As the two black dragons were repeatedly pushed back, their frustration grew. However, the energy fluctuations brought by the thunder tribulation made them uneasy, as they could not comprehend who could sustain the thunder tribulation for such an extended period. Even for dragons undergoing tribulation, it typically lasted just over a day. Yet now, it had been ten consecutive days, and the tribulation continued. Who could this formidable opponent be? Why had eleven Divine Knights suddenly appeared among the Hellhounds that were previously unable to advance?
Too many questions surrounded the two Hellhounds, leaving them restless. When the two black dragons returned to the second floor, their frustration had transformed into overwhelming panic. The Hellhounds blocking their path had changed; the original eleven clan leaders and elders were gone, replaced by twenty ordinary Hellhounds.
After engaging in battle, the two black dragons realized that all twenty Hellhounds had become Divine Knights. Including the previous elders, there were now at least thirty-one Divine Knight Hellhounds. If that was indeed the case, they could no longer remain here; staying any longer might mean they would never escape.
During this time, the two black dragons attempted to break out nearly ten times but were driven back each time by the guarding Hellhounds. This demonstrated that guarding was indeed a skill that canines excelled at.
At this moment, two days had passed since their last breakout attempt. The wounds on both dragons had not fully healed as they rested on two rocks to recuperate.
“Brother, how do you think the clan leader got this information? Didn’t he tell us that none of the Hellhounds here could advance? Look outside; there are at least thirty to fifty Divine Knight Hellhounds now. It’s impossible for us to escape.”

The speaker was Liu Guanfeng, who was riding on XP with Little Black standing beside him. Near the entrance to the second floor, sixty Hellhounds surrounded the passage tightly, leaving no chance for the two black dragons to escape.
Liu Guanfeng rode XP to the Three Layers and happened to overhear the conversation between the two black dragons. From their discussion, he gathered that these two black dragons were certainly not ordinary beings.
"Who are you, and why are you in this Underworld? This is not a place for humans like you."
"I didn't want to come here, but I received an order from the Dragon King to retrieve the Hellfire Heartstone. This kind of thing can only be found here, so I came."
The two black dragons exchanged glances. "So if I give you the Hellfire Heartstone, will you leave?"
"I need to see if what you give me is real or fake. If it's fake, I'll just be eaten by the Dragon King when I return."
"Alright, here it is, the Hellfire Heartstone. Take it back to the Dragon King." One of the black dragons produced a Hellfire Heartstone that looked exactly like the one the Hellhound had.
"This Hellfire Heartstone is a treasure; don't lose it. I just hope you leave immediately after getting what you came for." After saying this, the black dragon took a couple of steps forward and casually tossed it.
Although it seemed casual, they were black dragons, and their power was not something ordinary beasts could compare to, let alone humans. That seemingly casual throw was actually a full-powered launch; the Hellfire Heartstone flew towards Liu Guanfeng like a red comet.
Along with the Hellfire Heartstone came the two black dragons. Their plan was simple: the Hellfire Heartstone was unstable and could explode at any moment, releasing a massive amount of fire elements. Even a Hellhound would get burned by such magma crystals. They also realized that Liu Guanfeng was the true leader here; if they could injure or kill him, the Hellhounds would surely fall into chaos. Only then could they escape.
Their plan was good and practical, but they underestimated Liu Guanfeng. If it were any other Divine Knight, their chances of success would have been at least eighty percent. However, their opponent was not an ordinary Divine Knight.

Meanwhile, one of the black dragons trying to escape was caught by Little Black, who pounced from beside Liu Guanfeng. The other dragon managed to reach the cave entrance but was surrounded by sixty Divine Knights and Hellhounds, leaving no chance for escape.
Even if that black dragon could evade those sixty Hellhounds chasing after it, getting past another hundred Hellhounds above would be impossible.
Liu Guanfeng smiled as he placed the Hellfire Heartstone into his Cosmic Bag and now held a Fang Tian Hua Ji in his hand. He patted XP on the head, and XP understood immediately, charging towards the black dragon at the cave entrance.
Dealing with this Black Dragon was absolutely no problem here, but the situation with the sixty Hellhounds was uncertain. If the Black Dragon attempted a desperate escape, it could lead to unnecessary casualties, so it was essential to find a way to deal with this Black Dragon.
XP dragged Liu Guanfeng and leaped towards the Black Dragon. XP's Rock Assault spell caused a Rock Spike to grow beneath the Black Dragon, which, while not damaging, was enough to push it back. Following closely was Liu Guanfeng with the Fang Tian Hua Ji in hand.
After being forced back, the Black Dragon noticed Liu Guanfeng and the Fang Tian Hua Ji. It underestimated them, as dragons are known for their physical defenses. However, the Black Dragon made a critical mistake; Liu Guanfeng's weapon was no ordinary item—it was a genuine artifact. When Liu Guanfeng struck the dragon's wing with the Fang Tian Hua Ji, a large gash appeared, making flight impossible for the creature.
Once XP landed, there was no time for the Black Dragon to react. XP jumped again, causing a rock to fall from above onto the dragon's head. The Black Dragon gritted its teeth and jumped back as the rock crashed to the ground. Liu Guanfeng also moved in quickly, striking another wing of the dragon with his weapon.
At this moment, the Black Dragon let out a roar and seemed to go mad, its eyes turning red as it clawed at Liu Guanfeng and swept its tail. Streams of Dragon Breath erupted forth. Liu Guanfeng knew that any hit would be detrimental, but fortunately, XP was exceptionally agile and managed to dodge the dragon's attacks each time.
The Black Dragon's massive size made its movements clumsy. XP carried Liu Guanfeng up and down while seizing opportunities to launch simple attacks on the dragon. Liu Guanfeng also worked in tandem with XP, leaving numerous wounds on the dragon's body. Although these were not fatal injuries, they still counted as wounds.
Bright red dragon blood oozed from the Black Dragon's body. As pain intensified from battling Liu Guanfeng, it began to go berserk, unleashing all its abilities without restraint. Under Liu Guanfeng's guidance, XP focused on dodging.
Despite its rage, attacking XP proved challenging for the Black Dragon. Meanwhile, Liu Guanfeng always found unexpected openings to strike with his Fang Tian Hua Ji. To eliminate both of them, the Black Dragon unleashed its Dragon Breath relentlessly. Liu Guanfeng understood that as a dragon's most powerful magical attack, its consumption would be significant.
As expected by Liu Guanfeng, after about twenty minutes of fierce fighting, the strength of the Black Dragon's Dragon Breath had significantly weakened along with its physical condition. During its earlier desperate use of Dragon Breath, what had initially been flowing blood had turned into a spraying state; thus it had lost at least one-fourth of its blood volume. Fortunately for dragons, their bodies were incredibly robust; otherwise, it would have perished long ago.
Seeing that the Black Dragon's movements were slowing down, Liu Guanfeng seized the opportunity to say to XP: "Fly up and let's cut off its head."
Saying this, XP quickly circled behind the Black Dragon while it turned around to grab at them. Once behind it, XP leaped into the air and dashed along the dragon's neck with a swift motion. At that moment, since the Black Dragon couldn't locate XP when it turned its head one way, it swung its head in another direction opposite to where XP flew. Liu Guanfeng thrust his Fang Tian Hua Ji towards the dragon's neck.
Following this action, Liu Guanfeng’s Fang Tian Hua Ji left a bloody gash on the dragon’s neck. As XP landed, blood gushed from that wound as if trying to sever the entire head from its body. The Black Dragon fell without even letting out a cry.
The other Black Dragon felt deep sorrow and anger but could do nothing about it. Little Black surpassed this dragon in strength and agility; every time they clashed during such an extended fight, Little Black had managed to dominate.
Whenever the Black Dragon attempted to unleash its Dragon Breath or fire breath attacks, Little Black would immediately cast a Lightning Cage around it. A torrent of lightning would shock the dragon thoroughly, leaving it unable to execute any spells or attacks.
However, when it tried to use its claws to grab Little Black, Little Black was like a ball of electricity, shocking everything it touched, leaving the black dragon in agony. Thus, the battle between the two beasts turned into Little Black actively approaching to take hits, while the black dragon desperately dodged and avoided confrontation, running around to escape from being hit.
At this moment, Liu Guanfeng looked at the situation in the arena and jumped off XP's back. "I'll leave this to you, XP. It's already been mostly dealt with by my senior brother, so be careful."
"Understood, Master."
Saying this, Little Black charged in front of the black dragon. The sudden appearance of this beast caught the black dragon off guard, causing it to freeze in place. After receiving Liu Guanfeng's command, Little Black stopped its pursuit.
Seeing that Little Black had ceased chasing it, the black dragon felt relieved and began to pant heavily. This prolonged encounter with Little Black had been the most uncomfortable experience in many years; it couldn't fight back and couldn't escape.
However, upon seeing XP, the black dragon relaxed because it had encountered this three-headed hellhound before and even fought against it. Knowing that its strength was inferior to its own made it feel very at ease.
At this moment, XP spoke up. "How about we make a bet?"
"A bet? What kind of bet?"
"As long as you can defeat me, I will let you go."
"Are you serious?"
"As the leader of the Hellhounds, my integrity is far superior to that of your dragon clan."
