Starting tomorrow, I will resume two updates a day. I hope everyone can support me. 0

In the game, some good equipment is quite difficult to obtain, such as MK7 or B25. Whether through development or by acquiring them from their owners, Missouri and Bumblebee, it all comes down to luck, with extremely low probabilities. However, when it comes to white, green, and blue equipment, they are abundant; countless Admirals have dismantled these outdated items into resources. 0

Yet in this world, obtaining equipment is incredibly challenging. 0

Firstly, in this real world, there is no concept of development. Admirals can awaken the Soul of the Ship from the Wreckage of Warships to build Fleet Girls, but they cannot create ship equipment that inherently lacks life in the same way. 0

Secondly, the idea of acquiring equipment through breeding and building Fleet Girls is even more absurd. For all Admirals in this world, the shipment rate of Fleet Girls is already very low; being able to construct a single Fleet Girl is a stroke of luck. How could they possibly pursue equipment through such a roundabout method? 0

Of course, within the same Naval Base, due to the needs of battle situations, Fleet Girls may exchange or share equipment at times. However, asking them to sell their equipment is out of the question. For the vast majority of Naval Bases, they cannot even equip their own Fleet Girls properly, let alone have surplus equipment to sell. 0

Thus, there are only two ways to obtain equipment: one is to apply for exchanges with Naval Headquarters, and the other is to scour battlefields in hopes of finding complete equipment among the Wreckage of Warships left behind after battles between Fleet Girls and Deep Sea Shipgirls. 0

The former requires a significant amount of Merit, while the latter demands extraordinary luck. Therefore, in this world, not to mention high-parameter equipment; even low-quality whiteboard gear appears exceedingly rare. 0

Take Chuyang's Naval Base as an example; aside from the existing equipment on Lexington and others, there truly isn't any surplus equipment available. Thus, Kirov's request is destined to fail. 0

"What's wrong? Sitting here all alone?" 0

"Nothing much, just feeling a bit bored." 0

With her hands propping up her chin while sitting on the rocks by the sea, Andrea Doria let her Golden Twin Tails dance in the sea breeze as she gazed at the shimmering waves illuminated by the setting sun. A hint of melancholy graced Charming Lily's face. 0

"Missing the Admiral?" 0

Lexington teased as she sat down next to Andrea Doria. 0

"What do I miss about him? The Admiral is just a jerk." 0

With a flick of her hand, she tossed a small stone into the sea, her tone as haughty as ever. 0

"Really not missing him?" Seeing Loli's slightly flushed face, Lexington mischievously blinked. 0

"Not at all." Andrea Doria turned her head away, deciding to ignore Lexington. 0

"Oh you." With a light sigh in her heart, Lexington reached over and pulled Loli, who was curled up with her knees hugged, into her arms. 0

"Why haven't I seen you hanging out with Firefly these days?" 0

For the proud Andrea Doria, she would resist some affectionate gestures from Chuyang, but she would never refuse the gentle Lexington. 0

Burying her little head deep into Lexington's embrace, Andrea Doria mumbled, "It's boring. I don't want to go." 0

The girls who could play with Firefly in town were all around seven or eight years old, at most not exceeding ten. The games they played were nothing more than simple ones like handkerchief toss, cat's cradle, and hopscotch. To Andrea Doria, these seemed far too childish. So aside from the first day when she accompanied Firefly once, she would rather be bored and dazed at Naval Base than waste time playing those childish games with those human girls. 0

The Admiral had been gone for a while. Although she had mentally prepared herself for this trip to Europe that would likely take some time, on New Year's Eve, when everyone worked together to decorate Naval Base and joyfully gathered around the dinner table facing the lavish feast they had prepared, even someone like Firefly, who loved snacks, had no appetite. Not to mention the others. So Naval Base could do without anyone, but it absolutely could not do without the Admiral. 0

Just thinking back to when the Admiral had never appeared at Naval Base! Why was it so easy to take it in stride back then while now the days felt so hard to endure? 0

As she watched the sun completely dip below the horizon, with countless stars twinkling in the endless sky and lights from several distant ferries shining brightly, Lexington pulled her thoughts away from melancholy and took Andrea Doria's small hand as they turned to walk back into Naval Base. 0

In the vast Naval Base, aside from a few lit rooms, the rest of the area was shrouded in darkness. The cold winter night wind howled through a row of camphor trees outside the western wall of the Naval Base, producing a mournful sound. With a bit of eerie background music, this place would be perfect for filming a horror movie. 0

Fortunately, everyone here were Fleet Girls, who did not believe in superstitions. However, the current atmosphere of the Naval Base made Lexington feel that it was indeed too desolate. 0

"Maybe it will be better once the Admiral brings everyone back," Lexington sighed. 0

In fact, compared to her memories of the Naval Base, the current one was not very large. Back then, there were far more Fleet Girls living in the Naval Base than there were now. The exact number was something even she, as the Secretary Ship, could not quite recall. The only thing she remembered was that mealtime would bring forth a chorus of calls and laughter as many Lolis competed for food. Now, aside from the emptiness, Lexington truly could not find any other words to describe it. 0

"Isuzu, let's go eat first; we can fix the car tomorrow." 0

Stopping in front of a brightly lit room at the bottom of an apartment building, Lexington listened to the "crackling" sounds coming from behind the half-closed roller door and felt a headache coming on. 0

It wasn't because of the noise or that Isuzu had been working all afternoon without fixing the car; it was purely because of her sister Saratoga. 0

Ever since New Year's Day passed, Saratoga, who had been quietly waiting for the Admiral's return like a little wife in the Naval Base, seemed to have gone a bit crazy. She had been driving an off-road vehicle out every day and reportedly was involved in underground street racing with a group of rich kids from Nanan County. 0

Initially, Lexington didn't think much of it. After all, they were Fleet Girls and Saratoga was old enough; she wouldn't get hurt. Besides, going out was certainly better than staying in the Naval Base looking gloomy every day, so Lexington had refrained from intervening. 0

But... 0

Thinking about how there would be a large group of injured families coming to cause trouble at the Naval Base tomorrow made Lexington suddenly lose her appetite. 0
