Ye Cheng gently pushed Ye Xiaofei's hand away, stood up, and looked out at the deep autumn scenery. In the hospital, several doctors conducted a consultation on Fei Hu's injuries under the direct leadership of the director. Sun Li rolled her eyes at Fei Hu and laughed. "You may be foolish indeed, but calling you a good person doesn't quite fit. Let me ask you: what is your relationship with Yingzi, who came last night? As soon as Nurse Xiao Li stepped out of the room, Fei Hu clung to Sun Li. He wrapped his arms around her and said, "Darling, you have to find a way to get me out of here! If I stay any longer, I'll go crazy. Look at my neck; it's just like before." Fei Hu exaggeratedly twisted his head.
"Cut it out! Now I'm your darling? What about before? You disappeared for ten days or half a month without a word. You didn't even think about me! If you want to leave, handle the discharge procedures yourself. There's no way I'm letting you stay with me," Sun Li replied, deliberately turning her face away.
Seeing that Sun Li was not falling for his act, Fei Hu suddenly came up with a plan. He abruptly pulled Sun Li into his arms and pressed his lips against hers. At that moment, footsteps approached the door, but Fei Hu showed no signs of letting go. In a panic, Sun Li blurted out, "Fine! I agree to everything!" Hearing this, Fei Hu finally released her.
Just as Sun Li sat up from the bed, the door opened and Xiao Li walked in. She glanced at Sun Li and smiled, "Sister Sun, what's wrong with you? Your face is so red and your hair is all messy."
That little girl was a bit too naive; she could see what was happening without needing to say it out loud. Sun Li shot Xiao Li an annoyed look and smiled back, "What’s it to you?"
Xiao Li laughed while covering her mouth. "You say your generation isn't wild? I think you're crazier than us!" Upon hearing this, Fei Hu realized that the girl wasn't actually naive; she was intentionally teasing them. It felt like she thought there was a huge age gap between them when in reality he was only three or four years older than her.
While they were joking around, Yingzi entered dressed as usual under the night sky. She had been coming every night during this time and had become familiar with Xiao Li. So when they met again, they exchanged polite greetings first.
" I heard you are recovering well, you should be able to be discharged in a few days," Yingzi said as she handed the fruit in her hand to Xiao Li.
Fei Hu thought for a moment and smiled, "The doctor seems to have said that. I will ask again tomorrow. Are you eager for me to return to work?"
"Don't be ridiculous. If you don't take a break for a month or two, don't even think about going back to work. I'll go out tomorrow and rent you a better place, and then hire a nurse for you. You just need to focus on your recovery; the rest is not your concern," Yingzi said, gently stroking Fei Hu's neck, which made Sun Li feel very uncomfortable.
Then everyone chatted while eating the fruit Yingzi brought. Before ten o'clock, Yingzi received a phone call and left. Xiao Li also said she wanted to go out for a bit. In fact, this girl was quite clever; she just wanted to leave some time for Fei Hu and Sun Li.

Fei Hu coldly replied, "What do you want me to do? Should I really be thrown out onto the street for dogs to gnaw on? Besides, you don't want me anyway, right?" Fei Hu said while glancing at Sun Li.
Sun Li suddenly stood up from the bedside and loudly said, "I'll handle your discharge procedures first thing tomorrow morning. As for my home, it's up to you whether you want to go or not."
Upon hearing this, Fei Hu hurriedly replied, "I'll go! Why wouldn't I? With such a beautiful lady like you accompanying me, my injury will heal quickly."
"You fool, all you think about are good things," Sun Li said as she began looking for the discharge paperwork in the bedside cabinet next to Fei Hu's bed.
Fei Hu watched this with joy in his heart; he truly didn't know how he had earned such good fortune in his life.
At that moment, Ye Xiaofei stood by the window, gazing at the starry sky. She really wanted to see Fei Hu, but her grandfather said it wasn't possible right now; everything had to be considered for Fei Hu's safety.
