Usually, when it thunders and rains, I absorb Thunder Energy at the mountain peak for practice. So yesterday's thunder not only didn't scare me, but was also a great boon."
The two were left dumbfounded by Liu Guanfeng's words. "You really are a monster! You can even use thunder for cultivation. If it were us, we would have collapsed after just three strikes of thunder," Black Eagle exclaimed, receiving agreement from Zhang Diba.

Liu Guanfeng looked at the two teasingly. "Are you both sure you want to try?"
Black Eagle nodded in agreement from the side. "Let's give it a shot."
Thus, the three of them went to the Training Ground, each picking up an iron rod, and began to spar. At first, Liu Guanfeng used only a small amount of Thunder Energy. Although it was just a little energy, the two Water Attribute individuals immediately felt it was somewhat strenuous.

After saying this, Little Black unleashed all of his Divine Beast Pressure onto Tsunami Lion and stepped forward to swipe at him with one paw, sending Tsunami Lion crashing in front of Black Eagle.
Tsunami Lion felt wronged by this treatment. However, Black Eagle was helpless; after all, his mount had provoked trouble. Watching Tsunami Lion get knocked away made XP laugh heartily from the side. Knowing that XP had just been injured not long ago made Tsunami Lion think that it couldn't possibly lose to someone who was injured. So it approached XP again and asked, "What's wrong? Are you not convinced?"
XP was momentarily taken aback, then spoke up, "Don't think you can take your frustration out on me just because you can't beat Boss Black. You're still too inexperienced." After saying that, XP used the same method to send Tsunami Lion flying again.
Black Eagle looked at his repeatedly humiliated Mount and shook his head, advising it, "Alright, you should learn from those two. They are both divine beasts."
Hearing this, Tsunami Lion lowered its head and approached Little Black and XP, saying, "My apologies, esteemed leaders. I was reckless."
Tsunami Lion's actions made the three burst into laughter. From that day on, whenever the three practiced together, Little Black, XP, Tsunami Lion, and Zhang Diba's Mount Xuan Turtle would also train together. Both Tsunami Lion and Xuan Turtle were Ninth Tier magical beasts and benefited greatly from the guidance of the two divine beasts.
Two months passed like this, and just as the Gates of Hell reopened, Zhang Diba arrived at Luo Heng Island with Liu Guanfeng, Black Eagle, and all the officials from Cui Wenwu. Shortly after, a large group of soldiers marched in from Said Island, led by Grand Marshal Zhu Xiao, accompanied by his disciples.
When Grand Marshal Zhu Xiao reached Zhang Diba, he knelt down on both knees and said, "Commoner Zhu Xiao pays his respects to Your Majesty," prompting all the generals and soldiers behind him to kneel as well.
Zhang Diba stepped forward to help Zhu Xiao up. "Old Marshal, you've worked hard. To all the soldiers, thank you for your efforts. On behalf of all the citizens, I express my gratitude." After saying this, Zhang Diba, as an eunuch, bowed deeply to all the soldiers.
After three cheers of "Long live!" from the soldiers, they stood up. Zhang Diba cleared his throat. "I am here to announce that Zhu Xiao will continue to serve as our new world's Grand Marshal. Other positions remain unchanged. I hope all commanders will continue to serve Luo Heng Island and work for the welfare of our people. I entrust this to everyone."
Everyone joyfully left the Gates of Hell. Since the two nations had not yet reached specific agreements, a large number of troops remained stationed at the fortress, prohibiting citizens from passing through.
Zhang Diba returned to the palace with Zhu Xiao and others and prepared a grand banquet to welcome them back. During the banquet, Zhu Xiao voluntarily proposed to guard the fortress. Another week passed when exciting news arrived: the Starry Sect had been completed. On that day, under the leadership of Black Eagle, Zhang Diba, Liu Guanfeng, and several generals from Cui Wenwu arrived at the entrance of the newly named mountain, now called Stellar Peak.
According to Liu Guanfeng, there were a total of 9,999 steps leading from the foot of the mountain to the main hall at the top, symbolizing the Buddhist concept of returning to truth through nine cycles. After climbing all those stairs, they first saw a spacious square with a massive training ground above it. In the center of the training ground stood a statue covered in red cloth, obscuring its details completely.
After passing through the Training Ground, there was a grand hall, with various rooms on either side. According to the craftsmen, a stone cave had been specially built for Black Eagle at the peak of Stellar Peak, allowing him to cultivate without disturbance.
Liu Guanfeng looked at this massive sect with great joy, as it had been established based on his suggestion.
At the same time, Black Eagle felt immense excitement as he gazed at the rows of houses; he would soon become the master here, and this would be the first sect in the entire continent focused on teaching martial arts through a system.
