"How did this happen?"
"Did she fall?"
"Or was she hit?"
I gritted my teeth and said, "She must have been hit."
The doctor exclaimed angrily, "Who did this?"
"How could anyone be so heartless to a child this small?"
"This is too much."
I was seething with rage.
I took out my phone and dialed Teacher Liu's number.
"How did Haohao get hurt?"
Teacher Liu replied nonchalantly, "She ran into the wall by herself."
"No one harmed her."
With that, he hung up the phone.
I narrowed my eyes.
Sure enough, they were all in cahoots, acting together in this mess. Did they really think I was easy to bully? Ha.
I called the principal and recounted everything that had happened today in detail.
After listening, the principal's voice trembled with panic.
"Mrs. Wang, I'm currently at a conference out of town and wasn't aware of this matter."
"Don't worry, I will give you an explanation."
"Haohao's incident happened at our elementary school, and we will take responsibility."
"Please don't call the police; wait for us to resolve it when we return."
"We will definitely make you satisfied."
I said in a deep voice, "I will only give you three days."
"If it's not resolved, I will call the police."
"No problem, no problem," the principal replied repeatedly.
"That Teacher Liu and the Grade Director, we will expel them immediately."
Such people are not fit to educate students.
I continued with a cold expression, "They are just accomplices."
"Li Siyu's Mom is the mastermind."
The principal hesitated and said, "Li Siyu's Mom is Li Chao's wife."
"Li Chao is childhood friends with our President Zhao."
"President Zhao is your college classmate; we shouldn't let personal connections get in the way."
I interrupted, "I don't care about that."
"I only care about results."
The principal quickly responded, "Understood."
"I will contact President Zhao right away."
"Although the Li family has some connections with the Jiang and Wang Family, the Wang family won't sit idly by."
"Don't worry."
I raised an eyebrow.
The Li family has connections with the Wang family?
I hadn't heard of that before. I picked up my phone to call my husband and asked him about it, then told him what happened today.
When I hung up, he arrived, storming over in anger.
"How dare they bully my son? They are asking for trouble; I'm going to settle this right now." I didn't stop him.
Since my son had been bullied, they certainly needed to pay the price.
Soon, Haohao woke up.
He rubbed his eyes and looked at me with a pitiful expression.
"Mom, my head hurts."
I quickly hugged him and comforted him, "Mom is here."
"It's okay now."
"Tell Mom, who hit you?"
Haohao whispered, "Li Siyu pushed me, and I bumped into the wall."
"Teacher Liu made me apologize to Li Siyu's Mom."
"If I don't apologize, I'm not allowed to go to elementary school."
"Li Siyu's Mom made me kneel and wouldn't let me get up."
"All the other kids laughed at me."
Hearing my son speak, I felt my breath tremble with anger; they are all a bunch of social failures, stones from a cesspool.
Haohao continued, "Li Siyu tore her backpack herself and blamed it on me."
"Li Siyu's Mom made me kneel and even hit me."
"Mom, I'm sorry."
"I caused you trouble."
Seeing my son with tears in his eyes and looking upset made my nose ache. "It's okay, Haohao. This isn't your fault. Mom will make the bad people pay for what they've done. You're great, Haohao."
The next morning, police came to my door, saying I was suspected of intentional injury.
Then they played a video of me sitting on Li Siyu's Mom and hitting her.
Looking at the obviously edited video, I smirked and shook my head. "I do not plead guilty."
"This video is incomplete."
"We were fighting each other; it wasn't intentional harm."
