Shrimp Soldiers and Crab Generals exchanged glances and smiled, "Do you think we're fools? Child of Rain could never be a little girl like you. How dare you call Third Prince by his name? You deserve to die a thousand deaths!"
Without further ado, they lunged their weapons straight at her.
Yui narrowly dodged, rolling to the side. A fallen phoenix was no better than a chicken; even a small soldier was trying to chop her down!
Fine, she would remember this!
Shrimp Soldiers and Crab Generals were surprised that a little girl could evade them. Stimulated, they continued to chase her with their knives drawn.
Yui could only run, shouting loudly as she did, "Help! They're killing people! Bullying children! The Dragon Palace is full of cruel people!"
As Yui ran in a panic, chaos ensued wherever she went, creating a scene of utter disarray.
Her loud cries echoed throughout the Dragon Palace, attracting countless onlookers.
The two soldiers gritted their teeth, their faces flushed with anger. They were being made fools of by a little brat; they might as well give up.
Yui ran blindly, not noticing someone ahead of her, and crashed straight into them.
With a loud thud, her head collided forcefully, causing Yui to shrink back and cover her head while screaming, "It hurts... it hurts so much! Who's blocking the way without looking?"
An old groan sounded from over there, "Oh no, are you going to break my old turtle shell?"
This voice sounded so familiar.
Looking up, she indeed saw a very familiar white-bearded face.
Yui smiled and jumped into the old man's arms, sweetly saying, "Turtle Prime Minister Grandpa, long time no see."
Minister Tortoise was momentarily taken aback, staring blankly at the small figure in his embrace, feeling a bit confused.
Where did this little granddaughter come from?
Yui lifted her small face, beaming with sunshine, "Turtle Prime Minister Grandpa, you haven't forgotten me, right? I'm Yui, Child of Rain."
When she was younger, Yui often played in Dragon Palace with Little San, so she wasn't afraid that Turtle Prime Minister Grandpa wouldn't recognize her.
But... why did his gaze seem so unfamiliar? Could it be... that the old man had poor memory and forgot her???
That would be quite a blow!!
Yui nervously leaned closer to Minister Tortoise, wanting him to see her more clearly. "Do you remember? I'm the Yui who often bullied Little San."
