The Village Uncle and the villagers looked displeased, but they did not voice any objections. Yezhi, however, thought differently. It was understandable to help another village that was also suffering from disasters, especially since they had a good harvest of carrots and cabbage. But when it came to the relief grain provided by the government, it was a different matter altogether. "Comrade Director, why shouldn't our village receive the relief grain?" Yezhi said angrily to Director Zhang. 0

"This young comrade seems to have some objections. Didn't Zhou Village Head just say that you have also cultivated rice fields? One should not be selfish. The Commune is also facing difficulties. There are several villages still struggling after the disaster; isn't this the time when help is most needed? Young comrade, can you bear to...?" Director Zhang began to speak about the dire conditions of the disaster-stricken villages, trying to tug at the hearts of the kind villagers of Zhoujiatun. 0

Looking at the five bicycles speeding away, Yezhi felt a sense of frustration. "Village Uncle, you need to go to the Commune and get the grain!" 0

The Village Uncle scratched his head. "Yezhi, let's forget it. The Commune is indeed having a tough time. When I went to ask about fish fry, several village heads and team leaders were all at the Commune. Old Zhao from Wu Er Village told me their fields are empty; he tried hard to get some vegetable seeds but couldn't manage it." 0

The villagers of Zhoujiatun fell silent, feeling a shared sorrow after hearing their leader's words. Yezhi felt conflicted; she sympathized with other disaster-stricken villages but also thought that the villagers of Zhoujiatun were too kind-hearted. She didn't know what to think anymore and irritably scratched her head. 0

"Sister Ye, I’ve memorized the multiplication table!" One Egg shouted proudly. Yezhi was in the backyard tending to her colostrum seedlings, which had grown as tall as chopsticks. Recently, she had been paying special attention to the differences between watering her colostrum seedlings and ordinary vegetables with well water versus river water. She hoped that adding Energy Stones to well water would yield miraculous results; however, experiments showed that her imagination was too rich. Of course, it wasn't entirely without effect—using well water with Energy Stones did benefit extraterrestrial crops; at least her newly cultivated colostrum seedlings watered with river water did not sprout, while those watered with Energy Stone-infused well water did sprout normally. Xiao Fang concluded that Earth lacked the minerals necessary for colostrum growth, and the Energy Stone water just happened to supplement that need. Yezhi stroked her chin, thinking about how to add Energy Stones to the rice fields; without relief grain, she had to find a way to ensure everyone had a good harvest. 0

"Sister Ye, I’ve finished memorizing!" One Egg's chubby face suddenly appeared in front of Yezhi, startling her. She placed a hand on her chest and said irritably, "What are you shouting about?" 0

"Sister Ye! Sister Ye!" Dogzi, Er Niu, and Er Zhu entered the backyard carrying baskets and leading Black Treasure. Dogzi saw One Egg and exclaimed, "Didn’t we say not to mess around with us anymore? Why are you here?" 0

One Egg widened his eyes and sniffed disdainfully, "Who has time to mess around? I want to learn culture!" Er Zhu, Er Niu, and Dogzi all laughed together: "Stop pretending; who are you learning from?" 0

"I'm not pretending! Sister Ye is my teacher!" One Egg shouted at Yezhi. Dogzi and Er Zhu exchanged glances; Dogzi's eyes suddenly sparkled as he looked at Yezhi while Er Zhu's face showed uncontainable excitement and desire. Er Niu lowered her head silently. Dogzi leaned closer to Yezhi and said affectionately, "Sister Ye, I'm much smarter than One Egg; teaching me will be easier! I want to be your student too." One Egg rolled his eyes at Dogzi while Er Zhu eagerly chimed in: "Sister Ye, I want to learn too." Yezhi looked at Dogzi and Er Zhu who were nervously waiting for her response and said casually, "It's no big deal; if you want to learn, come along!" 0

Dogzi and Er Zhu jumped up joyfully and started circling Black Treasure while Yezhi turned to Er Niu who had her head down and said, "Niu, study hard and surpass these little rascals." Er Niu lowered her head even more; learning was voluntary after all—she seemed troubled! If she didn't want to learn, there was no need to force her. "Er Niu, if you don't want to learn, that's fine!" Yezhi said cheerfully. 0

"Sister Ye, I want to learn so much! But my mother is unwell, my younger brother is still small, and my father is guarding the rice fields; I have to take care of my family!" Er Niu raised her big watery eyes and spoke softer as she continued. 0

In the past, Yezhi's elementary school teacher often told them to study hard and cherish their precious learning opportunities. The teacher said they were a bunch of kids who were born with privileges and didn't appreciate them at all. Back then, little Yezhi thought the teacher was just spouting grand theories, which was annoying. However, living in this small mountain village and seeing the eager learners like One Egg, Dog, Er Zhu, and Er Niu, made Yezhi realize how meaningful those annoying theories truly were. 0

Yezhi held Er Niu's hand and said with a smile, “Er Niu, whenever you have time, Sister Ye is always willing to teach you, and One Egg and the others will help you too!” One Egg, Dog, and Er Zhu nodded vigorously. Er Niu's wet eyes suddenly sparkled as he grinned widely, his innocent and radiant smile lingering in Yezhi's heart. 0

After sending off One Egg and the others, Yezhi hugged the chubby Black Treasure, who was squinting with small eyes. She thought about tomorrow's teaching content but soon became worried about not having pencils or notebooks for studying. 0

Late at night, Yezhi logged in with her consciousness: a huge screen appeared in the starry sky, showcasing Yezhi's talent performance. Xiao Fang was shouting slogans while doing stretching exercises. 0

She sat on the grass, admiring herself, feeling quite heroic and reminiscent of her days leading exercises. After Xiao Fang finished the last segment, it ran over excitedly, “Master, Master, how did Xiao Fang do?” Yezhi shrugged, “Not bad!” Xiao Fang chuckled, “Master, your hit song has topped the charts in the Bodria Star System!” 0

“First place!” Being at the top surprised her a bit. 0

Xiao Fang quietly corrected her: “It’s… twentieth place. Don’t be upset, Master! Xiao Fang can hire some bots to boost your ranking!” 0

As if that wouldn't cost her money. The disapproving look on Yezhi's face made Xiao Fang grin foolishly; her master was indeed as honest as it was! 0

“Master, Xiao Fang’s Cosmic Bank card has been issued!” From its overalls pocket, Xiao Fang pulled out a silver card with its portrait on it. After taking a glance at it, Yezhi found nothing special. “Master, from now on, Xiao Fang can help you purchase items!” This piqued her interest. “You mean that as long as I instruct you, you can buy things for me?” Xiao Fang nodded then shook its head. “It’s purchasing on behalf; I have to use my own card to pay.” This was indeed good news for someone as lazy as her. 0

Opening the Cosmic Mall Website: A group of men in pig-ear robes came out hand in hand, forming two lines while singing: “Welcome… welcome to the Cosmic Mall!” 0

On the main 3D page in the center was an advertisement for “Energy Stones.” In the search bar, Xiao Fang typed in "stationery," revealing an array of bizarre stationery items that left Yezhi dumbfounded. There were luminous chalks that could draw in mid-air; she curiously drew a pentagram in the air. This golden powder pentagram floated for three hours with options for six or twelve hours; it was specially noted that adding "permanent gelatin" would preserve it indefinitely. There were also warm pens that felt cozy to hold in cold environments. Copy paper could reproduce images simply by aligning them with another sheet. The ink was particularly strange; a crystal bottle contained a tulip-shaped flower of different colors corresponding to different ink colors—the pen could absorb ink just by being placed among the flowers. When she saw the accompanying "Magic Worm Eraser," she was taken aback; it was a wriggling transparent worm that erased ink marks from paper. Xiao Fang explained this was a type of herbaceous plant ink flower from Cabrera Planet, along with ink-eating worms that loved nectar. 0

Yezhi worried about how she could bring these items for use by One Egg and the others. After a speedy search by Xiao Fang, they finally found pencils at an antique shop but despaired when they saw the price—500,000 Bodeton for one pencil. 0

“Master, let’s resell the pencils to the antique shop!” Money-loving Xiao Fang, seeing cash signs in its eyes. 0

“It’s not easy to get into town from Zhoujiatun! I still want to go shopping!” said a dejected Yezhi. 0

“Master, allow me to introduce—ta-da-ta-da-ta-da!!” As it opened up a page for convenient transportation tools, 3D images of foldable vehicles resembling bicycles floated around. 0

Yezhi looked happily at Xiao Fang, who chose a small folding vehicle that was only the size of a magazine from the cheapest options for her. Yezhi tried riding on this Solar-Powered Vehicle, which opened up to the size of a children's bicycle, and with a speed like the wind, she exclaimed, "Wow! Wow!" 0

"Master, Eighty Thousand Bodeuton, we can afford it!" 0

"But Xiao Fang, what if someone sees us?" 0

"Master, Xiao Fang can use the Light and Shadow Concealment Technique to make others unable to see you." 0

"Really!" Yezhi shouted in delight. This was equivalent to being invisible, ha ha! Her childhood dream was to be an invisible thief. 0

The crowing of the Big Flower Rooster woke Yezhi from her dreams. Excitedly waiting for the Cosmic Express, she got up early. Black Treasure saw her awake and crawled out of its little nest, following her eagerly while making noises as if to say it had been hungry all night and it was time for some good food. After drinking some refreshing well water, she stuffed a handful of Smart Beans into Black Treasure's long beak. 0

"Master, the Cosmic Express has arrived." Yezhi thought Xiao Fang's voice sounded the sweetest today. 0

Opening the folding vehicle, Yezhi used a flower cake to lure Black Treasure back into the house. She told Aunt Zhou, who was getting dressed, that she was going out for a bit. Yezhi then rode off on the small vehicle towards the county town. 0

Imagination is abundant, but reality is stark. The speed like the wind on the bumpy and uneven mountain roads made Yezhi struggle terribly; several times she almost got thrown off, and her backside felt both numb and painful. 0

After nearly two hours, she finally arrived at the Department Store. However, since she had come too early, it wasn't open yet. Holding her folding vehicle wrapped in a floral Cloth Bag, Yezhi stood there for quite a while until it finally opened. She rushed towards the Stationery Area and bought chalk, pencils, notebooks...! With her floral Cloth Bag full of stationery in hand, she dashed towards the exit and collided head-on with someone entering. Picking up her bulging floral Cloth Bag, she quickly said "Sorry!" and hurried away without noticing that the person she bumped into was covering their mouth in frustration as they chased after her. 0

Yezhi rubbed her backside with one hand while holding the floral Cloth Bag with the other as she walked into her yard. A group of kids were playing joyfully with Black Treasure. Er Zhu saw Yezhi enter and shouted, "Gather around! Gather around!" Then all the kids in the room lined up collectively and shouted in unison, "Teacher Ye, hello!" 0
