The palace guards were strict, so it was better to be cautious. Yui opened her palm, and a tiny book appeared in her hand. She flipped through it briefly and immediately drooped her head. 0

Invisibility Technique - Disabled. 0

What the hell, no invisibility? Going in like this meant she had to be extra careful. If she attracted the attention of the palace guards, she would be in serious trouble. 0

Yui circled around the outer wall of the palace, looking for a more concealed corner, and decided to fly in to take a look. 0

She closed her eyes, formed a hand seal, and lifted off the ground. Just as she was about to enter the palace, she was taken aback by the bright lights inside. Guards stood in two rows, each holding a torch that crackled with flames. 0

She couldn't let anyone notice! Yui quickly hit the brakes, landing against the wall and crouching down to observe. 0

This was an abandoned palace, overgrown with weeds. The doors were covered in rust, and directly opposite the main entrance was a Hexagonal Pavilion. Layers of transparent white gauze fluttered in the breeze; as one corner lifted, Yui could vaguely see a figure behind it. The person stood tall, exuding an aura of quiet authority. 0

The guards dragged someone out from the dilapidated palace and threw him harshly onto the ground. The boy was dressed in rags, his hair disheveled and covering his face, making it impossible to see his features. He looked so frail that he seemed little more than skin and bones. 0

As he fell to the ground, he quickly scrambled up, clearly reluctant to appear embarrassed before everyone. However, a guard pressed down on his head, forcing him to kneel on the ground. 0

Two more guards approached from behind, kneeling and clasping their hands together as they reported, "Reporting to His Highness the Crown Prince, we did not find him." 0

A hint of sarcasm escaped from the boy's lips as he turned his head sharply away. With that tilt, some strands of Azure Hair fell away, allowing Yui to catch a glimpse of the eyes hidden behind them. 0

What a pair of eyes they were! She had never seen such a complex gaze before, so deep that it seemed impossible to fathom. Yui couldn't help but furrow her brows. What kind of suffering had this boy endured to have such eyes? 0

"Sixth Brother, you are still so stubborn; it's easy to get hurt like this..." 0
