A group of people cautiously made their way along a narrow alley towards the Heavenly Prison, while on the other side, Dai led his men stealthily towards the Mine where Liu Guanfeng's two brothers were located.
At this time, it was already around one in the morning. Liu Guanfeng and Dai had previously agreed that both sides would act around two o'clock, and that the operation must be completed within half an hour.

Liu Guanfeng continued down to the fourth level, where the air was no longer just damp; it was like a water prison. All of the prisoners here were in severe conditions, with their bodies submerged in water up to their chests and their hands suspended high above. Seeing this made Liu Guanfeng furious. He grabbed a surviving guard and demanded to know where his parents were before heading straight for their location.
From a distance, Liu Guanfeng saw his parents hanging there, in a similar state as others—immersed in water up to their chests. He rushed over, feeling that even taking time to unlock the door was a waste; he kicked it open with force. The loud noise startled not only Liu Guanfeng's parents but also those in nearby cells.
Upon seeing Liu Guanfeng, Liu Yong'an and Nangong Rong were overcome with emotion and could hardly speak. Liu Guanfeng was also at a loss for words; he raised his iron spear and smashed through their shackles. He instructed two brothers from One-Pin Hall to carry his parents while ordering others to open all cells and release every prisoner.
Moreover, all cells on levels above were also opened. As Liu Guanfeng carried his parents out of their cell, there were no living souls left in the Heavenly Prison except for dead guards. However, their movements quickly attracted attention from patrolling soldiers nearby, which was exactly what Liu Guanfeng hoped for. Nangong Rong embraced Liu Guanfeng tightly and said, "It's not suffering; as long as I can see you again, enduring more hardships is nothing."
Liu Yong'an shook his head with a sigh and said, "It is my fault as a father; I have harmed you both. You need not blame yourself."
Liu Guanfeng simply held Nangong Rong tightly and cried silently; this feeling was beyond what most could understand—a young man who should have enjoyed his parents' love had been separated from them for six long years while striving tirelessly to rescue them. Only he knew how much hardship he had endured during these years. The most painful part was the longing—the ache of missing parental love.
Beside them, Bao Rui and his father were also weeping, the two men speaking very little, with their emotions pouring out through tears, as sometimes men need to express their feelings more than others.
The other guards from One-Pin Hall quietly exited the cave upon witnessing this scene. Although everyone had not slept all night, the joy of reunion overshadowed their fatigue. The two families shared stories of their longing during separation and their hopes for the future.

Ma Weiwu stared at Liu Yong'an for a moment before smiling knowingly. "It seems you’ve recovered well these past few days, Yong'an. As an official of the court, you should know what a crime it is to escape from prison. If you voluntarily surrender now, I might say some good words for you in front of Your Majesty and spare your life. What do you think, Yong'an?"
"Ma Weiwu, stop pretending here. The hatred of our family should be avenged by you now," Liu Yong'an said as he jumped directly into the center of the courtyard.
Ma Weiwu looked at Liu Yong'an and chuckled, "I say, Brother Yong'an, do you still not understand the situation? You see the soldiers I brought have surrounded this place completely, and it seems like you've just recovered. I believe you're not my match right now. Also, your Mount seems to have died a long time ago. How can you compare yourself to me in this state? What are your chances of winning?"
