In the room, Lu Chen's Flesh sat quietly on the bed, while the Yin Spirit had left the body and was practicing the Four Symbols Thunder Scripture.
His hands moved erratically in the air, and strands of light blue electric serpents emerged from his palms, crackling with a sound as if they had a spirit of their own, leaping about.

Halfway through his journey, Lu Chen encountered Jiang Jie and others. These individuals were acquaintances he had made on Wind Blinder Archipelago while fighting against a wave of Undead Soldiers, so they shared some camaraderie.
Jiang Jie and the others greeted Lu Chen enthusiastically, but he merely offered a faint smile before lowering his head and walking away, for at that moment, he simply could not muster a genuine smile.
Before long, Lu Chen arrived at the outskirts of Tongxian Academy.
Tongxian Academy was where the elders of Five Element Sect resided. Each elder had their own peak, named differently but collectively referred to as Tongxian Academy.
Lu Chen had been here once before, during his last visit to clean Tongxian Academy and earn Merit Points. He still remembered some of the scenery around.

This place was likely the gathering spot for the most formidable old monsters of the Five Element Sect. Perhaps, aside from Supreme Master Taihuang, there were even stronger experts than Yin Boqing hidden within.

One of them was Yin Boqing, someone Lu Chen was very familiar with, while the other person was a stranger to him.

Another person spoke, "Regarding the recent death of a new disciple, we must address it here. As for the compensation, it should be handled properly without any negligence."
His voice was very pleasant, with a magnetic quality. Judging by his voice, he appeared to be in his forties or fifties.
His tone carried an authoritative command, exuding an imposing presence that left Lu Chen astonished. In that moment, he was certain that this person must be the Supreme Emperor without a doubt.
Within the Five Element Sect, the only individuals who could give orders to Yin Boqing were the Supreme Emperor and the Young Sovereign. However, since the Young Sovereign was already dead, that left only the Supreme Emperor.
"Well, I went to Flowing Wave Island this time but couldn't be of much help; by the time I arrived, those disciples were already dead. However, survival of the fittest means that those who remain are undoubtedly exceptional," Yin Boqing said slowly.
"This matter need not be discussed further. What about the Young Sovereign? Is there still no news?" the Supreme Emperor inquired.
Yin Boqing shook his head and replied, "No, I conducted a thorough search over at Wind Blinder Archipelago but found no trace of the Young Sovereign. I know him well; if he were still alive, he wouldn't hide himself like this. Something significant must have happened."
"It seems I must personally visit Sui Mo Kingdom. If this matter is not investigated thoroughly, what will remain of our Five Element Sect's authority?"
