Soon, the two men and four beasts arrived at the foot of the mountain. By this time, it had been about an hour since Iron Bull's Golden Hammer Squad entered. Just as Liu Guanfeng and Dai were preparing to go in, they noticed that some soldiers were already coming out.
Liu Guanfeng smiled slightly at the soldiers who emerged. "You two, stop."
The dejected soldiers looked up when they heard someone call out. Upon seeing Liu Guanfeng, they immediately ran over to him. "Reporting to the General."

One of the soldiers replied, "Reporting to the General, we are a reconnaissance squad. "Alright, you two can go back," Liu Guanfeng said after listening.
"Yes, General." The two soldiers saluted and turned to leave.
"Your soldiers are quite efficient; it's only been an hour since they went in and already someone is coming out," Liu Guanfeng said with a light laugh as he looked at Dai.
Dai smiled slightly in response. "Third Brother, the best part is yet to come. Nighttime is when they will leave in large numbers."
"Let's go in and take a look." Liu Guanfeng led the way into the mountain.

After a while, they quietly exited from the Barracks. Liu Guanfeng knew that all the soldiers inside had been declared dead.
Finally, these thirty or so Special Forces quietly approached the Camp Commander's Main Tent. Liu Guanfeng was sweating for this tent; voices could still be heard from inside, indicating that the Camp Commander had not yet fallen asleep. He was discussing strategies for tomorrow with several Company Commanders and Squad Leaders present in his tent.
What they did not know was that apart from them, there were no other living souls left in the entire military camp; the only ones still alive were a team of Patrol Soldiers on arduous duty.
At this moment, Liu Guanfeng saw several Special Forces discussing something together before quickly dispersing. A few individuals quietly left while around twenty remained near the tent. These twenty individuals concealed themselves well while several other Special Forces made their way to the camp entrance.
After exchanging a few words with some soldiers at the entrance, six people hid at the gate while four stood across from them. At this time, one soldier who had initially taken control of the entrance shouted, "Who goes there?"
His voice echoed loudly in the silent camp, startling the Patrol Soldiers. The Patrol Soldiers quickly ran to the entrance and spotted four Special Forces members; however, before this team of ten soldiers could comprehend what was happening, they were subdued by the six Special Forces hiding at the gate along with four disguised sentries.
Due to a shout at the entrance, the Camp Commander, who was discussing matters inside the Barracks, also heard the commotion. When he and his Company Commander and Squad Leader came out, they were ambushed by the hidden Special Forces. Before the Camp Commander could grasp the situation, his Squad Leader had already been declared dead, leaving him with only four Company Commanders. At that moment, they were surrounded by thirty Special Forces.
Moreover, Liu Guanfeng knew that there were still a dozen Special Forces outside the Barracks whose mission was to prevent any soldiers from escaping in case of a failed ambush.
Seeing this situation, the Camp Commander could only shake his head helplessly. He had brought nearly four hundred soldiers into the mountains, but in less than a day, only five remained after being killed by these forty or so men. The Camp Commander smiled bitterly and said, "You win. I will take my soldiers and leave."
One of the Special Forces members said, "Camp Commander, why don't you stay here and rest tonight? It's already midnight, and the generals won't arrive at the training ground until tomorrow morning. How about I keep you company for a few drinks tonight?"
