Chapter 243: The Special Power Group of the Phantom Alliance
"Long time no see, Divine Hand." I raised an eyebrow and greeted Divine Hand, who was sitting beside me with a large windproof sniper scope. As I had guessed before, Divine Hand and his group really did come here—Kong Guayan, White Two, and Evil Bird. There were quite a few familiar faces in their team!
Divine Hand looked up and glanced at me, scoffing lightly as he said, "You really are lucky to be alive."

I gently shook my head. Now that we had fallen into their hands, I wanted to see what they would do. If they wanted me dead? They would have to show me if they had the capability!
Just as I was thinking this, I heard Divine Hand let out a laugh. I looked over with my Consciousness and saw his face still directed at me. Although I couldn't see his eyes due to the obstructive glasses, I still felt his gaze fixed on me, especially with that half-smile on his lips that made me feel a bit uneasy.

"Are you surprised? Hehe..." Divine Hand suddenly chuckled, his face still directed at me, a smirk of sarcasm and deep meaning playing at the corners of his mouth.
Having my thoughts guessed didn't make me feel awkward; I was merely contemplative. I let out a bitter laugh and said, "I am indeed a bit surprised. I never expected you to be the one hiding the deepest!" Before Divine Hand could respond, I continued to ask, "What exactly is your purpose? Or to put it another way, are we enemies or friends?"
"You, Pretty Boy, want to know our purpose? Hahaha, White Two, is this kid trying to amuse us? Asking if we are enemies or friends—does he have the ability to be our friend?" I ignored Evil Bird's taunts and kept my gaze fixed on Divine Hand. After asking, even the Evil Bird was very curious and remained silent, looking at us with interest.
