Liu Guanfeng quietly waited under the bed with a spring sword in hand for Jiao Yang's arrival. Not long after, he heard voices coming from outside the door:
"General, will you stay with me tonight?"
"That won't do; the General has already promised to accompany me."
"You haven't been with me for several days."
"Stop arguing; look how well Little Five understands. You two are always bickering. I already promised Third Brother while I was bathing, so don't fight over it. I'll spend time with both of you tomorrow; there's plenty of time, and I'm not going anywhere. This constant noise is quite inappropriate; just go back to your rooms."
"Just don't forget to come find me tomorrow, General. I'm going to sleep now."
"Goodnight, General." "Then we'll head back."
Three dissatisfied voices from outside were followed by the sound of footsteps fading away.
Then two more footsteps approached from outside. Liu Guanfeng easily sensed these two individuals. He also felt a presence sweep over him as Jiao Yang entered his room. Liu Guanfeng thought to himself that Jiao Yang was quite alert; fortunately, his own awareness was strong enough to evade detection.
"Darling, have you missed me these past few days?"
"Of course I've missed you! Just think about how long it's been since you last came to see me. You're always off fooling around with that Little Four fox spirit, forgetting about us other sisters."
"How could I forget? Come here, let me see if you've shrunk anywhere."
Then there was a burst of playful laughter. Just as Liu Guanfeng focused on listening to their whispers, a sudden thud came from the bed. Liu Guanfeng found it amusing; it seemed these two were about to engage in a real battle.
As he imagined, once they reached the bed, the quiet room was filled with their heavy breathing. Then Jiao Yang said, "Come on, darling; you're still the best at seducing me; I can't take it anymore."
Followed by a ripping sound, Liu Guanfeng saw through the gap in the bed curtain a piece of women's lingerie thrown onto the floor, already torn apart.
Then he heard the woman’s coy voice: "General, you've torn my lingerie; you need to compensate me."
"Alright, I'll compensate as much as needed."
"The general is the best."
"The good part is still to come."
With a soft cry from the woman, Liu Guanfeng heard the bed above him creaking and rhythmically swaying back and forth.
At this moment, Liu Guanfeng lost all interest in eavesdropping. He knew that this was the time when a person's defenses were weakest, and it was also his best opportunity to act.

Liu Guanfeng pressed his ear against the door while covering the entire courtyard with his awareness.
In truth, Liu Guanfeng did not know Jiao Yang well. Usually, Jiao Yang loved women, often frequenting brothels. However, due to Winter City’s circumstances these past few days, he had restrained himself and stayed at home. Fortunately, he had married five wives, all young and beautiful, which filled the void within him.
Moreover, Jiao Yang had a habit of being very loud during his activities. Thus, he had stationed his guards in the front yard; only himself and a few wives were in the back yard. The only other man present was an Advanced Knight waiting outside the courtyard.
Additionally, Liu Guanfeng timed everything perfectly. Although there were final screams from the two on the bed, due to soundproofing in the room, by the time those sounds reached outside, they were significantly muted. The people outside could not discern whether those inside were screaming in agony or excitement.
After enveloping the entire courtyard with his awareness, Liu Guanfeng learned what was happening through the reactions of several women in different rooms.
In one of those rooms: "The general really doesn't understand our suffering; every time he makes such loud noises, how can anyone sleep?"
In another room: "It seems that Third Brother is in a great mood today. Not only is the general calling out loudly, but she is also calling out so happily. Tomorrow, I want the general to accompany me as well."

Standing in Jiao Yang's room, Liu Guanfeng was truly at a loss whether to laugh or cry after hearing the reactions of Jiao Yang's several wives. He had been so nervous, yet it turned out to be so easily misunderstood by others.
After confirming that there were no unusual movements outside, Liu Guanfeng put away his sword and glanced back at the two corpses on the bed. At that moment, a soft knock came from outside the door: "Dogzi, open the door for me quickly. I'm back."
Liu Guanfeng tried his best to mimic the voice of the servant and replied softly, "Sir, please wait a moment. I'll open the door for you right away."
After gently unlocking the door, he opened both small doors. A shadow slipped inside; it was the Advanced Knight who had just gone out to have fun. After entering, Liu Guanfeng quickly secured the door again.
The Advanced Knight did not notice anything unusual about Liu Guanfeng because it was completely dark outside; it was probably already half past twelve. After withdrawing his sword and wiping off the blood on the Advanced Knight’s body, Liu Guanfeng looked around and found nothing unusual before turning and jumping over the courtyard wall.
