Velociraptors had already regarded Liu Guanfeng and xp as their lunch. After surrounding Liu Guanfeng, the grass nearby rustled again, indicating that the main threat had arrived.
From the grass emerged a Velociraptor larger than the five in front of them; this was the Little Leader that xp had mentioned as being Seventh Tier.
"xp, get ready to fight; be extra cautious."
"Understood, Master. Be careful."
After saying this, xp dashed towards one of the Velociraptors on its left at full speed. The unfortunate Velociraptor didn't even realize what was happening before xp bit into its throat. Just like that, a Velociraptor known for its intelligence and agility didn't even get a chance to scream before it met its end.
Standing nearby, Liu Guanfeng was not idle either. He swung his Twin Halberds and jumped forcefully, launching an attack on a Dinosaur to his right with the Mountain Pressing Down technique. However, the Dinosaur reacted quickly and leaped to the side, avoiding Liu Guanfeng's strike. Unfortunately, due to the excessive force, this Velociraptor collided with another Velociraptor on its right side, and both Dinosaurs were knocked to the ground.
Liu Guanfeng seized this opportunity and leaped forward. As he approached, the Velociraptor shook its head and opened its massive jaws. Calmly, Liu Guanfeng swung the crescent blade of his halberd towards the Velociraptor's mouth. With a loud thud, it struck the creature's lower lip, embedding the blade deep into it.
In pain, the Velociraptor jerked its head back, allowing Liu Guanfeng to leap onto its neck. He raised his halberd and swiftly struck down on the Velociraptor's slender neck, severing its head in one clean motion.
The other Velociraptor that had been knocked over was just getting back on its feet and had not yet stabilized. Liu Guanfeng yanked his halberd from the first Velociraptor and aimed it at the second one about two meters away, throwing it with precision. The unsteady Velociraptor had no time to react before being struck by the flying halberd, which lodged itself between its front claws, leaving only the handle exposed.
The newly risen Velociraptor let out a mournful cry before collapsing to the ground. However, it was not dead; instead, it writhed in agony. Liu Guanfeng rushed over and brought down his halberd again, ensuring that the second Dinosaur met the same fate as the first.
Grasping the handle of his halberd embedded in the Velociraptor's body, he pulled it out cleanly without any bloodstains. At that moment, Liu Guanfeng finally understood why Xuanwu's blacksmithing skills drove many obsessed blacksmiths mad. Xuanwu had modified Liu Guanfeng's pair of halberds to such a degree that they could cut through iron like mud. If weapons were crafted by Xuanwu himself, their sharpness could only be imagined.
After retrieving both halberds, Liu Guanfeng suddenly felt a gust of malicious wind behind him. He quickly turned around and positioned his halberds in front of him just in time to hear a spark fly as an attack landed.
Liu Guanfeng was knocked back several steps before regaining his balance. Upon focusing his gaze, he saw that it was the Seventh Tier Velociraptor that had ambushed him.
"XP, that Seventh Tier Velociraptor is attacking me now. You should be able to hold on for a bit longer; quickly take care of those two remaining Velociraptors beside you and then come help me."
"Understood, master. Be careful. I'll be there shortly."
After giving XP the command, Liu Guanfeng had no time to check on XP because the Velociraptor in front of him was already launching an attack. The distance created when he was knocked back allowed for about seven meters between him and the Velociraptor now. The Seventh Tier Velociraptor leaped forward directly in front of Liu Guanfeng.
Raising its front claws, it lunged at him. Liu Guanfeng sidestepped to the right just in time. Seeing that Liu Guanfeng had evaded its attack, the Velociraptor swept its left claw horizontally at him. Liu Guanfeng hurriedly raised his Twin Halberds in front of his chest.
He felt a jolt through his arm as immense force struck him. Liu Guanfeng staggered back five or six steps before feeling a sharp pain in his back as he collided with a large tree behind him. Before he could rise from where he fell, the Velociraptor charged at him again with clear intent to eliminate Liu Guanfeng as quickly as possible.
Liu Guanfeng crouched down and rolled to the left, quickly getting back on his feet. Just as he straightened up, the tail of the Velociraptor swept towards him, and he was caught off guard, getting hit by the dragon's tail. Liu Guanfeng was sent flying about three meters before crashing into another tree.

Before Liu Guanfeng could come up with a strategy, the Seventh Tier Velociraptor charged at him again. Its large mouth opened wide, aiming for Liu Guanfeng's head. He quickly turned and ducked behind a large tree, but he heard a loud crunch as the tree was bitten into by the Velociraptor.
Liu Guanfeng felt a surge of relief for dodging that attack, but he had no time to celebrate. The Velociraptor clawed at the tree in front of him; with one bite followed by a swipe, it knocked the massive tree down. This left Liu Guanfeng without any cover and forced him to dodge the falling tree.
The clever Velociraptor pushed Liu Guanfeng out from behind the tree. Just as he escaped the crushing trunk, he faced another attack from the Velociraptor's jaws. Liu Guanfeng made a quick sideways leap to avoid its bite. However, while airborne, he had no means of hiding, and the Velociraptor's claws struck his calf.
Liu Guanfeng felt a chill in his leg, followed by an intense pain shooting through it. Alarmed, he thought: "Oh no, I've been injured."
When Liu Guanfeng landed, a piercing pain shot through him. Looking down, he saw that part of his pants was torn away, and his exposed calf was bleeding profusely.
Seeing Liu Guanfeng injured, the Velociraptor slowed its approach, taking deliberate steps closer to him. Meanwhile, Liu Guanfeng hopped on one leg to lean against a nearby tree for support, using his uninjured leg to stabilize himself on the ground. He gripped his iron spear tightly, preparing for a desperate fight against the Velociraptor.
"Am I really going to die here? I haven't even seen what Dragon Fruit looks like. I can't accept this! If I could bring back Dragon Fruit, Uncle Liu Yongmin could regain his mount, and when I find my father again, he could have his mount back too. I must hold on; I won't fall so easily."
Liu Guanfeng encouraged himself while hoping that help would arrive soon; otherwise, it would truly be too late. But he dared not take his eyes off the Velociraptor.
Liu Guanfeng shouted at the Velociraptor: "Beast! Come at me! If you have the guts, try to eat me!"
