Crimson Lotus Princess and Princess Zhulan have always kept their distance from each other.
However, now Crimson Lotus Princess suddenly pulled back the curtain and came in to request a private conversation with Lu Chen, which caused great displeasure for Princess Zhulan. Her face turned pale, and a light snort escaped from her high nose.

"Lu Chen, it has been quite some time since we last met," Crimson Lotus Princess said as she stepped lightly to the edge of the mountain, standing beside Lu Chen and gazing into the dark distance, with a cliff beneath their feet.
"Indeed, it has been a while," Lu Chen nodded. It had been several months since he left Five Element Sect.

With her eyes closed, a look of pain appeared on her delicate face as she sighed deeply. "He Zai Jin is headstrong; trouble will eventually come his way. As for Chen Shihu, he was initially one of Prince Fu's people; I do not have much faith in him."

"Lu Chen, it's you! What are you doing here?" Chu Yuzhu noticed Lu Chen and immediately turned cold, questioning him.
Seeing the two of them, Lu Chen glanced over and then chuckled, "So it's Princess Xiangyi. I'm just here enjoying the scenery. What about you? What brings you here?"
"Hmm?" Chu Yuzhu felt a surge of anger; how dare Lu Chen speak to her in such a tone? She stepped closer to him and snapped, "Second Master is here teaching me Fist Technique. I just happened to see you sneaking around. Hmph! Enjoying the scenery? Does that mean you can hide in the bushes?"
Lu Chen scoffed inwardly. When he used to be her sparring partner, he had taken quite a beating from her; it felt like he had been thoroughly abused. After all this time, she still acted as if he were her servant.
With a light snort, Lu Chen saw Chu Yuzhu approaching and took two steps back. "What kind of talk is this from a princess? Is it allowed for Princess to practice Fist Technique in the woods but not for me to enjoy the view?"
"You?" Chu Yuzhu was furious and kicked at him.
"Don't act recklessly!" Lu Chen shouted as he stepped back to avoid her flying kick.
Unexpectedly, she did not relent and pressed forward relentlessly. When one kick missed, she immediately switched to an odd and tricky Fist Technique aimed at him.
Lu Chen kept retreating until he found himself under a large tree where he could retreat no further. Anger surged within him as he said, "Princess, you're forcing me! Then I won't hold back."
Lu Chen's body trembled as a powerful surge of True Qi erupted from within him. He struck Chu Yuzhu with a punch, the fierce and domineering Qigong sending her flying backward.
"Princess, you forced my hand; I had no choice," Lu Chen said coldly, looking at the retreating Chu Yuzhu.
"Impudent! Who is this wild brat that dares to lay hands on the Princess?"
Suddenly, a loud shout echoed, and Lu Chen felt a tall, dark figure lunging toward him. A punch came crashing down. The person's movements were strange, advancing in a serpentine manner, executing a swift ambush.
"Crazy Serpent Seven Star Classic."
This set of movements was known as the Crazy Serpent Seven Star Classic, which Lu Chen was very familiar with. He also recognized the attacker: it was Huang Jiao, the second-in-command of Han Wangfu's guards and the Second Master of Princess Xiangyi, known for shaking the seven states.
Seeing Huang Jiao launching a sneak attack, Lu Chen immediately bit down on his Steel Tooth, gathering a surge of Qigong energy. His sharp eyes tracked Huang Jiao's Fist Technique trajectory and he charged straight at him.

The fists collided in mid-air, and Lu Chen immediately felt his arm go numb. Flesh quaked as he was sent stumbling backward several steps.
