"Grumble, grumble!" The stomach of the Cilou Dog rumbled with intestinal movements. Yezhi smiled as she petted it, while Xiao Fang anxiously shouted, "Master, hurry and feed the Cilou Dog!" Otherwise, if it gets too hungry, seeing a cosmic pet doctor would be very expensive.
"What does it eat?"
Xiao Fang couldn't think of a clear answer, so she projected a three-dimensional image for Yezhi to see. At least fifty glowing and electric animals and fish appeared before Yezhi's eyes. Yezhi angrily weighed the Cilou in her arms. "Xiao Fang, go buy some dog food from the Cosmic Mall. Today, what this little guy eats is up to me!"
Xiao Fang, who had intentionally not listed "dog food," became flustered upon hearing those words. A series of numerical combinations appeared above her head.
Xiao Fang lamented, "Master, the dog food for Cilou Dogs is very expensive!"

Yezhi cut off a small piece of pork tenderloin and diced it into small cubes. She mixed it with soft rice and placed it in a ceramic bowl. "Little cutie, just make do with this for now!"
Ciliu lay in front of the bowl, sticking out its small pink tongue to lick, then turned its head away with a look of disgust. Yezhi puffed up her cheeks, her eyes filled with displeasure. "I specially made this for you, and you dare to complain! You have to eat it whether you like it or not!"
When Xiao Fang jumped out from behind her glasses, she happened to see her owner brutally forcing meat porridge into Cilou Dog's mouth. The whimpering sound from Cilou Dog made Xiao Fang cover her ears in sympathy.
After forcing half a bowl of meat porridge down, Yezhi finally stopped, smiling as she gently stroked the silky curls. "From now on, you will be called Niu Niu. And being picky is not right!" Cilou Dog, weakened by Yezhi's treatment, had tears welling up in its beautiful big eyes.
In a good mood, Yezhi hummed a little tune while preparing dinner. Xiao Fang stood by, keeping an eye on the cooking temperature and reminding her owner when necessary. Soon, a plate of crispy and sweet-and-sour pork, a plate of spicy potato cubes, and a bowl of sweet Radish Soup were ready. Yezhi had a hearty appetite and ate two bowls. After studying in the evening, she cuddled the soft Niu Niu and slept sweetly through the night.
At seven in the morning, Lin Haitao rode his bike home from work. Upon opening the door, he noticed light coming from the kitchen and the aroma of food wafting through the air as he approached the source.
"Niu Niu, are you okay?" Yezhi gently patted Cilou Dog lying on the countertop with guilt. Niu Niu had transparent liquid flowing from its big eyes. "Oh! Don't cry, don't cry. Eat some dog food; you'll feel better after taking the medicine prescribed by the doctor tomorrow." Yezhi felt wronged; how was she supposed to know that Cilou Dog was so delicate that eating unsuitable food would cause stomach pain? Xiao Fang hadn't mentioned it either; she only meant well by fearing it would starve.
"Where did this dog come from?"
"Xiaobinzi! No, Comrade Xiao Lin, you're back! I..." Yezhi glanced at Yenba's Cilou Dog and felt aggrieved.
Lin Haitao coughed lightly. "You can call it whatever you want!" Yezhi raised an eyebrow and smiled happily; she thought Xiaobinzi sounded affectionate. However, why did Xiaobinzi always cough at her? Was it necessary? What if people misunderstood and thought he had tuberculosis?
Cilou Dog barked insistently, trying to attract its owner's full attention. It shot an unfriendly glance at Lin Haitao with its beautiful big eyes. Yezhi chuckled; her Niu Niu could be quite charming—Xiaobinzi was captivated... haha...
"This dog looks pitiful; is it sick?" Lin Haitao gently stroked Cilou Dog's head. Though he didn't show it on his face, he was surprised inside; this dog felt a bit unusual.

"Someone throws it, I pick it up. What's wrong with that? After all, it's a life." Yezhi spoke with great righteousness, but inside she felt empty.
Lin Haitao said lightly, "If someone comes looking for it, just return it!" Yezhi nodded vigorously; how could anyone come looking for it? This was an Alien Artifact, who else could buy it besides her?
The two finished breakfast in silence. Lin Haitao took the initiative to clean up the dishes and urged Yezhi to go to school. Yezhi slung her Cloth Bag over her shoulder and was about to leave while holding her clingy Ciliu when Xiaobinzi called out to her, "Where are you taking the dog? Leave it to me!"
Yezhi didn't want to take the puppy to class, but Niu Niu couldn't be without her. Looking at Niu Niu, who was weakly struggling in Xiaobinzi's arms, she spoke as if addressing a cow, "Niu Niu, I'll be back soon. Wait for me at home." After giving Cilou Dog a kiss, she rushed out the door, fearing that a dog might chase after her.
Yezhi wasn't sure how Xiaobinzi and Niu Niu got along. Anyway, Xiaobinzi took care of it for a day and even had someone from the police sketch its portrait and file it away, returning it to her the next morning.
After Yezhi fed the expensive pills that had just arrived by express delivery to Cilou Dog, it finally became lively again. Its favorite thing to do was to run into Xiaobinzi's room and cause chaos. Yezhi was afraid that Niu Niu would shock Xiaobinzi, so she spent three million on a Pet Communicator to add new decoding codes and deciphered Cilou Dog's language. Thus, it was common to see one person and one dog barking at each other in the yard.
"Niu Niu, sister is going to school now; you must behave and not shock anyone!" After Niu Niu barked its assurance, it reluctantly watched Yezhi leave. The Ciliu Dog named Niu Niu felt dejected for about ten minutes before climbing through the window into Xiaobinzi's room and swiped its paw across Xiaobinzi's face, leaving a dark crescent-shaped paw print on Lin Haitao's handsome face.
After enduring the first class, Yezhi found Teacher He's moderate tone like a lullaby and began to doze off as usual.
"Sister Ye, my brother asked you to make him a lunchbox; you mustn't agree." After sleeping all morning, Yezhi was now full of energy chatting casually with Zhang Ling. "Who told us we are sisters? I'll listen to you." Zhang Ling acted as if she were Sister Ye's best friend, making Yezhi beam with joy as they laughed and walked out of the Education Committee's gate.
A male voice called out, "Yezi... Miss Yezi!"
Yezhi turned around in confusion, "Who is it?" A somewhat familiar yet strange person stepped out from the reception area of the Education Committee.
