Since you are acting, I will have to cooperate well. Fei Hu pretended to know nothing and expressed endless gratitude to Wang Qian. When it was time to sleep, he worked even harder to make Wang Qian comfortable.
On the spacious and soft Simmons bed, after a passionate encounter, a faint blush appeared on Wang Qian's fair face. A towel was draped around her waist, leaving both ends exposed and white, making one drool. Fei Hu panted heavily and was about to pounce again when Wang Qian gasped, "You're really like a strong bull; can't you take a break? I need to discuss something serious with you."
Only then did Fei Hu stop. He pulled the towel over him and lay down in a starfish position. Wang Qian shifted closer and said, "This time when we go back, no matter how the chairman asks you, just say what I taught you. Don't say anything extra. I'll handle the rest and guarantee you won't have any issues. By the end of the year, I'll find a way to adjust your salary again and get you a Vice Captain position for now. When there's an opportunity, I'll help you get into the Management Department."
No reward without effort; Wang Qian prepared these generous conditions in advance to silence Fei Hu. This tactic would definitely work on most people. Fei Hu snorted coldly in his heart but still said on the surface, "Thank you; I understand."
Wang Qian lifted her head and pressed her beautiful cheek against Fei Hu's broad chest, softly saying, "You are unforgettable; you're such a good man—loyal, smart, and skilled. From now on, stick with me! I promise I won't treat you unfairly, okay?"
Wang Qian's bright eyes stared intently at Fei Hu, fearing he might lie. In reality, Fei Hu had already cursed her ancestors in his heart. He couldn't forget that if he hadn't known about this in advance and accidentally ruined her plans, he could lose his life without even knowing why. Sleeping with her was one thing; mixing with her could lead to death without understanding how it happened.
"What's wrong? Don't you think highly of my abilities? What you need now is experience. If you get a good training opportunity, in a few years, you'll be able to stand on your own and become a prominent figure in A City," Wang Qian said as her small hand began to wander over Fei Hu's body, indicating she had mostly recovered.
Fei Hu smiled slightly and suddenly rolled over, pinning Wang Qian beneath him while laughing, "I'm already sticking with you; look where we ended up!"
Wang Qian beneath him shyly grabbed Fei Hu's back and said, "You're annoying." Instantly, the two of them rolled into a tangle on the bed, which let out a soft creak under their weight.
Sheng Wei was a large company; for them, eighty thousand was just a drop in the bucket. Soon after, the second payment came through. Even though Wang Qian was greedy, she didn't dare take this money as well. Fei Hu was aware of this and didn't worry too much.
Two days later, Fei Hu stood again in the lobby of Sheng Wei Group Company. As soon as his colleagues saw him, they were thrilled and surrounded him with excitement, chatting about everything as if he were a model among the security team for having spent eight whole days with the Vice President in Hong Kong.
As his colleagues left with chocolates that Fei Hu had given them, Helena approached him with a cold smile and said, "Back already? Feeling a bit high on yourself? Be careful not to fall."
Fei Hu was confused by her words and awkwardly smiled back, "I brought you chocolate."
Helena walked over, picked up a piece of chocolate, sniffed it near her nose, grimaced slightly and said quietly, "It has a strange smell; I can't eat this; you keep it!"
"Damn, why does this chocolate have a strange smell?" Fei Hu quickly sniffed it and found nothing. Then he realized that the woman was actually using a roundabout way to insult him; it was truly a double entendre!
Suddenly, the phone on the table rang. Fei Hu hurriedly picked it up, "Hello! What can I help you with in the lobby?"
"Come to the chairman's office," the call ended abruptly. Fei Hu thought about saying something nice, but he wasn't given the chance. It seemed this person must be Ye Wei; no one else would act like this. Fei Hu's heart sank; what was meant to come had finally arrived.
In the chairman's office, Ye Wei wore a serene expression. After inviting Fei Hu to sit down in front of him, he smiled and said, "Young man, you look quite spirited; it's clear you're very smart."
This was a bit unexpected. The words Wang Qian had taught Fei Hu seemed useless for now. Fei Hu smiled and replied, "Thank you for your praise, Chairman."
"Hahaha, no, I have a good eye for people. Now tell me quietly, who calls the shots in this company?" Ye Wei leaned forward with a chubby face and a sly grin.
Wasn't that obvious? Without thinking, Fei Hu blurted out, "Of course it's you, Chairman."
"Correct! Now tell me how the money went missing this time?" Ye Wei's eyes fixed intently on Fei Hu as if he were accusing him of taking the money.
At that moment, Fei Hu realized Wang Qian's cleverness; she had clearly studied Ye Wei well. Although Ye Wei had changed his approach initially, it was fundamentally similar to what Wang Qian had predicted beforehand. Fei Hu remained calm and composed as he recounted everything Wang Qian had said to Ye Wei over the phone without altering its meaning at all.
Ye Wei shook his head in disbelief and said, "No way! During broad daylight, how could such a thing happen? Did someone tip them off about your withdrawal?"
"I really don't know about that. Vice President Wang never told me about going to withdraw money until we got to the bank and I saw a pile of cash," Fei Hu explained. This was essentially true.
Ye Wei stood up and paced around the office for two laps before suddenly asking Fei Hu, "Who did Vice President Wang meet with the day before? You better answer me honestly."
Fei Hu smiled slightly and replied, "No one! She has been with me the whole time; she didn't go out."
"What? You didn't go out during the day? What were you doing in the room?" Ye Wei asked with a hint of malice, and Fei Hu felt it.
"Oh, we didn't leave the hotel; we were just playing in the hotel pool," he lied. This was what Wang Qian had taught him. For self-preservation, Fei Hu had no choice but to betray his conscience just this once.
From this incident, it can be seen that Ye Wei does not completely trust Wang Qian, as he asked many questions, all directed at Wang Qian. As the saying goes, "The devil is in the details." After a long questioning session, Wang Qian had already prepared answers for everything; Fei Hu was merely repeating what he had heard.
In the end, Ye Wei's expression changed as he said, "This matter cannot be discussed with anyone. In Sheng Wei, only the three of us know about it. Also, you must not tell Vice President Wang what I asked you today. Just know that I can dismiss her if necessary."
Fei Hu couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief and quickly replied, "I understand. I will keep it to myself."
"Good, you can go to work now! If Wang Qian asks where you went just now, say you went to the restroom." Ye Wei's childish way of lying showed that he was still not as sharp as Wang Qian.
Just as Fei Hu was about to leave, Ye Wei suddenly asked, "Are you two sharing a room?"
Fei Hu thought this question would not come up. Wang Qian was indeed clever; all the answers he had prepared were now being used. Fei Hu paused and smiled, "How could that be? I live on the 17th floor; Vice President Wang seems to be on a higher floor! Anyway, I've never been up there." He nearly laughed while saying this.
"Alright, alright, I was just asking casually. You can go now," Ye Wei said happily after hearing Fei Hu's response.
Once outside, Fei Hu cursed inwardly, "What nonsense! Not only do I share a room with her, but I also sleep in the same bed. How infuriating!" Thinking about this made him wonder if Wang Qian and Ye Wei really had something going on as rumored outside. If not, why would Ye Wei suddenly ask this question? If it were true, wouldn't that mean he was being cuckolded by the chairman? With this thought, Fei Hu couldn't help but feel a bit pleased.
Back at his post, Fei Hu went about his duties as usual. Being a security guard meant just passing time; as long as he managed to get through the day, his task was complete. After wandering around for two days, he found himself increasingly uninterested in his job.
With half an hour left before getting off work, Wang Qian came out of the elevator carrying a small bag. She looked straight ahead and didn’t even glance at Fei Hu as if he didn't exist at all. Watching her skirt sway over her round backside made Fei Hu curse under his breath.
"Enjoying the view of a beauty? Haven't had enough after all these days?" Fei Hu jumped in surprise and turned around to see Ye Xiaofei looking at him with a smirk. He had no idea when she had appeared; she seemed to pop up like a ghost.
