After saying this, Little Black flew into the sky with both Bai Yu and White Ferret. At that moment, Bai Yu felt utterly hopeless. The ability to fly indicated that this divine beast possessed divine bloodline traits—this was definitely not something he could provoke.
As they ascended slowly above the entire small island, all the soldiers on the island looked up at the sky where Little Black hovered. Upon hearing Bai Yu's voice and looking up to see him trapped in a cage, the people on the island realized something was wrong and immediately scattered in panic.
With a cold snort, Little Black said: "It's too late to run now." Just as its words fell, the first bolt of lightning descended from the clouds above. As it neared the ground, it split into dozens of bolts of lightning that struck down upon those below. Instantly, some were hit by lightning and turned into charred blackened forms as their lives faded away.
Suddenly, a thunderstorm broke out on the small island, with flashes of lightning and booming thunder filling the air, accompanied by heart-wrenching cries and dark figures everywhere.
In the sky, Bai Yu shouted at Little Black, "You devil! They know nothing; can't you let them go? It was I who killed your disciple. If you have the ability, come and kill me."
Little Black glanced at Bai Yu and replied, "Your turn will come soon. But you are not worthy to pay with your life for my disciple's death."
Many people near the outskirts of the island seized the opportunity to escape, swimming in the sea. The boats surrounding the island hesitated to approach, waiting until all the lightning was confined to the island before slowly steering toward it to rescue those who had fallen into the water.
As the storm clouds expanded, they covered an area comparable to that of the island. Many people took advantage of a lull in the lightning to desperately swim toward the sea, knowing that if they could escape the island's range, they would be safe. Their companions were waiting for them on the water.
Just as people were fleeing for their lives, disaster struck again. Dense bolts of lightning fell from the storm clouds, enveloping the entire island.
Gradually, everyone on the island felt the ground trembling beneath them and sensed that the island was slowly sinking.
"Not good! The island is going to sink!" someone shouted. All those who had not yet escaped frantically ran toward the sea, but the lightning surrounding the island was no mere decoration; in an instant, many lives were claimed by it.
At this moment, Bai Yu had closed his eyes. Although he considered himself not a good person, he could not bear to watch as his subordinates were turned into charred figures by lightning.
The entire island continued to sink into the sea as those on it looked desperately at the boats outside. Finally, the island disappeared from everyone's view. When it sank, a whirlpool appeared where it once stood. Some boats that had not reacted in time were also swallowed by this whirlpool.
Seeing this, some boats on the outskirts rowed furiously away. Bai Yu had brought ten thousand people to seek treasure, with over thirty boats in total. In the end, only five boats managed to leave alive, carrying just over three hundred people.
Everyone dared not linger in that place and immediately set sail back to Luo Heng Island to report to Severe Winter about what had happened on the island.
Seeing that the entire island had sunk, Little Black let out a howl toward the sky and then looked at Bai Yu without any hint of emotion. "I have already sent your subordinates away; now it's time for you, the culprit."
Bai Yu, trapped in the Lightning Cage, pointed at Little Black and said, "Don't celebrate too early; King Severe Winter will not spare you. Just wait to accompany your disciple in hell."
Little Black said nothing but moved White Ferret's cage in front of Bai Yu and said, "Watch closely; see how your companion is killed."
"No! If you have any ability, come kill me instead! Don't harm it!" Bai Yu shouted almost madly as he tried to break free from the Lightning Cage but was rebounded by its electric force. He could only watch helplessly as he cried out weakly, "No... no... you devil! May you die a horrible death! No!"
Suddenly, lightning filled White Ferret's cage. After a flash of lightning, a black-furred ferret appeared before Bai Yu. Little Black retracted the Lightning Cage into his body as the little black ferret fell into the sea.
Seeing his White Ferret die right before him caused Bai Yu immense pain; he cried out and fainted inside the Lightning Cage. Little Black used a small bolt of lightning to wake him up again. As Bai Yu slowly regained consciousness, he wept bitterly and pointed at Little Black saying, "You devil! Just kill me already!"
Little Black coldly snorted and replied, "Killing you is inevitable. Listen carefully: I am going to search for my disciple now. If I find him, your life will be considered compensation for my disciple's death. If I do not find him or if he truly has been killed by you, I can assure you that there will be no existence left on this continent; our master will come to destroy your entire world. You can go die now."
"You are all devils, ah~!" The entire cage instantly transformed into a white sphere of light. As the white light descended, the black Bai Yu appeared inside the cage. Little Black retracted the cage, and Bai Yu, along with his White Ferret, fell into the sea.
At this moment, after killing thousands of people, Little Black's anger had slightly subsided. He desperately tried to communicate with Liu Guanfeng through thought, using his spiritual sense to search for Liu Guanfeng.

On the other side, after three days of soaking in the sea, Liu Guanfeng was washed up onto a small island by the waves. The island was not large and had only a small hill on it with a few sparse trees growing on it. There was also a small cave on the hill. At the entrance of the cave stood a stone door marked with two handprints.
Liu Guanfeng lay on the beach of the island, half of his body still submerged in seawater. The waves washed over him as the scorching sun beat down on his body.
