In a group of over twenty people, everyone continued with their work as if they hadn't seen anything. Fei Hu sensed the hatred directed at Chen Yibiao; Zhang Gui and Li Lin were startled and stood up but quickly sat back down after glancing at Fei Hu.
As Fei Hu returned to his spot and picked up the crowbar to resume work, Li Si Niu whispered, "If you're going to fight him, make him submit. What you did just now will only make him feel indifferent. If you're not careful, he'll come after you for revenge."
Fei Hu realized this was true. He took a few steps over and bent down to grab Chen Yibiao's ankle as he was trying to climb back up the slope. With all his strength, he yanked downward. There was a loud crack as dust flew up; Chen Yibiao fell awkwardly onto the ground, getting dirt in his nose and mouth, with blood trickling from his nostrils.

Fei Hu felt a jolt of surprise as those working around them also paused to steal glances in their direction.
Not wanting to stop halfway through, Fei Hu leaped over the stone embankment and saw Chen Yibiao sitting on the ground covered in blood with a rock still clutched in his hand. It seemed he had yet to realize his predicament and still harbored thoughts of revenge. With a quick motion, Fei Hu kicked again, knocking the rock from Chen Yibiao's hand. He then twisted Chen Yibiao's arm behind his back and pressed down hard—a torturous hold that most people couldn't endure.
Fei Hu kept increasing the pressure, but this desperate man remained silent under the strain. Just when Fei Hu felt like giving up, Chen Yibiao finally shouted, "Spare me!" Only then did Fei Hu release him; even if Chen Yibiao hadn't called out, he would have let go soon anyway—he didn't want to risk breaking his arm.
Sitting on the ground with a pale face and sweat rolling down like beads, Chen Yibiao looked terrifyingly defeated. It dawned on Fei Hu that he had encountered a true desperate man.
After a while, Chen Yibiao gasped and said, "Starting tomorrow, you will be in charge of these people. In the dormitory, you are our boss. Don't worry, what I, Chen Yibiao, have said is as solid as a rock; I will never go back on my word."
Fei Hu took a deep breath and pretended to be calm as he replied, "What nonsense about being a boss? I don't care. I don't want to manage these people here. "Chen Yibiao is one of the Four Great Kings under Ye Wu of the Dragon Tiger Gang. He's known for being ruthless. A few years ago in City A, he gained infamy and was arrested during a brawl. I heard he took the fall for someone else," Li Si Niu explained clearly, adding even more mystery to his identity in Fei Hu's mind.
